The Influence of Work Competence, Mutation, and Promotion on Employee’s Performance at Finishing Department of CV Laksana Karoseri Ungaran

This study aimed to analyze the effect of work competence, mutation, and promotion on the performance of finishing employees at CV Laksana Karoseri Ungaran. The population in this study were all 72 employees of the finishing department, and the sample was 61 employees who were selected using nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The data analysis model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model and the analysis technique used the f test and partial test (t test) with the SPSS 24 program. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that work competence and promotion has a significant positive effects on employee’s performance, while mutation variable has no significant effect on employee performance. The results of the f test show that together the variables of work competence, mutation, and promotion have a significant positive effects on the employee’s performance in the finishing department of CV Laksana Karoseri Ungara

“PENGARUH KONFORMITAS TERHADAP PERILAKU KONSUMTIF DALAM PEMBELIAN SKINCARE KOREA”

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara konformitas terhadap perilaku konsumtif di kalangan dewasa awal dalam pembelian skincare Korea. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 210 responden (N=210) yang pernah atau sedang melakukan pembelian skincare Korea di Jakarta, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu non-probability sampling secara purposive sampling. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Skala Konformitas yang diambil dari teori Myers dengan 31 butir pernyataan dan Skala Perilaku Konsumtif yang diambil dari teori Engel dkk dengan 30 butir pernyataan. Uji analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini adalah uji analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai F hitung = 1751,11 dan nilai p = 0,000, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara konformitas terhadap perilaku konsumtif dalam pembelian skincare Korea di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefisien determinan (R square) = 0,894 artinya pengaruh konformitas terhadap perilaku konsumtif dalam pembelian skincare Korea di jakarta adalah sebesar 89,3% dan 10,7% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penelitian ini

Analisis Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Nesia Pan Pasific Clothing Di Ngadirojo

This study aims to analyze organizational commitment and leadership style on the performance of employees of PT Nesia Pan Pasific Clothing in Ngadirjo. This research is a type of quantitative research, the sampling technique of this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Nesia Pan Pasific Clothing who have met the requirements and the number of respondents as a sample in this study were 50 people. Source of data used in this research is primary data. The measurement scale used in this study is 5 Likert scale. Data analysis used SPSS version 20. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

FAMILY SOCIAL SUPPORT AND PATIENTS MOTIVATION PREVENT PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS TRANSMISSION

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis which usually attacks the lungs. The increasing number of TB patients will result in an increase in TB transmission in the community. The lack of prevention measures of TB transmission occurs because the patient has less motivation in preventing the transmission of disease. This study aims to determine the relationship of family social support with patient motivation in preventing transmission of pulmonary TB in Negara Sub-district 2019. This study is quantitative study and used a cross-sectional design. The population in this study was pulmonary TB patients in the Negara sub-district with a total sample of 43 respondents. The research sample used a Simple Random Sampling technique. Analysis of the study using Spearman’s Rho. Family social support the most lung TB people are in good category 37 (86%). The motivation of patients in preventing the transmission of the most lung TB in the category of good 40 (93%). The results of the research analysis state P = 0.005 (P = less than 0.05). There is a relationship between the social support of the family with the motivation of the patient in preventing the transmission of lung TB

This research is motivated by the uniqueness of the community with dreadlocks in the Dieng Plateau area in the Banjarnegara area, Central Java. Ruwatan dreadlocks is believed to be the incarnation of Kyai Kolodete (guard Dieng). The research was conducted using literature studies and sourced from articles, journals, books and thesis results from various existing media, the results of the research conducted showed that the existence of dreadlocks treatment is still being carried out today as evidenced by the holding of the Dieng Culture Festival. The existence of this tradition is influenced by the many privileges contained in the implementation of the ruwatan. Then, the position of tradition that is still firmly held by the surrounding community proves the people's love for the existing culture does not fade with the cultures that keep coming from outside. PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MONOPOLI PADA MATERI SEL (MONOSEL)

Learning media in the form of games is able to provide a pleasant learning atmosphere for students. Therefore, a game-based learning media is needed. This study aimed to develop learning media on cell material. The type of research was research & development (R & D) using Borg and Gall design.. The trial was carried out for class X students of SMA 1 Bekasi. The research data was obtained from the product assessment questionnaire. The results of the media expert's research were 83%; material experts were 76.25%; small group trials were 83.5%; and large group trials were 83.5%. The overall assessment obtained an average percentage of 81.56% with a very decent interpretation

Characterization of Green Pigment from Sauropus androgynus Shoot Cultures

The dark green leaves of Sauropus androgynus (Euphorbiaceae) have various nutritive values and are commonly used for human consumption as food, medicine, and natural dye substance in South-east Asia. Shoot cultures of this plant were established by adding various concentrations of kinetin (Kn) and benzyl adenine (BA) using nodal explants. The best results were recorded when Kn 0.1 mg/L was used with BA 1 mg/L (BA1Kn0.1). Spectrophotometric analysis showed two peaks of green pigment in shoot cultures, A pigment (λmax = 663.6 - 663.8 nm, absorbance 0.1111) and B pigment (λmax= 611.3 - 613.9 nm, absorbance 0.0390). Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) analysis showed two green spots (Rf Y = 0.31 and Rf Z = 0.25) of shoot cultures on medium supplemented with BA1Kn0.1 for 10 days. Pigment profiles of shoot culltures were similar to their corresponding mother plants. Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) was used as a preliminary technique to evaluate the genetic similarity of the shoot cultures and their corresponding mother plants. It showed four similar DNA banding patterns to their leaves, ranging from 271-765 bp

PEMBERDAYAAN KADER KESEHATAN DALAM MENCEGAH PENYAKIT TIDAK MENULAR MELALUI POSBINDU PTM

Perubahan gaya hidup instan masyarakat berdampak pada peningkatan penyakit tidak menular (PTM) seperti hipertensi, diabetes, stroke, dan lainnya. Masyarakat beranggapan bahwa PTM tidak menyebabkan kematian secara cepat sehingga skrining faktor risiko tidak dilakukan sejak dini. Deteksi dini dapat dilakukan di Posbindu PTM sebagai UKBM, namun dibutuhkan keterampilan kader dalam melakukan skrining kesehatan. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan kader dalam mendeteksi dini faktor risiko PTM yang dilakukan melalui beberapa kegiatan diantaranya pembentukan Posbindu PTM, pelatihan kader tentang Posbindu PTM, dan dilanjutkan monitoring faktor risiko PTM tiap bulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya Posbindu PTM, terlatihnya kader untuk melakukan pengukuran tekanan darah, lingkar perut, berat badan, dan tinggi badan. Selain itu peningkatan pengetahuan kader sebanyak 13 orang (81,25%). Terdeteksi risiko PTM pada pertemuan pertama sampai ketiga diantaranya mayoritas tekanan darah berada pada rentang normal 42,9%; 39,5%; dan 42,1%. Teridentifikasi 42,1% mengalami pre hipertensi pada pertemuan kedua, bahkan ada 2 orang (4,8%) yang menderita hipertensi derajat 2. IMT pada tiap pertemuan mayoritas pada kategori normal, namun masih ditemukan 29% dengan kategori IMT obesitas 1. Lingkar perut pada pertemuan 1 dan 2 tergolong normal, namun pada pertemuan ke-3 teridentifikasi lingkar perut sebesar 81,88 cm pada wanita. Pemberdayaan kader untuk mendeteksi dini PTM di Posbindu PTM diharapkan mampu mengurangi kejadian PTM dan meningkatkan motivasi masyarakat untuk mendeteksi dini faktor risiko PTM
