HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL KELUARGA DENGAN MANAJEMEN PERAWATAN DIRI PADA LANSIA HIPERTENSI DI PUSKESMAS LUBUK BUAYA TAHUN 2019

Hipertensi merupakan suatu penyakit kronis yang paling banyak dialami oleh penduduk di dunia termasuk lansia. Hipertensi dikenal sebagai silent killer dimana komplikasi hipertensi menyebabkan sekitar 9,4 kematian diseluruh dunia setiap tahunnya. Hipertensi dapat menyebabkan stroke dimana hal ini dapat mempengaruhi penurunan kualitas hidup lansia. Manajemen perawatan diri hipertensi merupakan hal yang penting dalam pengelolaan, pengendalian dan pencegahan komplikasi hipertensi. Perilaku manajemen perawatan diri hipertensi mencakup integrasi diri, regulasi diri, interaksi dengan pelayanan kesehatan, memantau tekanan darah, dan patuh terhadap aturan yang dianjurkan. Salah satu hal yang mendasari perilaku manajemen perawatan diri adalah dukungan sosial keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat adanya hubungan dukungan sosial keluarga dengan manajemen perawatan diri pada lansia hipertensi. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional, yang dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Lubuk Buaya Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 162 orang. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dengan manajemen perawatan diri pasien hipertensi (p>0,05). Perlu adanya peran dari pelayanan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan keluarga didalam program perawatan maupun pengobatan pasien hipertensi. ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN KOMUNITAS PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN DENGAN PENERAPAN MEDIA WHATSAPP DALAM UPAYA PENCEGAHAN DAN PENGURANGAN PERILAKU MEROKOK PADA REMAJA DI SMP ISLAM DARUL QUR’AN PADANG TAHUN 2020

Perilaku remaja dengan masalah kesehatan yang beresiko, dimana permasalahan kesehatan utama pada remaja salah satunya masalah merokok. Salah satu upaya pencegahan perilaku merokok ini dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah penerapan media whatsapp sebagai media pendidikan kesehatan. Tujuan dilakukan asuhan keperawatan komunitas ini adalah menggambarkan pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan yang komprehensif terhadap siswa SMPI Darul Qur’an Padang dalam upaya pencegahan perilaku merokok melalui penerapan media whatsapp. Pemberian asuhan keperawatan dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 14 September – 3 Oktober 2020. Dan pengambilan data melalui observasi,wawancara dan kuesioner pre-test,post-test. Siswa yang diberikan intervensi ini merupakan siswa kelas IX yang memiliki handphone dan aplikasi whatsapp. Siswa yang berpatisipasi berjumlah 15 orang. Hasil setelah dilakukannya intervensi terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap yang dibuktikan dengan hasil kuesioner post-test bahwa 86,7 % siswa memiliki pengetahuan baik dan 86,7% siswa memiliki sikap yang baik. Diharapkan kepada sekolah untuk dapat meningkatkan pengawasan kepada siswa yang merokok dalam upaya penguranagan dan pencegahan perilaku merokok pada remaja di SMPI Darul Qur’an Padang

Uncovering the spatially distant feedback loops of global trade: A network and input-output approach

Land-use change is increasingly driven by global trade. The term “telecoupling” has been gaining ground as a means to describe how human actions in one part of the world can have spatially distant impacts on land and land-use in another. These interactions can, over time, create both direct and spatially distant feedback loops, in which human activity and land use mutually impact one another over great expanses. In this paper, we develop an analytical framework to clarify spatially distant feedbacks in the case of land use and global trade. We use an innovative mix of multi-regional input-output (MRIO) analysis and stochastic actor-oriented models (SAOMs) for analyzing the co-evolution of changes in trade network patterns with those of land use, as embodied in trade. Our results indicate that the formation of trade ties and changes in embodied land use mutually impact one another, and further, that these changes are linked to disparities in countries' wealth. Through identifying this feedback loop, our results support ongoing discussions about the unequal trade patterns between rich and poor countries that result in uneven distributions of negative environmental impacts. Finally, evidence for this feedback loop is present even when controlling for a number of underlying mechanisms, such as countries' land endowments, their geographical distance from one another, and a number of endogenous network tendencies

Emerging issues and challenges in agri-food supply chain

Globalization and free trade policies coupled with consumers’ demand for safe and high quality foods have created pressure on various stakeholders (key players) attached within the agri-food supply chain. Influence, contributions and the role of socio-economic and environmental factors are huge to achieve a successful flow of supply chain. Globally, various techniques and conceptual models have been proposed to render agri-food supply chain to be effective and profitable. However, still there are several gaps and emerging challenges in the supply chain to achieve a fruitful sustainable food production. In this chapter, an attempt has been made to identify and highlight the present world scenario and challenges encountered along agri-food supply chain and future prospects.This chapter theme article is based on our ongoing project- VALORTECH, which has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No 810630

Figurative language found in Jay Z’s on The Black Album : hip hop song

This research focuses on analyzing the types of figurative language used by Jay Z’s song on The Black Album: Hip Hop Song. The researcher proposes two statement of the problem. Those are what are the types of figurative language found in Jay Z’s on The Black Album: Hip Hop Song and what are the messages found in Jay Z’s on The Black Album: Hip Hop Song. The researcher used Perrine theory of figurative language to analyze the type of figurative language that is used by Jay Z on his song. The data are obtained through song ‘The Black Album’. To solve the problem, the researcher uses qualitative content analysis approach because the data collected are in the form of words. Finally, the researcher find out that there were eleven types of figurative language from 14 song they are simile, metaphor, personification, verbal irony, hyperbole, apostrophe, synecdoche, metonymy, allegory, paradox and symbol, but the researcher did not find understatement. The dominant type of figurative language in the Jay Z’s songs is metaphor. The researcher found 134 types of figurative language in the whole data. there are 36 simile, 40 metaphor, 12 personification,2 verbal irony, 10 hyperbole, 1 apostrophe, 9 synecdoche, 23 metonymy, 1 allegory, 2 paradox and 1 symbol

EU Policies and Global Food Security

This paper reviews evidence on the impact of EU policies on global food security, focusing on four EU policy areas: agricultural policy, bioenergy policy, trade policy, and development (food aid) policy. Old concerns related to the detrimental impact of EU farm subsidies, food aid and tariffs on poor countries' food security. New concerns relate to impacts of EU food standards and bioenergy policies. The EU policies which created the largest distortions on global markets (in the area of trade, agriculture, food aid, and bioenergy) have been substantially reformed over the past decades. Recent global food price fluctuations have also re-emphasized that the impact of EU policies on the poor's food security differ depending on whether these are consumers or producers, or whether countries are exporters or importers. Overall, our review explains that in many areas the impact of EU policies on global food security is less obvious and more complex than often argued
