Modulation of Sn concentration in ZnO nanorod array: intensification on the conductivity and humidity sensing properties

Tin (Sn)-doped zinc oxide (ZnO) nanorod arrays (TZO) were synthesized onto aluminum-doped ZnO-coated glass substrate via a facile sonicated sol–gel immersion method for humidity sensor applications. These nanorod arrays were grown at different Sn concentrations ranging from 0.6 to 3 at.%. X-ray diffraction patterns showed that the deposited TZO arrays exhibited a wurtzite structure. The stress/strain condition of the ZnO film metamorphosed from tensile strain/compressive stress to compressive strain/tensile stress when the Sn concentrations increased. Results indicated that 1 at.% Sn doping of TZO, which has the lowest tensile stress of 0.14 GPa, generated the highest conductivity of 1.31 S cm− 1. In addition, 1 at.% Sn doping of TZO possessed superior sensitivity to a humidity of 3.36. These results revealed that the optimum performance of a humidity-sensing device can be obtained mainly by controlling the amount of extrinsic element in a ZnO film

Rapport à la prise de notes d’étudiants en première année de licence de français

يتناولهذا البحث بالدّراسة استطلاعا حول تدوين الملاحظات على مستوى الجامعة. تم إجراء هذا الاستطلاع، باعتباره جزء من تعليمية الكتابة خاصة تدوين الملاحظات، بواسطة استبيان مكتوب على طلبة السّنة الأولى في قسم اللّغة الفرنسية بجامعة عنابة. يهدف هذا الاستطلاع، من خلال إجابات الطلبة، إلى تحديد الجوانب المتعلّقة بالتّجارب التي أجريت على الوافدين الجدد إلى الجامعة ومنها: 1) التحقّق من كون عملية تدوين الملاحظات من المكتسبات السابقة. 2) التّحقق من عملية تدوين الملاحظات لدى المتعلمين المنتقلين من المدرسة الثانوية. 3) تحديد نوع الملاحظات التي يُدوّنونها، و طرق تدوينها و الهدف من ذلكThis paper is an investigation about the action-research on note-taking at university level. As part of the didactics of written expression, particularly note- taking, this investigation was carried out through a survey using auto-administered written questionnaire, conducted on the 1st year students of French language at the University of Annaba. Starting from the answers given by the informants, the main aim of this questionnaire is to identify some aspects linked to the experimentations conducted downstream on the university newcomers namely: (A) to check whether the note-taking is a prerequisite. B) Examine the report of the note-taking, for learners coming out of secondary school. (C) Identify what notes they take, how do they take them and for what purpose?Dans le présent article, nous rapportons une enquête, faisant partie d’une recherche-action sur la prise de notes à l’université. S’inscrivant dans le cadre de la didactique de l’écrit, et plus particulièrement de celle de la prise de notes (désormais PDN), cette investigation est une enquête par questionnaire écrit auto-administré, menée auprès des étudiants de première année de licence de français à l’université d’Annaba. A partir des réponses fournies par les sujets informateurs, l’objectif du questionnaire est de cerner certains aspects directement liés aux expérimentations que nous avons menées en aval, avec les nouveaux-arrivants, à savoir: (A) vérifier si la PDN est un prérequis.
