Síndrome de Burnout y hábitos alimentarios en docentes del Centro de Educación Técnico Productiva Iquitos, distrito de Belén, provincia de Maynas, departamento de Loreto - 2020
La investigación es de tipo cuantitativo, el diseño general de la investigación fue el
no experimental y el diseño específico fue el descriptivo correlacional transversal. La
investigación tuvo como objetivo el determinar la relación entre el síndrome de Burnout y
los hábitos alimentarios en docentes del Centro de Educación Técnico Productiva Iquitos
(CETPRO Iquitos). La muestra estuvo conformada por 24 docentes. La técnica utilizada
para el recojo de datos fue la encuesta Online, con cuestionarios virtuales en formatos de
google drive, ambas construidas en la escala de Likert y validadas con opinión de expertos.
Como conclusión, podemos determinar que no existe evidencia suficiente para determinar
una relación significativa entre el síndrome de burnout y hábitos alimentarios en docentes
del CETPRO Iquitos, establecido por el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson r = - 0,371 y
y el valor de significancia p = 0,074. Muy al contrario, existe relación significativa entre el
agotamiento emocional y hábitos alimentarios en docentes del CETPRO Iquitos,
determinado por r = - 0,430 y p = 0,036. No encontramos evidencias necesarias para
determinar relación significativa entre la despersonalización y hábitos alimentarios en
docentes del CETPRO Iquitos, determinado por r = - 0.291 y p = 0.168, donde se cumple
que p ≥ 0.05. Así mismo, no se encontró evidencia suficiente para determinar la relación
existente entre la no realización personal y los hábitos alimentarios en docentes del
CETPRO Iquitos, determinado por r = 0.327 y el valor de significancia de p = 0.119.The research is quantitative, the general design of the research was non-experimental
and the specific design was descriptive, cross-sectional, correlational. The objective of the
research was to determine the relationship between Burnout syndrome and eating habits in
teachers of the Iquitos Technical Productive Education Center (CETPRO Iquitos). The
sample consisted of 24 teachers. The technique used for data collection was online
surveys, with virtual questionnaires in google drive formats, both built on the Likert scale
and validated with expert opinion. In conclusion, we can determine that there is not
enough evidence to determine a significant relationship between burnout syndrome and
eating habits in teachers at CETPRO Iquitos, established by the Pearson correlation
coefficient r = - 0.371 and the significance value p = 0.074. On the contrary, there is a
significant relationship between emotional exhaustion and eating habits in teachers at
CETPRO Iquitos, determined by r = - 0.430 and p = 0.036. We did not find the necessary
evidence to determine a significant relationship between depersonalization and eating
habits in teachers at CETPRO Iquitos, determined by r = - 0.291 and p = 0.168, where it is
true that p ≥ 0.05. Likewise, not enough evidence was found to determine the relationship
between non-personal fulfillment and eating habits in teachers at CETPRO Iquitos,
determined by r = 0.327 and the significance value of p = 0.119
Implementación de un Sistema De Control Interno para el Inventario de Productos Terminados en la Empresa PILKINGTON Para El Año 2016
El principal objetivo de este trabajo ha sido implementar un sistema de control interno para el inventario de productos terminados en la empresa Pilkington para el año 2016.La falta de comunicación e información dentro de la compañía está ocasionando un exceso en el stock del inventario de productos terminados que esta impactando negativamente en los resultados de la compañía. Con la finalidad de disminuir o minimizar los riesgos de no vender estos productos, o que se vuelvan obsoletos, se esta implementando y elaborando manuales de procedimientos y sistemas de información que ayuden a las áreas comerciales a tener información oportuna para ofrecer los productos ya almacenados ni bien llega un pedido nuevo, esto ayudara a la reducción de este sobre stock en los almacenes de productos terminados.
Como resultado de esta investigación se llego a concluir que el inventario de productos terminados sin duda alguna, es el inventario mejor apreciado dentro de la compañía, ya que nos permite atender de forma oportuna a los clientes, sin embargo, la falta de control podría obstaculizar los objetivos de la compañía.The main objective of this work has been to implement an internal control system for the inventory of finished products in the Pilkington company for 2016. Selection and characterisation of a phage-displayed human antibody (Fab) reactive to the lung resistance-related major vault protein
The major vault protein is the main component on multimeric vault particles, that are likely to play an essential role in normal cell physiology and to be associated with multidrug resistance of tumour cells. In order to unravel the function of vaults and their putative contribution to multidrug resistance, specific antibodies are invaluable tools. Until now, only conventional major vault protein-reactive murine monoclonal antibodies have been generated, that are most suitable for immunohistochemical analyses. The phage display method allows for selection of human antibody fragments with potential use in clinical applications. Furthermore, cDNA sequences encoding selected antibody fragments are readily identified, facilitating various molecular targeting approaches. In order to obtain such human Fab fragments recognising major vault protein we used a large non-immunized human Fab fragment phage library. Phages displaying major vault protein-reactive Fabs were obtained through several rounds of selection on major vault protein-coated immunotubes and subsequent amplification in TG1 E coli bacteria. Eventually, one major vault protein-reactive clone was selected and further examined. The anti-major vault protein Fab was found suitable for immunohistochemical and Western blot analysis of tumour cell lines and human tissues. BIAcore analysis showed that the binding affinity of the major vault protein-reactive clone almost equalled that of the murine anti-major vault protein Mabs. The cDNA sequence of this human Fab may be exploited to generate an intrabody for major vault protein-knock out studies. Thus, this human Fab fragment should provide a valuable tool in elucidating the contribution(s) of major vault protein/vaults to normal physiology and cellular drug resistance mechanisms
Prompt K_short production in pp collisions at sqrt(s)=0.9 TeV
The production of K_short mesons in pp collisions at a centre-of-mass energy
of 0.9 TeV is studied with the LHCb detector at the Large Hadron Collider. The
luminosity of the analysed sample is determined using a novel technique,
involving measurements of the beam currents, sizes and positions, and is found
to be 6.8 +/- 1.0 microbarn^-1. The differential prompt K_short production
cross-section is measured as a function of the K_short transverse momentum and
rapidity in the region 0 < pT < 1.6 GeV/c and 2.5 < y < 4.0. The data are found
to be in reasonable agreement with previous measurements and generator

HE-LHC: The High-Energy Large Hadron Collider: Future Circular Collider Conceptual Design Report Volume 4
In response to the 2013 Update of the European Strategy for Particle Physics (EPPSU), the Future Circular Collider (FCC) study was launched as a world-wide international collaboration hosted by CERN. The FCC study covered an energy-frontier hadron collider (FCC-hh), a highest-luminosity high-energy lepton collider (FCC-ee), the corresponding 100 km tunnel infrastructure, as well as the physics opportunities of these two colliders, and a high-energy LHC, based on FCC-hh technology. This document constitutes the third volume of the FCC Conceptual Design Report, devoted to the hadron collider FCC-hh. It summarizes the FCC-hh physics discovery opportunities, presents the FCC-hh accelerator design, performance reach, and staged operation plan, discusses the underlying technologies, the civil engineering and technical infrastructure, and also sketches a possible implementation. Combining ingredients from the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), the high-luminosity LHC upgrade and adding novel technologies and approaches, the FCC-hh design aims at significantly extending the energy frontier to 100 TeV. Its unprecedented centre-of-mass collision energy will make the FCC-hh a unique instrument to explore physics beyond the Standard Model, offering great direct sensitivity to new physics and discoveries
Measurement of the B_{s}^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-} Branching Fraction and Effective Lifetime and Search for B^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-} Decays.
A search for the rare decays B_{s}^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-} and B^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-} is performed at the LHCb experiment using data collected in pp collisions corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 4.4 fb^{-1}. An excess of B_{s}^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-} decays is observed with a significance of 7.8 standard deviations, representing the first observation of this decay in a single experiment. The branching fraction is measured to be B(B_{s}^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-})=(3.0±0.6_{-0.2}^{+0.3})×10^{-9}, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. The first measurement of the B_{s}^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-} effective lifetime, τ(B_{s}^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-})=2.04±0.44±0.05 ps, is reported. No significant excess of B^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-} decays is found, and a 95% confidence level upper limit, B(B^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-})<3.4×10^{-10}, is determined.
