EURO – STABILIZATIONAL PROMISE

Autor smatra da je uvođenjem eura nastao drugi po veličini gospodarski prostor u svijetu. Ipak, ovaj gospodarski prostor nije bez problema. Autor predviđa da će, primjerice, tečaj eura porasti tek kad se poboljšaju uvjeti za ulaganje u zoni eura. Sve vlade u EU moraju raditi na strukturnim reformama tržišta rada i socijalne politike. U tom pogledu moguć je napredak kad euro postane međunarodno sredstvo plaćanja u rangu dolara. Kako bi se to ostvarilo, potrebno je stvoriti političku uniju u Europi, jer je za uspješnu valutu potrebna politička snaga.According to the author, the introduction of the euro has created the second largest economic space in the world. However, this economic space is not without its quandaries. For example, the author predicts that the exchange rate for the euro is going to increase only after the conditions for investments within the euro space have improved. All the EU governments must work on structural reforms of the labour market and the social policy. This will be facilitated once the euro has become an international currency equal to the dollar. Internetowe przedsiębiorstwo konsultingowe jest tymczasową siecią niezależnych podmiotów połączonych informacją w celu dzielenia się umiejętnościami, kosztami i dostępem do poszczególnych rynków, koncentrującą się na małych i średnich przedsiębiorstwach konsultingowych. Można wyróżnić specjalne funkcje i specjalne strategie rozwoju opracowywane w celu efektywnej współpracy internetowej. Celem rozprawy doktorskiej było opracowanie modelu współpracy. Inicjator projektu ("głowa" przedsiębiorstwa internetowego) może rozwinąć i kontrolować internetowy projekt dzięki temu modelowi. X-ray structures of progesterone receptor ligand binding domain in its agonist state reveal differing mechanisms for mixed profiles of 11beta-substituted steroids.

Contains fulltext : 103894.pdf (publisher's version ) (Open Access)We present here the x-ray structures of the progesterone receptor (PR) in complex with two mixed profile PR modulators whose functional activity results from two differing molecular mechanisms. The structure of Asoprisnil bound to the agonist state of PR demonstrates the contribution of the ligand to increasing stability of the agonist conformation of helix-12 via a specific hydrogen-bond network including Glu(723). This interaction is absent when the full antagonist, RU486, binds to PR. Combined with a previously reported structure of Asoprisnil bound to the antagonist state of the receptor, this structure extends our understanding of the complex molecular interactions underlying the mixed agonist/antagonist profile of the compound. In addition, we present the structure of PR in its agonist conformation bound to the mixed profile compound Org3H whose reduced antagonistic activity and increased agonistic activity compared with reference antagonists is due to an induced fit around Trp(755), resulting in a decreased steric clash with Met(909) but inducing a new internal clash with Val(912) in helix-12. This structure also explains the previously published observation that 16alpha attachments to RU486 analogs induce mixed profiles by altering the binding of 11beta substituents. Together these structures further our understanding of the steric and electrostatic factors that contribute to the function of steroid receptor modulators, providing valuable insight for future compound design
