Strategi KUA dalam Sosialisasi Dampak Negatif Pernikahan Usia Dini bagi Remaja di Desa Simpang Marbau
This study aims to determine the strategy of the KUA in socializing the negative impacts of early marriage for teenagers in Simpang Marbau Village, Na lX-X District, North Labuhanbatu Regency. Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning has set the minimum age of marriage to 19 years for men and women. The method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The data collection technique used is interview observation. The results obtained in this study are that the KUA strategy is guidance for school-aged teenagers, socialization during premarital guidance, community-based education socialization through social campaign media and digital literacy, local transformation applied in socializing the negative impacts of early marriage
Pengembangan Tilawatil Quran Remaja Berbasis Manajemen Dakwah Di Kelurahan Marindal II
This study aims to determine the development of adolescent Quran recitation based on da'wah management in Marindal II Village, Patumbak District, Deli Serdang Regency. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation with one of the administrators of the Quran recitation group. Using the da'wah management approach, adolescent Quran recitation skills can be developed in a more structured and effective manner. This paper discusses strategies, models, and programs for effective Quran recitation development for adolescents. The results show that the da'wah management approach can significantly improve adolescent Quran recitation skills. This paper is also expected to serve as a reference for educators, preachers, and da'wah practitioners in developing Quran recitation skills
Pengaruh Persepsi Nilai Hijau dan Kualitas Informasi yang Dipersepsikan terhadap Keterikatan Konsumen dengan Merek pada Produk Ramah Lingkungan di Media Sosial
Peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan mendorong perusahaan memasarkan produk ramah lingkungan melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi nilai hijau dan kualitas informasi yang dipersepsikan terhadap keterikatan konsumen pada produk ramah lingkungan di media sosial. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap 100 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi nilai hijau dan kualitas informasi yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan konsumen. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya penyampaian nilai lingkungan yang jelas serta informasi yang akurat dan relevan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen di media sosial
Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Perkotaan melalui Program Pelatihan Wirausaha Baru di Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Bandung
Rapid social and economic changes in urban areas have created employment challenges, particularly rising unemployment and limited absorption of labor in the formal sector. This study aims to analyze the community empowerment process through the New Entrepreneur Training Program organized by the Bandung City Manpower Office. A qualitative approach was used with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving organizers, instructors, and participants. The findings show that the training improves participants’ capacity through entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, encourages active participation, fosters awareness of business opportunities, and expands access to information and institutional support. The program also encourages participants’ independence in starting small businesses, although wider information dissemination and stronger post-training assistance are still needed
Strategi Reformasi Hukum Administrasi Negara dalam Peningkatan Kinerja Pelayanan Publik di Era Digital
Reforming administrative law is a crucial step in improving the performance of public services, especially in the increasingly developing digital age. The background of this research is the need for updates in the bureaucratic and regulatory system to meet the demands for faster, more efficient, and transparent services. The problem addressed is how administrative law reform strategies can improve the quality of public services in the digital age. The research method used is a descriptive approach with qualitative analysis. The research results indicate that administrative law reform driven by technology can improve bureaucratic efficiency, speed up service processes, and minimize the potential for abuse of power. This research concludes that the implementation of digitalization and appropriate regulations can improve the performance of public services. The advice given is the importance of collaboration between the government and the community in implementing reforms
Efektivitas Konten Dakwah di Media Televisi: Perspektif Masyarakat Terhadap Acara Ceramah Ustadz
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Islamic preaching content on television based on rural community perspectives on television sermons. The study used qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach through interviews with ten informants in Gang Amaliyah, Laudendang District. The results indicate that television remains effective as a medium for Islamic preaching for the elderly and housewives due to its ease of access and trust, while the younger generation tends to shift to digital media. Television Islamic preaching plays an important role in enhancing religious and moral understanding, but presentation innovation is needed to remain relevant in the digital era and attract the interest of all levels of society. This study, using a phenomenological approach, examines the perspectives of local communities across generations regarding innovations in television Islamic preaching in the digital era
Dinamika Pendidikan Islam Pasca Kemerdekaan Indonesia: Antara Kebijakan, Transformasi Institusi, dan Peran Tokoh Pembaru
The Islamic education in Indonesia have been surpassed many improvement phases. This research would present systematic the imagine of Indonesia Islamic education in policies, institution, and figure contributions. In this study, qualitative methods that based on literature review with analysis content are combined. The Old Order era was marked by the stabilization, adaptation, and transition of the non-classical to classical system of Islamic education. During the New Order era, the government recognized madrasahs as formal institutions equal to other Islamic higher education initiatives. The Reformation era saw modernization efforts in madrasahs, Islamic boarding schools, and Islamic universities. In addition to strengthening Islamic education through new laws, progress was inextricably linked to the contributions of educational figures from the ranks of ulama, intellectuals, and bureaucrats. The conclusion suggests that synergy between policy and leadership is key to the transformation of Islamic education in Indonesia from independence to the reform era

The Umayyad Dynasty in Damascus marked the beginning of Islam’s shift from a democratic caliphate to a hereditary monarchy. This study aims to examine the history, civilizational advancements, and causes of the Umayyad Dynasty's decline in Damascus. The method used is library research, referring to historical texts, articles, and relevant academic sources. Findings reveal significant progress in politics, law, culture, economy, education, and religion during the dynasty’s rule. However, internal issues such as weak leadership, tribal fanaticism, and economic decline led to its fall. This research is crucial for understanding the dynamics of classical Islamic civilization and its relevance to the development of contemporary Islamic politics
Bridging The Digital Divide: The Effectiveness Of Gadget Provision Programs And Digital Literacy Training For Marginalized Students In Improving Access And Learning Outcomes (A Longitudinal Study)
The digital divide remains a significant barrier to equitable educational access in developing nations, particularly affecting marginalized students in underserved regions. This longitudinal qualitative study examines the effectiveness of a device provision and digital literacy training program implemented across three schools in rural Indonesia over an 18-month period. Utilizing semi-structured interviews with 45 students and 18 educators, combined with classroom observations and document analysis, this research employs thematic analysis to identify how coordinated hardware provision and pedagogical training influence student learning access and academic outcomes. Key findings reveal that device provision alone demonstrates limited efficacy; however, when coupled with structured digital literacy training and teacher professional development, significant improvements emerge in student engagement (73% increase), digital skill competencies (average gain of 2.4 proficiency levels), and learning outcomes (28% improvement in academic performance). The study identifies critical success factors including sustained teacher training, contextual curriculum adaptation, and family literacy support. Findings suggest that addressing the digital divide requires multifaceted approaches beyond infrastructure investment, emphasizing the need for integrated educational interventions that consider local socioeconomic contexts and teacher capacity. This research contributes to evidence-based policy recommendations for equitable technology integration in marginalized educational settings
The Development of School Culture Based on Local Cultural Values in Elementary Schools of Central Aceh Regency
This research investigates the development of school culture grounded in local wisdom at SD Negeri 12 Kute Panang, Central Aceh Regency. The study adopts a qualitative design with a descriptive approach. Data sources comprise primary data collected directly from field informants and secondary data obtained from relevant school documents. The participants include the principal, teachers, students, and community members. Data collection methods involve observation, interviews, and documentation, while analysis is conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results reveal several school activities that reflect the application of local wisdom values, which also serve as integral components of the school’s culture. These include: (1) Cultivation of Gayo coffee, a prominent regional commodity and a primary source of income for local residents. At school, students receive guidance from teachers on coffee farming techniques, from seedling preparation to post-harvest processing—providing both practical knowledge and character-building experiences. (2) Traditional arts, such as Didong and Tari Guel, which hold deep cultural meaning for the Gayo community. At SD Negeri 12 Kute Panang, these activities are conducted on Thursdays, with students organized into groups and trained by teachers. (3) Traditional cuisine, where students are introduced to local specialties including gutel, masam jing, and lepat
