A munkához kapcsolódóan 2007-ben meglátogattam prof. A felső-kréta anyagot elküldtem prof. A szöveget formázás után a Special Papers in Palaeontology című monográfia-sorozatba küldjük. | The aim of the present project was a complex, monographic paleontological revision and the preparation of the type catalogue together with the photographic documentation of the full material. The recently closed project was succesfull, all the planned work was done, partly under publishing and the preparation of the monograph is almost complete. The two co-authors, dr. M. Company (Universidad de Granada) and prof. W. J. Kennedy (Oxford University Museum) are the top of the pops, both were visited or were here to complete the ongoing work. For the purpose of travelling we include other fundings, namely TéT grant to sponsore the visit of M. Company. We have followed the structure of the original publishing of Coquand, even he described these ammonites in several separate papers and monographs together with other type of fossils. The monographic work is of 300 pages and approx. 420 photographs of 10.5GB size are done. 51 types were found and fully redescribed, together with the 91 specimens of "nomina nuda" species and the approx. 300 specimens of the additional material. Some important types are seem to be lost but it is not our fault. After a short historic introduction there are two parts: the type and the additional material, and both two main parts are divided geographically into the Algerian and the French specimens. I believe that in these three and a half years of the project we did managed and completed the purpose we described in the project proposal

Advances in tetrahydropyrido[1,2-a]isoindolone (valmerins) series: Potent glycogen synthase kinase 3 and cyclin dependent kinase 5 inhibitors.

International audienceAn efficient synthetic strategy was developed to modulate the structure of the tetrahydropyridine isoindolone (Valmerin) skeleton. A library of more than 30 novel final structures was generated. Biological activities on CDK5 and GSK3 as well as cellular effects on cancer cell lines were measured for each novel compound. Additionally docking studies were performed to support medicinal chemistry efforts. A strong GSK3/CDK5 dual inhibitor (38, IC50 GSK3/CDK5 32/84 nM) was obtained. A set of highly selective GSK3 inhibitors was synthesized by fine-tuning structural modifications (29 IC50 GSK3/CDK5 32/320 nM). Antiproliferative effects on cells were correlated with the in vitro kinase activities and the best effects were obtained with lung and colon cell lines
