PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR DI KECAMATAN MEDAN KOTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengeruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di sekolah dasar kecamatan medan kota. Sampel dalam penelitian yang terdiri dari 7 sekolah yang berjumlah 65 orang guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional dan kinerja guru adalah angket yang telah di uji validasi dan realibilitasnya. Kedua berdistribusi normal kerena 0,200 ≥ 0,05. Dari uji linearitas diketahui nilai signifikan deviation from lineariti sebesar 0, 455 ≥ 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang linear antara kompetensi profesional guru dengan kinerja guru. Dilakukan uji t pada taraf nyata (∝ =0,05) bahwa  ≥  yaitu 7,166 ≥ 1,998 dengan ini membuktikan bahwa  diterima, sehingga penulis menyimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar di kecamatan medan kota

ANALISIS KEVALIDAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MODEL MISSOURI MATHEMATICS PROJECT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH DAN MOTIVASI SISWA SD

This study aims to analyze the validity and find learning tools based on the Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) model that are practical and effective in improving elementary school students' problem-solving skills and motivation. The research was carried out at SD Negeri 014647 Mekar Tanjung, Asahan Regency. The research population was all fifth grade students and the sample was determined as many as 60 students. The research instrument consisted of expert assessment sheets, motivational questionnaires and tests of students' mathematical problem solving abilities. The analysis technique uses expert validation and calculates Gain and N-gain with student test results. The results of the study stated that the mathematics learning tool based on the MMP model developed was valid for use in the implementation of learning in class V SD Negeri 014647 Mekar Tanjung, Asahan Regency. The MMP model-based mathematics learning tool is practically used in the implementation of learning in class V SD Negeri 014647 Mekar Tanjung, Asahan Regency. Suggestions for this research include that the learning tools developed need to be tested on other schools so that the scope and quality of this model can be met and to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the product because this research only reached stage 3, namely development has not yet reached the deployment stage (decimate)

Improving Drought Tolerance in Chili Pepper by the Application of Local Microorganisms (LMo)

his study aimed at determining the effect of spraying intervals of local microorganism (MoL) golden apple snails on the improvement of drought tolerance of chili grown under limited water availability. The trial was carried out at greenhouse and Plant Protection Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jambi for 6 months. The study used a Randomized Block Design with 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor was the chili cultivar consisted of Vitra, Lado and Laris. While the second factor was the spraying interval of MoL golden apple snail consisted of 100% field capacity of soil water without MoL application, 75% field capacity of soil water and spraying intervals once a week, and 75% field capacity of soil water and spraying intervals every two weeks. The results showed that spraying MoL golden apple snail at intervals of either once in 1 or 2 weeks could increase tolerance to drought stress in three chili cutivars grown under 75% field capacity of soil water. Plant growth and yield at 75% field capacity of soil water was the same as that of plants grown under optimum conditions (100 % field capacity of soil water), MoL spray on the cv. Vitra could increase fruit weight per plant by up to 32% over fruit weight of those plants grown under optimum conditions

Rancang Bangun Website Penjualan Piala Custom (Studi Kasus: Toko Lytin)

Pada saat ini penjualan Toko Lytin masih d ilakukan secara manual di mana masih menggunakan kertas sehingga sering mengalami kendala waktu pada saat ingin mengetahui data penjualan berdasarkan data perhari, data perminggu, data perbulan dan data pertahun karena harus mengecek data satu persatu. Permintaan customer juga sering tidak ter-capture dengan baik sehingga pesanan customer sering tidak sesuai dengan keinginan customer seperti kesalahan dalam pembuatan logo piala, font, dan desain produk. Dengan adanya masalah diatas, penulis membuat rancangan penjualan website secara simpel agar pelanggan mudah memahami rancangan tampilan Toko Lytin dan mendapatkan informasi mengenai produk yang ditawarkan. Hasil dari rancangan website ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah atau kendala yang ada sebelumnya, sehingga rancangan ini nantinya dapat membantu pemilik toko dengan mudah melihat laporan penjualan dan dapat melayani permintaan customer dengan baik sehingga customer merasa puas ketika berbelanja. Manfaat yang di dapat dari rancangan sistem informasi ini nantinya akan memudahkan pengembang untuk melanjutkan ke tahap website yang nantinya dapat membantu proses penjualan Toko Lytin

Pembatalan Perjanjian Jual Beli Tanah Oleh Penjual Karena Pembeli Wanprestasi

The research aims to find out the process of the seller's implementation cancellation of land because the buyer defaulted, a result of the law seller's cancellation of the land purchase agreement because the buyer defaulted. The research method used in this study is sociological juridical. The results of research on the process of the sale agreement are agreements in which the agreement is valid and has binding power since the agreement between the seller and the buyer has been reached. A buying and selling bond based on contractual validity and other treaty principles. Many of the cases involved promises to pay for the sale, but they were too late. An agreement can be nullified for the sake of the law (van rechtswege neiting) or cancelable (vernietigbaar), if an agreement does not meet the requirements specified in Article 1320 of the Civil Code, if subjective conditions are not met (they agreed to bind themselves, to make a covenant) and objective conditions (a certain thing, a lawful cause). As a result of the law against the buyer when he breaks his promise, the buyer is required to pay for the loss that the seller has suffered, pay the costs of the case when it is brought before the court, and fulfill the agreement if it continues. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan pembatalan jual beli tanah oleh penjual karena pembeli wanprestasi, akibat hukum pembatalan perjanjian jual beli tanah oleh penjual karena pembeli wanprestasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis sosiologis. Hasil penelitian proses erjanjian jual beli merupakan perjanjian dimana perjanjian itu sah dan memiliki kekuatan mengikat sejak tercapainya kata sepakat antara penjual dan pembeli. Pengikatan jual beli mendasarkan pada keabsahan berkontrak dan asas-asas perjanjian lainnya. Banyak kasus yang terjadi tersebut berisikan janji-janji untuk melakukan pembayaran pembayaran jual beli, akan tetapi terlambat. Suatu perjanjian dapat batal demi hukum (van rechtswege neiting) atau dapat dibatalkan (vernietigbaar), apabila suatu perjanjian tidak memenuhi persyaratan yang telah ditentukan pada Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata, yaitu apabila tidak memenuhi syarat subjektif (sepakat mereka mengikat dirinya, cakap untuk berbuat sesuatu perjanjian) dan syarat objektif (suatu hal tertentu, suatu sebab yang halal). Akibat hukum yang timbul terhadap pembeli apabila wanprestasi, pembeli diharuskan membayar ganti kerugian yang telah diderita oleh penjual, membayar biaya perkara apabila diperkarakan di pengadilan, dan memenuhi perjanjian jika masih dilanjutkan.

Hepatoprotective effect of ethanol extract of matoa leaves (Pometia pinnata) against paracetamol-induced liver disease in rats

The hepatoprotective effects of matoa leaves were evaluated by paracetamol-induced injury in rat’s hepatocytes. The  ethanolic  extract of matoa leaves (EEML) at doses of 200, 300, 500 mg/kg, po and silymarin at dose of 100 mg/kg, po were given for seven days. Silymarin was given as  the  reference  drug. Hepatoprotective  effect  was  studied  by  measuring  the level  of AST, ALT, ALP and total protein in  serum. In vivo, oral treatment with EEML at dose of 500 mg/kg significantly reduced AST, ALT, ALP in serum whereas total protein was not significantly reduce in each groups.  These  results indicate that the hepatoprotective action of EEML is likely related to its potent antioxidative activity. Neutralizing reactive oxygen species enhancing the activity of original natural hepatic-antioxidant enzymes may be the main mechanisms of EEML against paracetamol-induced injury. Gambaran Histopatologi Hepar dengan Induksi Natrium Nitrit (NaNO2) dan Ekstrak Rimpang Jeringau (Acorus calamus L.) pada Tikus Putih (Rattus norvegicus L.)

Sodium nitrite is food preservatif in processed meat and is usually often consumed by strikethrough. Excessive consumption of sodium nitrite can cause liver cell damage. Jeringau (Acorus calamus L.) is a herbal plant that contains flavonoids. The activity of flavonoids is hypothesized can be used as anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antioxidant agent. This research aimed to determine the effect of sodium nitrite (NaNO2) and jeringau rhizome (Acorus calamus L.) extract on morphology and histopathological changes of liver in rat (Rattus norvegicus L.). This study used a complete randomized design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments (negative control: CMC Na 0.5%, positive control: sodium nitrite 50 mg/kg BW and CMC Na 0.5%, jeringau rhizome extract 250 mg/kg BW dose, 500 mg/kg BW dose, and 750 mg/kg BW dose) for 40 days. The examination of hydropic degeneration and necrosis used scoring method with Manja Roegnik Histopathology model. Histomorphometry on hepatic cell damage was analyzed using one-way ANOVA and Duncan's test at a significant level of 0.05 on SPSS 26. The results showed that the dose of 250 mg/kg BW and 500 mg/kg BW of jeringau rhizome extract was able to significantly improve hepatic histopathology damage (p≤0.05) compared to the control group. Jeringau rhizome extract could reduce the level of damage to hydropic degeneration and necrosis in the liver due to exposure to sodium nitrite

Efektivitas Adopsi Inovasi Pengembangan Pembelajaran Dalam Skema Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh Di SMK Santa Maria Jakarta

The Covid-19 pandemic has an accelerating effect in utilizing information technology to support distance learning. The distance learning process requires teachers to adopt learning development innovations using online learning media. The adoption of learning development innovations is carried out by using online learning media. Through this research, the researcher wants to analyze the effectiveness of the adoption of learning development innovations in the distance learning scheme at SMK Santa Maria Jakarta from the teacher's point of view. This study uses a simple qualitative and literature study method. The sample of this research is 35 teachers who teach at SMK Santa Maria Jakarta. The instrument used was a questionnaire distributed online using the google form link. The data show that the adoption of distance learning development innovation has been taking place effectively at Santa Maria Jakarta Vocational High School, seen from the effectiveness of using online learning media. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dan kualitatif sederhana. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 35 guru yang mengajar di SMK Santa Maria Jakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner yang disebarkan secara online menggunakan link google form. Data yang diperoleh memperlihatkan bahwa adopsi inovasi pengembangan pembelajaran jarak jauh sudah berlangsung dengan efektif di SMK Santa Maria Jakarta dilihat dari efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran daring. Praktik Manajemen Laba Sebelum Ipo Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi adanya manajemen laba satu tahun sebelum perusahaan melakukan initial public offering (IPO), serta menguji adanya pengaruh manajemen laba yang dilakukan sebelum IPO terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Manajemen laba diukur menggunkana lima proksi manajemen laba (long term discretionary accrual, short term discretionary accruals, Abnormal Cash Flow of Operation, Abnormal Production Cost, dan Abnormal Discretionary Expense). Kinerja keuangan perusahaan diukur menggunakan ROA (Return on Assets). Kinerja keuangan perusahaan diukur menggunakan ROA (Return on Assets). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perusahaan tidak terindikasi melakukan manajemen laba pada satu tahun sebelum IPO (initial public offering). Penelitian ini juga tidak dapat membuktikan adanya pengaruh manajemen laba sebelum IPO terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada satu tahun setelah IPO dan dua tahun setelah IPO
