Aplicação e execução das medidas judiciais protetivas nos casos de violência física contra crianças a adolescentes

Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (especialização)—Universidade de Brasília, Centro de Estudos Avançados Multidisciplinares, Curso de Especialização em Políticas Públicas, Infância, Juventude e Diversidade, 2020.O presente trabalho visa a analisar as violações de direitos perpetradas pelo Sistema de Justiça na aplicação e execução das medidas judiciais protetivas em um caso de violência física intrafamiliar contra duas crianças, em processos de competência exclusiva da autoridade judicial, atendidos na Vara da Infância e da Juventude de Brasília – DF, no ano de 2019, e, posteriormente, encaminhados à Rede de Proteção, através de determinação judicial. Os dados coletados revelaram que as crianças sofreram violências físicas, psíquicas, maus tratos, tortura e privação de alimentos pelos pais durante três anos, sendo que a genitora era a principal agressora. Nesse período, houve intenso investimento da Rede de Proteção, no entanto, constatou-se a ocorrência de uma série de ações inadequadas no processo interventivo de profissionais integrantes do sistema de garantia de direitos, situação que, provavelmente, contribuiu para desproteção, revitimização e a consequente retratação das crianças. No que toca à garantia de proteção integral, constatou-se desconexão entre as instituições do sistema de proteção, provavelmente por inobservância as atuais legislações da proteção à infância e da juventude, e a devida cautela para o resultado das avaliações técnicas interdisciplinares. No primeiro momento, verificou-se a efetivação parcial das medidas protetivas encaminhadas à Rede de proteção a partir da intervenção judicial infanto-juvenil, nesse caso, a família mostrouse desinteressada em aderir integralmente as medidas protetivas. O trabalho em rede planejado e bem executado com profissionalismo, é necessário para a devida proteção de crianças e adolescentes em situação de violência física, e fator relevante na construção de políticas públicas voltadas para prevenção e intervenção.The present work aims to analyze the obstacles in the application and execution of protective judicial measures in a case of intrafamily physical violence against two children, in processes of exclusive competence of the judicial authority, attended at the Court of Childhood and Youth of Brasília - DF, in 2019, and subsequently forwarded to the Protection Network, through judicial determination. The data revealed that the children suffered repeated physical and psychological violence, mistreatments, torture and food deprivation for three years by their parents, the mother being the main aggressor. During this period there was intense investment by the Protection Network, however, there was a series of mistakes in the intervention process of professionals who are part of the rights guarantee system, a situation that probably contributed to the lack of protection, revictimization and the consequent retraction of the children. Regarding the guarantee of full protection, there was a disconnection between the institutions of the protection system, probably due to non-observance of the current laws for the protection of children and youth, and due to the care of the results of the interdisciplinary technique evaluations. Initially, the protective measures sent to the Protection Network were partially implemented as a result of the juvenile judicial intervention, in which case, the family showed no interest in fully adhering to the protective measures. Networking planned and well executed with professionalism is necessary for the proper protection of children and adolescents in situations of physical violence, and a relevant factor in the construction of public policies aimed at prevention and intervention

Characterisation of microbial attack on archaeological bone

As part of an EU funded project to investigate the factors influencing bone preservation in the archaeological record, more than 250 bones from 41 archaeological sites in five countries spanning four climatic regions were studied for diagenetic alteration. Sites were selected to cover a range of environmental conditions and archaeological contexts. Microscopic and physical (mercury intrusion porosimetry) analyses of these bones revealed that the majority (68%) had suffered microbial attack. Furthermore, significant differences were found between animal and human bone in both the state of preservation and the type of microbial attack present. These differences in preservation might result from differences in early taphonomy of the bones. © 2003 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved
