Іnnovative Technologies as a Factor in Enhancing the Quality of Preschool Education
У даній статті розглядається актуальність проблеми забезпечення якості дошкільної освіти. Розкрито зв’язок між забезпеченням якості освіти та виконанням вимог Держстандарту – базової складової дошкільної освіти. Організація якісного навчально-виховного процесу в дошкільних навчальних закладах розглядається автором у контексті компетентнісного, середнього, технологічного підходів.
Автор розкриває роль інноваційних педагогічних технологій у засвоєнні нового змісту дошкільної освіти, формуванні ключових компетентностей, визначених у новій редакції базового компонента дошкільної освіти. Автор розкриває роль інноваційних технологій, які базуються на пошуково-творчих способах взаємодії з дітьми, як найбільш безпосередньо спрямованих на виявлення потенціалу сучасного дошкільника, та робить висновок про їх важливу роль у постійному підвищенні якості.This article discusses the relevance of the problem of ensuring the quality of preschool education. The link between ensuring the quality of education and fulfillment of the requirements of the State Standard – the basic component of preschool education is revealed. Organization of quality educational process in pre-school educational institutions is considered by the author in the context of competence, medium, technological approaches.
The author reveals the role of innovative pedagogical technologies in mastering the new content of preschool education, the formation of key competencies identified in the new edition of the basic component of preschool education. The author reveals the role of innovative technologies, which are based on search-and-create ways of interaction with children, as those most directly aimed at identifying the potential of modern pre-schooler, and concludes about their important role in continuous improvement of quality pre-school education
INOVAÇÕES NOS MÉTODOS DE ENSINO DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA EM UNIVERSIDADES UCRANIANAS: SITUAÇÃO ATUAL E DESAFIOS
In the modern educational space, innovations play an important role in optimising education. Accordingly, the aim of the study is to classify the chief innovative solutions in physical education and to describe their opportunities and challenges. For this purpose, the concept of descriptive research was used. The main research tools are questionnaires and observations. The participants of the study are students and teachers of higher education institutions (30 people in total). A purposive sample was used to involve them, which involved the deliberate selection of participants according to specific criteria (ability to understand modern technologies, experience of their use). Observation was conducted during lectures and practical classes. The data obtained were categorised and analysed comparatively. The results indicate that yoga, Nordic walks, pump aerobics, fitness aerobics, step aerobics and martial arts are important elements in modern digital learning. The integration of such areas improves the physical fitness of students. An important role is also played by the use of modern technologies: digital, multimedia, interactive, virtual and augmented reality, which contribute to the interest of students in the learning process. The conclusions summarise that despite their potential, the implementation of these technologies faces a number of difficulties: insufficient material and technical base, lack of qualifications, and the fact that some technologies are superficially used. No espaço educacional moderno, as inovações desempenham um papel importante na otimização da educação. Dessa forma, o objetivo do estudo é classificar as principais soluções inovadoras em educação física e descrever suas oportunidades e desafios. Para isso, foi utilizado o conceito de pesquisa descritiva. As principais ferramentas de pesquisa são questionários e observações. Os participantes do estudo são alunos e professores de instituições de ensino superior (30 pessoas no total). Foi usada uma amostra intencional para envolvê-los, o que envolveu a seleção deliberada de participantes de acordo com critérios específicos (capacidade de entender tecnologias modernas, experiência de uso). A observação foi realizada durante as aulas teóricas e práticas. Os dados obtidos foram categorizados e analisados comparativamente. Os resultados indicam que ioga, caminhadas nórdicas, aeróbica com bomba, aeróbica de condicionamento físico, aeróbica com step e artes marciais são elementos importantes no aprendizado digital moderno. A integração dessas áreas melhora o condicionamento físico dos alunos. Um papel importante também é desempenhado pelo uso de tecnologias modernas: digital, multimídia, interativa, realidade virtual e aumentada, que contribuem para o interesse dos alunos no processo de aprendizagem. As conclusões resumem que, apesar de seu potencial, a implementação dessas tecnologias enfrenta uma série de dificuldades: material e base técnica insuficientes, falta de qualificações e o fato de que algumas tecnologias são usadas superficialmente
Features of organizing physical education for students in the conditions of distance learning
Over the past few years, the conditions under which Ukraine's development is taking place have been characterized by a number of changes and transformations. Undoubtedly, they were reflected in all social relations, including educational ones. Thus, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as a full-scale war, from February 24, 2022, the educational process was organized in a distance format, which remains relevant to this day. At the same time, the correct selection of methods for teaching practical disciplines, such as physical education, which requires the student to use special tools and skills, is especially important. The aim of this studywas to analyse qualitative approaches, on the basis of which it is possible to carry out professional training of students, including physical education, in current educational conditions. For this, the method of analysis and synthesis, comparison, deduction was used in the work. As a result, it was possible to reveal the main advantages and disadvantages of distance learning, namely the organization of physical education during it. In addition, priority tools were described, which were most often used by teachers during training sessions. It was also possible to analyse both positive and negative factors, which most affect the quality and dynamics of the educational process. It was important to form quality recommendations, related to increasing the effectiveness of teaching physical education in distance learning conditions. The practical value of the work is revealed in the fact that it can be used by educational workers during preparation for educational classes, as well as by students for independent work

Problems of accounting digitalization in conditions of business processes digitalization
The study of accounting digitalization in the context of business processes digitalization is an actual and modern problem. Methods used: analysis and synthesis, graphic methods, the method of comparisons, the cause-and-effect method. The purpose of the article: the determination of the stages of business processes digitalization, the formation of directions for digitalization of accounting, the identification of opportunities and threats. Tasks of the article: research of modern trends, advantages and disadvantages of digitization; determination of the features of digital technologies introducing; formation of the directions and problems of digitization of accounting. As a result, modern trends, advantages, and disadvantages of digitalization were outlined, its process was built, and the main directions of digitalization of accounting were proposed. The obtained results can be used by business managers to build the process of digitalization and determine further directions of digitalization of accounting. Further research may include legal support for the digitization of accounting and its improvement
Case study of noise pollution from vehicles and legal mechanisms for road noise control
Among the many environmental problems of the modern world one of the important ones is noise pollution. Currently, noise pollution from vehicles requires special attention in densely populated and industrial cities, as there is a trend towards an increase in the areas of acoustic discomfort in built-up areas. The noise that occurs on the roadway of the highway extends not only to the territory near the highway, but also deep into the housing development. Study' objective was to assess noise pollution from vehicles in the most densely populated area of Poltava (Ukraine), as well as to establish the possibility of influencing the situation through legal mechanisms to have an understanding of further research directions and ways to achieve a comfortable urban environment in Ukraine. The noise levels from traffic flows were measured in accordance with GOST 20444-2014, using the Testo 815. To determine the equivalent noise level from the traffic flows movement, an empirical dependence was applied in accordance with the methodology of the State Agency for Highways of Ukraine. Determined that the daytime threshold values are exceeded by 20–28.9 dB(A), which is not acceptable. The reasons for the increase in noise are the road bumps, a significant number of cars and number of stops and streets junctions, the movement of vehicles at a non-constant speed, lack of roadside landscaping. About 62,550 people live in areas where the noise level exceeds the permissible value for the area near residential buildings. The calculation method used turned out to be more accurate than the measured results and showed a significant effect of traffic intensity on noise pollution. Apparently, the low measurement accuracy is justified by outdated road noise measurement standards, which, in turn, need to be seriously revised. Reducing noise levels by optimizing traffic flows is one of the priority areas in which it is necessary to bring the environmental legislation of Ukraine. Ukrainian legislation still needs to undergo many changes to reach a level where it can be used as a control lever to achieve a safe ecological environment
DEVELOPMENT OF A METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE OPTIMAL CONTROL TRAJECTORY FOR THE PERIODIC PROCESSES
The development of new converting technologies and increasing the level of automation leads to an increase in the processing speed of available resources. This means that in case of inefficient or inefficient use of resources, the potential of economic advantage is lost, and the negative consequences of such losses can be identified too late.
In such conditions, the requirements for the selection of the criterion of optimization and the validity of the principles of optimal control increase. Moreover, the approach used may vary depending on the daily change in prices for energy products and fluctuations in the level of demand for manufactured products.
Despite the fact that such an approach seems obvious, today energy-intensive production suffers significant losses associated with the use of an inadequate model of technological operation, a subjective approach to the choice of optimization criterion and optimization method.
The task of developing a method for determining the optimal trajectory of managing energy-intensive industries with a changing level of demand for final products is posed. The solution to this problem consists of several stages. At the first stage, a model of a technological operation is being created, within the framework of which all significant factors affecting the decision result are taken into account. At the second stage, a global operation model is created, the input and output products of which are converted to comparable value values. At the third stage, the optimization criterion for the continuous operation of the system and the mode of incomplete use of its production capabilities is selected. At the final stage, the control path for intermittent and continuous modes of operation is determined.
Thus, the aim of research is development of a method for determining the optimal control trajectory in systems of energy-intensive systems, depending on the level of demand for the final product

Синтез структури функціональних систем перетворювальної класу з порційною подачею вхідних продуктів
The main efforts related to enterprise creation and development are aimed at improving efficiency of resource usage in the enterprise activities. Such problem can be successfully solved only if maximum efficiency is achieved at each stage of the conversion process. In turn, solution of this problem at each separate stage relates to creation of a substantiated structure of an object of functional conversion of source products into end products during the system operation. Such an object capable of functioning with maximum efficiency of resource usage was defined by default as a "functional system".By the example of a technological process of liquid heating, the problem of synthesizing a functional system of a conversion class with a portioned supply of products of directional effect was solved. In the course of synthesis, the task of ensuring possibility of interaction of the system objects during formation of the end product with required consumer qualities was solved at the first stage.Architecture of a module for identifying system operations and determining limit values of the effective control range was developed at the second stage of synthesis.A module linking the level of demand for the end products of the system with optimal control of its productivity was created at the third stage.Application of the proposed approach has enabled creation of a functional structure with a maximum number of degrees of control freedom. In turn, this solution has made it possible to form an optimal control trajectory depending on consumer demand for end products.The proposed solution enables use of the synthesized architecture for functional systems of a conversion class with a portioned supply of source productsОсновные усилия, связанные с созданием и развитием предприятия, направлены на повышение эффективности использования ресурсов в процессе его функционирования. Такая задача может быть успешно решена только в том случае, если добиться максимальной эффективности на каждом этапе преобразовательного процесса. В свою очередь, решение этой задачи, на каждом отдельном этапе, связано с созданием обоснованной структуры объекта функционального преобразования входных продуктов в выходные продукты системной операции. Такой объект, функционирование которого возможно с максимальной эффективностью использования ресурсов, заочно определили понятием «функциональная система».На примере технологического процесса нагрева жидкости в работе решена задача синтеза функциональной системы преобразовательного класса с порционной подачей продуктов направленного воздействия. В ходе синтеза, на первом этапе, решалась задача обеспечения возможности интерактивного взаимодействия системных объектов в процессе формирования готового продукта с заданными потребительскими качествами.На втором этапе синтеза разрабатывалась архитектура модуля идентификации системных операций и определения граничных значений области эффективных управлений.На третьем этапе создавался модуль, связывающий уровень спроса на готовую продукцию системы с оптимальным управлением ее производительностью.Использование предложенного подхода позволило создать функциональную структуру, имеющую максимальное количество степеней свободы управления. В свою очередь, такое решение позволило обеспечить формирование оптимальной траектории управления в функции потребительского спроса на готовую продукцию.Предложенное решение позволяет использовать синтезированную архитектуру для класса функциональных систем преобразовательного класса с порционной подачей входных продуктовОсновні зусилля, пов'язані зі створенням і розвитком підприємства, спрямовані на підвищення ефективності використання ресурсів в процесі його функціонування. Таке завдання може бути успішно вирішена тільки в тому випадку, якщо домогтися максимальної ефективності на кожному етапі перетворювального процесу технологічного класу. У свою чергу, вирішення цієї задачі, на кожному окремому етапі, пов'язане зі створенням обґрунтованої структури об'єкта, вiдносно функціонального перетворення вхідних продуктів у вихідні продукти системної операції. Такий об'єкт, функціонування якого здiйснюється максимальною ефективністю використання ресурсів, заочно визначили поняттям «функціональна система».На прикладі технологічного процесу нагріву рідини в роботі вирішена задача синтезу функціональної системи перетворювального класу з порціонної подачею продуктів спрямованого впливу. В ході синтезу, на першому етапі, вирішувалося завдання забезпечення можливості інтерактивної взаємодії системних об'єктів в процесі формування готового продукту з заданими споживчими якостями.На другому етапі синтезу розроблялася архітектура модуля ідентифікації системних операцій і визначення граничних значень області ефективних управлінь.На третьому етапі створювався модуль, що пов'язує рівень запасів готової продукції системи з її продуктивністю.Використання запропонованого підходу дозволило створити функціональну структуру що має максимальну кількість ступенів свободи управління. У свою чергу, таке рішення дозволило забезпечити формування оптимальної траєкторії управління у функції споживчого попиту на готову продукцію.Запропоноване рішення дозволяє використовувати синтезовану архітектуру для класу функціональних систем перетворювального класу з порціонної подачею вхідних продукті
Sociological Model of Social Partnership in Higher Education Institutions Management
Social partnership as a scientific category is characterized by multidimensionality, breadth of understanding, and
interpretation. In the modern education system, social partnership is presented as one of the aspects of statesocietal governance of educational institutions' activities. The development of socially oriented education has
brought the issue of social partnership to the forefront, identifying new components of this process. In the
context of society's well-being, social interaction becomes an effective mechanism for addressing social
problems, especially those that arise in the educational sphere. This article aims to elucidate the main
contemporary trends of social cooperation in higher education institutions (HEIs) and identify the specifics of
various sociological models of social partnership in higher education. Methodology. During the research, the
authors used abstraction, idealization, logical and linguistic, comparative, analytical, and bibliographic methods
to study the scientific literature on social partnerships in higher education. Results. The research results have
