This communication reports the adaptation and relationship between the scale of organizational climate and sensitivity to criticism on 338 students of undergraduate, of which 140 are male and 198 female of the faculty of psychology of public university of Lima. Organizational climate scale was finally restructured into four factors: a) factor 1: negative attitude towards the organization (19 items), b) factor 2: quality of work (8 items), c) factor 3: institutional image (4 items), and d) factor 4: competition authority (6 items); while the scale of sensitivity to criticism maintained its very structure. The results arrogated the lack of relationship between organizational climate and sensitivity to criticism, in the same way sex and age does not make a difference with these.

Reducing the environmental impact of surgery on a global scale: systematic review and co-prioritization with healthcare workers in 132 countries
Abstract
Background
Healthcare cannot achieve net-zero carbon without addressing operating theatres. The aim of this study was to prioritize feasible interventions to reduce the environmental impact of operating theatres.
Methods
This study adopted a four-phase Delphi consensus co-prioritization methodology. In phase 1, a systematic review of published interventions and global consultation of perioperative healthcare professionals were used to longlist interventions. In phase 2, iterative thematic analysis consolidated comparable interventions into a shortlist. In phase 3, the shortlist was co-prioritized based on patient and clinician views on acceptability, feasibility, and safety. In phase 4, ranked lists of interventions were presented by their relevance to high-income countries and low–middle-income countries.
Results
In phase 1, 43 interventions were identified, which had low uptake in practice according to 3042 professionals globally. In phase 2, a shortlist of 15 intervention domains was generated. In phase 3, interventions were deemed acceptable for more than 90 per cent of patients except for reducing general anaesthesia (84 per cent) and re-sterilization of ‘single-use’ consumables (86 per cent). In phase 4, the top three shortlisted interventions for high-income countries were: introducing recycling; reducing use of anaesthetic gases; and appropriate clinical waste processing. In phase 4, the top three shortlisted interventions for low–middle-income countries were: introducing reusable surgical devices; reducing use of consumables; and reducing the use of general anaesthesia.
Conclusion
This is a step toward environmentally sustainable operating environments with actionable interventions applicable to both high– and low–middle–income countries
Our research was on 243 patients clinical histories with the
clinical diagnosis of isquemia arterial sharp thrombotic of

the national institute of angiología and vascular surgery In
the Havana, Cuba, in the understood period of January 1997
to December 2007. Most of the studied patients had more than
60 years of age, with prevalence of the sector femoropopliteo
78.4% with relationship to the aortoiliaco 69.4%. The diabetes
mellitus was the factor of exposure risk for the outcome, you
presents in both groups of patient with femoropopliteal illness
y/o aortoiliaca respectively. The surgical more used in our patients as final result, in the evolution of
the event sharp isquémico.

enfermedad femoropoplitea y/o aortoiliaca respectivamente.
Mass dependence of inclusive nuclear phi photoproduction
Based on a prior determination of the phi selfenergy in a nuclear medium we perform a theoretical study of inclusive phi photoproduction in nuclei, looking at the A dependence of the cross sections for different phi momenta. We find sizeable reductions in the nuclear cross sections with respect to the elementary one, using a phi selfenergy which implies a width about six times the free one at normal nuclear density. The calculations are done to match the set up for an ongoing experiment at SPring8/Osaka which should provide valuable information on the renormalization of the phi properties in nuclei
{'en_US': "Patient's experiences of being diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and being admitted to peritoneal dialysis", 'es_ES': 'Vivencias del paciente ante el diagnóstico de enfermedad renal crónica y su ingreso a diálisis peritoneal'}
Scalable Synthesis and Electrocatalytic Performance of Highly Fluorinated Covalent Organic Frameworks for Oxygen Reduction
In this study, we present a novel approach for the synthesis of covalent organic frameworks (COFs) that overcomes the common limitations of non-scalable solvothermal procedures. Our method allows for the room-temperature and scalable synthesis of a highly fluorinated DFTAPB-TFTA-COF, which exhibits intrinsic hydrophobicity. We used DFT-based calculations to elucidate the role of the fluorine atoms in enhancing the crystallinity of the material through corrugation effects, resulting in maximized interlayer interactions, as disclosed both from PXRD structural resolution and theoretical simulations. We further investigated the electrocatalytic properties of this material towards the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR). Our results show that the fluorinated COF produces hydrogen peroxide selectively with low overpotential (0.062 V) and high turnover frequency (0.0757 s-1 ) without the addition of any conductive additives. These values are among the best reported for non-pyrolyzed and metal-free electrocatalysts. Finally, we employed DFT-based calculations to analyse the reaction mechanism, highlighting the crucial role of the fluorine atom in the active site assembly. Our findings shed light on the potential of fluorinated COFs as promising electrocatalysts for the ORR, as well as their potential applications in other fields.Depto. de Química InorgánicaDepto. de Química OrgánicaFac. de Ciencias QuímicasTRUEpubDescuento UC
