System for measuring of pintrack dimensions
In this bachelor thesis is processed a summary of contactless sensors for length measurement, that are commonly used in industry, it's physical principals and are described systems for measure dimensions of a steel construction. There is description of a steel carrier and classified ways the carrier can be deformed. A measuring gate for evaluation of status of steel carrier is designed and proper sensors are chosen and teste. Docomentation for measuring gate is created.
Stress Testing of Probability of Default of Individuals
This paper introduces a model for stress testing of probability of default of individuals. The model rests on assumption that the individual defaults if his savings fall below zero. The probability of default is then described as a function of several macroeconomic indicators such as wages, unemployment and interest rates. Stress testing is carried out by applying exogenous stress scenarios for development of these indicators. The model implies that sensitivity of probability of default to the stress is mainly driven by Installment to Income Ratio and for mortgages also by loan maturity. Hence Installment to Income ratio is suggested as the appropriate tool to manage credit risk of retail portfolios.banking; credit risk; stress testing; probability of default

The bachelor thesis deals with the assessment and updating of the flood plan for the flood area of the special flood caused by the Husinec waterworks. The bachelor thesis starts with a literature search and current technical standards for flood protection, describing the impacts of the special flood on the floodplain, including the potentially affected area. Introduction to the Husinec waterworks, which was built between 1934 and 1839, and the reasons for its construction. In the last part of this work, a proposal for updating the flood plan is made with justification for the changes.050 - Katedra ochrany obyvatelstvavelmi dobř

LIGHTWEIGHT UHPC FACADE PANEL WITH LED DISPLAY
This article deals with the development of lightweight UHPC facade panel which also can serve as an LED display. Combining both functions into one gives the potential ability to create a LED display on the facade of the building. The article describes the experiences of the development and production of a small-format prototype facade panel, including the installation of LEDs and their electrical connection. The result of the research is the prototype of a 16mm thick small-format lightweight facade panel with a LED display for displaying text on two parallel lines. Thanks to the waffle lightening, the total material and weight savings are approximately 58% compared with the full cross section
(R)-2-{2-[(S)-(2′-Benzoyloxy-1,1′-binaphthyl-2-yl)oxycarbonylamino]-3-phenylpropanamidomethyl}pyridinium picrate acetone solvate
In the crystal structure of the title compound, C43H34N3O5
+·C6H2N3O7
−·C3H6O, the large dimension and shape of the cation are responsible for the elongation of the orthorhombic unit cell. The ions and acetone molecules are linked together by a system of hydrogen bonds involving an intermolecular hydrogen bond between one N atom of the cation and the O atom of acetone and two intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the cation N atoms and the O atoms of the picrate anion. No intramolecular hydrogen bonds exist in the structure. The dihedral angle between the two naphthalene ring systems is 76.16 (13)°. The chiral C atom has a known R configuration, but this cannot be confirmed from this X-ray analysis
Cambrian and Ordovician Fossil-Lagerstätten in the Barrandian area
Exceptionally preserved fossils showing typical characters of the so called Konservat-Lagerstätten are shortly mentioned from Cambrian and Ordovician sediments of the Barrandian area. Fossils with well preserved soft parts were ascertained in several different levels of two Cambrian units of the Příbram-Jince Basin as well as in diverse levels of the Skryje-Týřovice Basin. Other exceptionally preserved fossils are shortly discussed from numerous Lower to Upper Ordovician levels of the Prague Basin
Hormone receptor conversion in metastatic breast cancer
Background/Objective: Hormone receptor (HR) status is one of the key factors in determining the treatment of breast cancer. Previous studies suggested that HR status may change in metastatic tissue. However, available studies focused mainly on primary biopsies and there are only few trials comparing HR status in the primary tumour and the metastasis using material from complete resection. The aim of the study was to determine the frequency of HR alterations in metastatic breast cancer.
Materials and methods: The study retrospectively examines a total of 50 patients who underwent brain, lung, or liver metastasectomy for metastatic breast cancer between January 2000 and January 2019.
Results: HR conversion was observed in a total of 30 cases (60.0%), while HER-2/neu (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2) discrepancy surprisingly occurred only in one case (2.0%). A change in immunophenotype occurred in 28% of cases. Triple-negativity was more frequent in brain metastases (p = 0.039).
Conclusions: We have confirmed that HR conversion between the primary tumour and its metastases occurs in a significant number of cases, which has important implications for further treatment decisions
Recommendations for reporting equivalent black carbon (eBC) mass concentrations based on long-term pan-European in-situ observations
A reliable determination of equivalent black carbon (eBC) mass concentrations derived from filter absorption photometers (FAPs) measurements depends on the appropriate quantification of the mass absorption cross-section (MAC) for converting the absorption coefficient (babs) to eBC. This study investigates the spatial–temporal variability of the MAC obtained from simultaneous elemental carbon (EC) and babs measurements performed at 22 sites. We compared different methodologies for retrieving eBC integrating different options for calculating MAC including: locally derived, median value calculated from 22 sites, and site-specific rolling MAC. The eBC concentrations that underwent correction using these methods were identified as LeBC (local MAC), MeBC (median MAC), and ReBC (Rolling MAC) respectively. Pronounced differences (up to more than 50 %) were observed between eBC as directly provided by FAPs (NeBC; Nominal instrumental MAC) and ReBC due to the differences observed between the experimental and nominal MAC values. The median MAC was 7.8 ± 3.4 m2 g-1 from 12 aethalometers at 880 nm, and 10.6 ± 4.7 m2 g-1 from 10 MAAPs at 637 nm. The experimental MAC showed significant site and seasonal dependencies, with heterogeneous patterns between summer and winter in different regions. In addition, long-term trend analysis revealed statistically significant (s.s.) decreasing trends in EC. Interestingly, we showed that the corresponding corrected eBC trends are not independent of the way eBC is calculated due to the variability of MAC. NeBC and EC decreasing trends were consistent at sites with no significant trend in experimental MAC. Conversely, where MAC showed s.s. trend, the NeBC and EC trends were not consistent while ReBC concentration followed the same pattern as EC. These results underscore the importance of accounting for MAC variations when deriving eBC measurements from FAPs and emphasize the necessity of incorporating EC observations to constrain the uncertainty associated with eBC.</p
