Suggestion and preparation of e-learning support for subject APM

katedra: KMO; přílohy: CD x 1; rozsah: 72Bakalářská práce pojednává o návrhu a přípravě e-learningové podpory předmětu Aplikace počítačových modelů, který je vyučován na Fakultě mechatroniky Technické univerzity v Liberci. Důležitým aspektem pro tvorbu této práce je seznámení se s e-learningem a nástrojem, který univerzita využívá pro realizaci e-learningu, systémem CLIX. Práce je v první části zaměřena tak, aby dokázala podat informace o e-learningu a CLIXu. Snahou je přiblížit tyto oblasti a poukázat na jejich provázanost a ukázat jaké mohou být formy e-learningové podpory. Realizací zadaných úkolů a problémů, včetně návrhů řešení, se zabývá zbylá část bakalářské práce. Jedním z problémů bylo vybrání (registrace) semestrálních prací studenty ze seznamu bez nutnosti zásahu vyučujícího. Hlavním cílem bylo umožnit tuto činnost studentům v CLIXu, ale rozumně vyřešit zmiňovaný problém nebylo možné. Konečným výsledkem se stala až tvorba samostatné webové aplikace, jež řeší registrace semestrálních prací, ale nabízí i větší funkčnost v podobě fóra, novinek, informací o předmětu a studijních materiálů. Součástí aplikace je také administrace a možnost jednoduché instalace pro zprovoznění aplikace.This bachelor work deals with a suggestion and preparation of e-learning support of the subject Application of computer models that is taught at Faculty of Mechatronics of Technical University in Liberec. An important aspect for creation of this work is identification with e-learning and with an instrument that the University uses for realization of e-learning, with CLIX. The work is in its first part focused on managing of giving information about e-learning and CLIX. It is an effort to bring closer these areas and to refer to their cohesion and to show possible forms of e-learning support. The remaining part of the bachelor work deals with realization of assigned tasks and problems, including suggestions of solution. One of the problems was choosing (registration) of seminar works by students from the list without necessity of intervention of a teacher. The main aim was to provide this activity to students in CLIX but to solve the problem reasonably wasn{\crq}t possible. As a final result became creation of separate web application that solves registrations of seminar works but also offers greater functionality in form of forum, news, information about subject and study materials. A part of application is also administration and possibility of easy installation for opening of application

Proposal of the test artifact to determine the properties of FDM printing machines

Obsahem této bakalářské práce je popis aditivní technologie výroby, detailněji se věnuje konkrétně 3D FDM tisku. Obsahem teoretické části práce je obecný popis 3D tiskáren a detailněji je zde popsána technologie FDM. Cílem této práce je vytvořit testovací artefakt vhodný pro porovnání tiskáren tohoto druhu. Před samotnou tvorbou testovacího artefaktu je zde popsáno, jaké nároky jsou na tiskárnu kladeny. Pro názorné ukázání je v poslední kapitole popsáno a provedeno porovnání 3 tiskáren.The content of this bachelor thesis is description of additive technology, more specifically it deals with 3D FDM printing. The content of the theoretical part of the thesis is a general description of 3D printers and FDM technology is described here in more details. The aim of this work is to create a test artifact suitable for comparison of 3D FDM printers. Prior to the creation of the test artifact, the requirements for the printer are described. For illustration, the last chapter describes and compares 3 printers

UNIVERSAL WEB APLICATION FOR TRANSFERING DATA BETWEEN DATABASES

Hlavní náplní je návrh a im-plementace webové aplikace, která umožní připojení k různým typům databázo-vých systémů, včetně možnosti rozšíření o nové typy, kopírování dat a nabídne mechanismy, které zajistí výstup a vstup dat v různých formátech. Na závěr pre-zentuje dosažené výsledky vytvořenými demonstračními příklady.The first part of this presentation is mainly about needful theory of database systems and about possibly transfering these data between different types. The project and implementation web application is the main contents which is able to link, to a different types of database systems, including possibility of expansion a new types, copying data and mechanism, which provides to entry and way out of these data in a different size. In the last step of this presentation we can see effects generated from demonstrational exemplars

RETRACTED: POSSIBILITY OF MONITORING OF PAHs DISTRIBUTION IN THE VERTICAL PROFILE AT THE BACKGROUND METEOROLOGICAL STATION KREŠÍN

The contaminants present in the atmosphere have a substantial impact on public health. Among contaminants, the most important are polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). This paper is focused on the possibility of continuous PAHs monitoring and the description of their vertical distribution using filters, which serve to purify the air before the determination of the greenhouse gases (CO2, CH4, N2O, CO, ozone) and Hg in air, continuously sampled at 8, 50 and 230m at the atmospheric station Krešín near Pacov and elaboration of a simple and economical method of extraction of these filters. The station serves as a point for monitoring the occurrence and remote transport of greenhouse gases and selected atmospheric pollutants and for the measurements of basic meteorological characteristics. In December, 17, 2014, a sampling of 16 priority PAHs started and lasted until December, 9, 2015. Samples were taken approximately once a month. The maximum concentration of ΣPAHs was 15.905 ng/m3, measured at the height of 8 meters in the period of 11. 2. 2015–11. 3. 2015, the concentration of benzo[a]pyrene exceeded the immission limit in the period by more than 50%. By the sampling, the hypothesis about decreasing concentration of PAHs with increasing height was confirmed, especially the decrease of heavier PAHs. The sampling has shown that it is highly desirable to use the meteorological tower for sampling of PAHs using PTFE filters either by including the active sampler itself, or by using pre-filters for tropospheric ozone and gaseous elemental mercury analysers

Mapy rizik vyplývajících z povodňového nebezpečí v ČR

Cílem projektu je ukázat potenciál škod a rizik za povodně s dobou opakování 5, 20 a 100 let, případně při návrhové povodni, nebo selhání protipovodňových objektů. Řešení směřuje k splnění základního cíle zpracovat mapy rizik vyplývající z povodňového nebezpečí v ČR. Detailní propracování metod tvorby map rizik na třech rozdílných povodích Lužnice, Nežárky, Kyjovky, Horní Opavy umožní, aby metody mohly být plošně nasazeny na vyhodnocení povodňového rizika na celém zbývajícím území a poskytly tak výsledky vzájemně porovnatelné mezi různými oblastmi republiky. Tak bude umožněno posuzování naléhavosti praktického řešení ochrany před negativními účinky povodní na různých místech ČR. Povodí Lužnice a Nežárky - doplnění informací o využití území, formalizovaná mapa místních rizik, výpočet extrémních povodní Q300 a Q500, vyjádření rizika na základě potencionálních škod na Lužnici a Nežárce, citlivostní analýza, stanovení zranitelnosti území, srovnání povodňových rizik. Povodí Kyjovky - finalizace map ohrožení a rizika, 2D model v lokalitě Kyjov, identifikace citlivých objektů, stanovení počtu ohrožených osob dotčených povodňovým nebezpečím. Povodí Horní Opavy - metoda řešení, srovnání map ohrožení vytvořených na podkladě výpočtů pomocí D a 2D modelu. Metodické postupy kvantitativního vyjádření rizik. Standardy míry ochrany před negativními účinky povodní. Možnosti prezentace map ohrožení a rizika v digitální formě prostřednictvím mapového serveru
