A produção brasileira no campo das articulações entre psicanálise e educação a partir de 1980

This is a bibliographic survey in order to know what was produced at the field joints between psychoanalysis and education from the 1980s in Brazil. The search was the CAPES theses database, the journal Estilos da Clínica, publisher sites, Proceedings of the Symposia LEPSI (IP / FE - USP) and the Directory of Research Groups in Brazil CNPq. We found 277 works, including doctoral theses, articles, books and presentations at seminars. Were also located 43 university research groups registered in CNPq. The research aims to provide the reader a first overview of the course, interests and main lines to the field printed by the works.Se trata de un levantamiento bibliográfico realizado con el objetivo de conocer lo que se produjo en Brasil desde 1980 en el campo de las articulaciones entre el psicoanálisis y educación. Las fuentes fueron el Banco de Tesis CAPES, la Revista Estilos da Clínica, sitios de editoras, publicaciones de los Coloquios del LEPSI (IP / FE - USP) y el Directorio de los Grupos de Investigación en el Brasil del CNPq. Se encontraron 277 trabajos, entre tesis de doctorado, artículos, libros y presentaciones en coloquios. Fueron también localizados 43 grupos universitarios de investigación registrados en el CNPq. La investigación tiene por objeto proporcionar al lector una primer panorama de los caminos, intereses y principales líneas de fuerza pertenecientes al campo.Trata-se de um levantamento bibliográfico no intuito de conhecer o que foi produzido no campo das articulações entre psicanálise e educação a partir de 1980 no Brasil. As fontes pesquisadas foram o Banco de Teses CAPES, a revista Estilos da Clínica, sites de editoras, anais dos Colóquios do LEPSI (IP/FE - USP) e o Diretório de Grupos de Pesquisa no Brasil do CNPq. Encontraram-se 277 trabalhos, entre teses de doutorado, artigos, livros e apresentações em colóquios. Foram ainda localizados 43 grupos universitários de pesquisa registrados no CNPq. Astrophysics with the Laser Interferometer Space Antenna

Laser Interferometer Space Antenna (LISA) will be a transformative experiment for gravitational wave astronomy as it will offer unique opportunities to address many key astrophysical questions in a completely novel way. The synergy with ground-based and other space-based instruments in the electromagnetic domain, by enabling multi-messenger observations, will add further to the discovery potential of LISA. The next decade is crucial to prepare the astrophysical community for LISA's first observations. This review outlines the extensive landscape of astrophysical theory, numerical simulations, and astronomical observations that are instrumental for modeling and interpreting the upcoming LISA datastream. To this aim, the current knowledge in three main source classes for LISA is reviewed: ultra-compact stellar-mass binaries, massive black hole binaries, and extreme or intermediate mass ratio inspirals. The relevant astrophysical processes and the established modeling techniques are summarized. Likewise, open issues and gaps in our understanding of these sources are highlighted, along with an indication of how LISA could help make progress in the different areas. New research avenues that LISA itself, or its joint exploitation with studies in the electromagnetic domain, will enable, are also illustrated. Improvements in modeling and analysis approaches, such as the combination of numerical simulations and modern data science techniques, are discussed. This review is intended to be a starting point for using LISA as a new discovery tool for understanding our Universe

Reactivity of Boryl Complexes: Synthesis and Structure of New Neutral and Cationic Platinum Boryls and Borylenes

A reactivity study on a series of platinum boryl complexes was performed. The first stable base adducts of cationic haloboryl complexes of the form <i>trans</i>-[Pt­{B­(Br)­(NMe₂)}­(NCMe)­(PCy₃)₂]⁺ were isolated and fully characterized. The dianion [B₁₂Cl₁₂]^2– was introduced as a weakly coordinating anion to complex chemistry forming a A₂X salt. Through the reaction of <i>trans</i>-[Pt­{B­(Br)­(<i>t</i>Bu)}­Br­(PCy₃)₂] with BBr₂<i>t</i>Bu, the first highly soluble dinuclear platinum boryl complex, [Pt­{B­(Br)­(<i>t</i>Bu)}­(μ-Br)­(PCy₃)]₂, could be synthesized with concomitant buildup of the corresponding phosphine-borane adduct. In contrast to this observation, reaction of <i>trans</i>-[Pt­{B­(Br)­(Mes)}­Br­(PCy₃)₂] with BBr₃ leads to the formation of the cationic borylene complex <i>trans</i>-[Pt­(BMes)­Br­(PCy₃)₂]⁺ by abstraction of the bromo ligand bound mutually <i>trans</i> to the boryl ligand in the precursor and concomitant buildup of [BBr₄]⁻. Reaction of [Pt­(PCy₃)₂] with BCl₃ and subsequent abstraction of the platinum-bound chloro ligand enabled the structural characterization of <i>trans</i>-[Pt­(BCl₂)­(PCy₃)₂]⁺, which is isoelectronic with the metal-only Lewis pair <i>trans</i>-[Pt­(BeCl₂)­(PCy₃)₂]. The bonding situation in both systems was investigated in detail using quantum chemical calculations. A T-shaped cationic complex, <i>trans</i>-[Pt­{B­(Br)­(Fc)}­(P<i>i</i>Pr₃)₂]⁺, and its precursor <i>trans</i>-[Pt­{B­(Br)­(Fc)}­Br­(P<i>i</i>Pr₃)₂], both with reduced steric bulk at the phosphine ligands compared with their PCy₃ derivatives, were fully characterized

Reovirus infection triggers inflammatory responses to dietary antigens and development of celiac disease

Viral infections have been proposed to elicit pathological processes leading to the initiation of T helper 1 (TH1) immunity against dietary gluten and celiac disease (CeD). To test this hypothesis and gain insights into mechanisms underlying virus-induced loss of tolerance to dietary antigens, we developed a viral infection model that makes use of two reovirus strains that infect the intestine but differ in their immunopathological outcomes. Reovirus is an avirulent pathogen that elicits protective immunity, but we discovered that it can nonetheless disrupt intestinal immune homeostasis at inductive and effector sites of oral tolerance by suppressing peripheral regulatory T cell (pTreg) conversion and promoting TH1 immunity to dietary antigen. Initiation of TH1 immunity to dietary antigen was dependent on interferon regulatory factor 1 and dissociated from suppression of pTreg conversion, which was mediated by type-1 interferon. Last, our study in humans supports a role for infection with reovirus, a seemingly innocuous virus, in triggering the development of CeD
