    This study aims to describe and analyse the implementation of marketing program management at SMA IT Ar Raihan Bandar Lampung. This research approach is qualitative with case study method. this research was conducted at SMA IT Ar Raihan Bandar Lampung in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 school year. The primary source of this research is the principal and education personnel in the marketing department. While secondary sources in this study are books, documents, and scientific articles related to research. Data collection techniques used observation interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the data using data triangulation. And data analysis using Miles and Huberman analysis techniques, namely by codifying data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results prove that the marketing strategy signed by potential schools in Bandar Lampung has had a significant positive impact on increasing new student enrolment. Furthermore, marketing strategies through social media advertising also have a positive impact on increasing awareness and new student enrolment. Marketing strategies by collaborating with tutoring also have a positive impact on increasing new student enrolment. Marketing strategies based on active participation of alumni can also build a positive reputation, attract the attention of prospective students, and increase the number of new student applicants. So it can be concluded that the four strategies are very effective in supporting marketing programme management at SMA IT Raihan Bandar Lampung

    This research is motivated by the difficulties and disinterest of students in writing poetry texts. This is because students do not understand the techniques in writing poetry texts. In addition, students are still not trained in developing their creative thinking in writing poetry texts. To overcome this problem, the authors chose podcast learning media to improve students' ability to write poetry texts and students' creative thinking skills in class VIII SMPN 2 Margahayu. The problem in this study is related to the low ability of students in writing poetry texts and the ability to think creatively. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of podcast media and its impact on the ability to write poetry texts and increase creative thinking skills. The ability of class VIII students of SMPN 2 Margahayu in writing poetry texts is in good category. In addition, the ability to think creatively is also in another good category. Based on the results of statistical calculations, it can be obtained that podcast media has an impact on the ability to write poetry texts and the ability to think creatively. This is supported by statistical calculations. There are significant differences in writing poetry texts and students' creative thinking in the experimental class using podcast media and the control class using image media. This study uses a mix method with data collection techniques through tests, observations, and interviews. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that learning to write poetry texts has an impact on students' creative thinking abilities. In addition, it can be an alternative to choosing a learning model in class. It is evident from the results of the pretest writing poetry texts that the average experimental class student obtained 57.69, while the average posttest score for the experimental class obtained 81.92 which indicates an increase in value.     This research aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on listening skills with the help of audio-visual media for class V students at SDN 92 Singkaawang. The type of research used is quantitative research with correlation methods. The variables used in this research are the independent variable (emotional intelligence) and the dependent variable (listening ability). This research also uses an associative research design, namely the influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. This research was conducted at SDN 92 Singkawang, Jalan Semai, Gg SD 12, Sungai Garam in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The sample used was 29 students. The sampling technique used total sampling. The data analysis technique uses Pearson product moment correlation and the instruments used are emotional intelligence questionnaires and listening tests. The operational definitions used in this research are emotional intelligence, listening ability and non-fiction text material. The research results show (1) the emotional intelligence of class V students at SDN 92 Singkawang is relatively high with an average of 77.72%; (2) emotional intelligence ability is relatively high with an average of 75.8%; (3) there is a significant influence between emotional intelligence and the listening ability of class V students at SD Negeri 92 Singkawang, namely 0.41 or a contribution of 41%

    ANALISIS PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR KELAS IV DI SDN PANGKATREJO

    The primary objective of this research is to examine how Mathematics instructional materials are utilized within the Emancipated Curriculum for fourth-grade students at SDN Pangkatrejo, situated in Maduran District, Lamongan Regency, during the academic year 2022/2023. The introduction of the Independent Learning Curriculum is seen as a response to enhance the adaptability and applicability of the school curriculum in the face of rapid societal advancements. Employing a descriptive qualitative research methodology with a focus on case study, the study employed various data collection techniques including classroom observations, interviews with Mathematics educators, and an assessment of the learning materials employed in the Emancipated Curriculum. Through content analysis, the collected data was systematically reviewed to establish coherence between the developed learning materials and the fundamental principles of the Emancipated Curriculum. This analysis also aimed to identify potential challenges that may arise during the implementation phase. The research findings reveal that the Mathematics learning materials incorporated into the Emancipated Curriculum at SDN Pangkatrejo have been meticulously crafted to align with fundamental principles. These principles encompass a scientific approach, fostering critical thinking competencies, and harnessing diverse learning resources. However, challenges remain in the implementation process, such as resource constraints and technical impediments concerning technology-based learning tools

      This research aims to describe curriculum management in elementary schools, the focus of this research discusses curriculum planning and project learning activities at the school. This study uses qualitative research methods, data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative data analysis technique, data analysis in qualitative research is carried out during the collection process. There are three activities in the data analysis technique, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.  The results of this study found that the curriculum applied in elementary schools in Yogyakarta is the Merdeka Curriculum and also implements Project Based Learning activities in the form of Pancasila Student Profile (P3) activities.     Kreativitas merupakan salah satu hal penting dalam pembelajaran matematika. Namun, pada kenyataannya kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa adalah dengan memberikan soal yang bersifat terbuka (open-ended). Kreativitas setiap siswa dalam memecahkan suatu permasalahan berbeda-beda, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh adanya gaya belajar. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas IV dalam memecahkan masalah matematika open-ended ditinjau dari gaya belajar di SDN 10 Sumbawa Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 10 Sumbawa Besar yang berjumlah 22 siswa, dimana nantinya akan dipilih 3 orang siswa yang mewakili masing-masing gaya belajar untuk diwawancarai secara lebih mendalam untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir kreatifnya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan, untuk uji keabsahan data, penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa dengan gaya belajar visual berada pada TBKM level 3 (kreatif), karena mampu memenuhi dua indikator berpikir kreatif yaitu kelancaran (fluency) dan keluwesan (flexibility). Siswa dengan gaya belajar auditorial berada pada TBKM level 1 (kurang kreatif), karena hanya mampu memenuhi satu indikator berpikir kreatif yaitu kelancaran (fluency). Sedangkan siswa dengan gaya belajar kinestetik berada pada TBKM level 3 (kreatif), karena mampu memenuhi 2 indikator berpikir kreatif yaitu kelancaran (fluency) dan kebaruan (novelty). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa dengan gaya belajar visual dan kinestetik cenderung sudah mampu memecahkan masalah matematika open-ended

    PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS TEKS DISKUSI DAN PERCAYA DIRI SISWA SMP

    This study aims to determine: 1) the effectiveness of the application of the problem-based learning (PBL) model assisted by visual media in improving the ability (writing) of discussion texts and students' self-confidence; 2) correlation between self-confidence and ability to write discussion text; 3) describe student performance during learning to write discussion texts using problem-based learning methods assisted by visual media. The type of research is quasi-experimental with the student population of MTsN 2 West Bandung; 4) students' difficulties in writing exposition texts. The research sample was class IX E as the control class, and class IX F as the experimental class. There are 30 students in each class. The results showed: 1) the ability to write discussion texts and the confidence of MTs students who studied using the PBL model with the aid of visual media were better than students who learned using conventional methods; 2) there is a correlation between self-confidence and the ability to write discussion texts; 3) During the implementation of this PBL model, the activities of teachers and students were categorized as very good. The results of the final knowledge test show that the average acquisition of the experimental class is in the medium category, while the control class shows the poor category. The average final skill score shows that the experimental class gets a better score than the control class. The difficulties experienced by the two classes during the practice of writing discussion texts generally lie in the activity of assembling sentences into a complete text according to the structure and rules and concluding controversial arguments.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1)  keefektifan penerapan model problem based learning (PBL) berbantuan media visual dalam  meningkatkan kemampuanm(menulis) teks diskusi dan kepercayaan diri siswa;  2) korelasi antara kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan menulis teks diskusi; 3)  mendeskripsikan kinerja siswa selama pembelajaran menulis teks diskusi dengan menggunaakn metode problem based learning berbantuan media visual. Jenis penelitian berupa kuasi eksperimen dengan populasi siswa MTsN 2 Bandung Barat; 4) kesulitan siswa dalam menulis teks eksposisi. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas IX E sebagai kelas kontrol, dan kelas IX F sebagai kelas eksperimen. Masing-masing kelas berjumlah 30 siswa.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1)  kemampuan menulis teks diskusi dan kepercayaan diri siswa MTs yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model PBL berbantuan media visual lebih baik daripada siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan metode konvensiona; 2) terdapat korelasi antara kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan menulis teks diskusi; 3) Selama penerapan model PBL ini, aktivitas guru dan siswa termasuk berkategori sangat baik. Hasil tes akhir pengetahuan menunjukkan rata-rata perolehan kelas eksperimen termasuk kategori sedang, sedangkan kelas kontrol menunjukkan kategori kurang. Rata-rata nilai akhir keterampilan menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen mendapatkan nilai lebih baik daripada kelas kontrol. Kesulitan yang dialami kedua kelas pada saat praktik menulis teks diskusi pada umumnya terletak pada kegiatan merangkai kalimat menjadi teks secara utuh sesuai struktur dan kaidah dan menyimpulkan argumen yang kontroversial

    MAKNA SEMIOTIKA PERANGKAT ADAT DALAM TRADISI MARPEGE-PEGE PADA MASYARAKAT BATAK ANGKOLA PADANGSIDIMPUAN

    This research aims to determine the semiotic meaning of traditional devices in the ‘marpege-pege’ tradition in the Padangsidimpuan Batak Angkola. The method used in this research is the ethnographic method as determined by Spradley. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with elements of society and “suhut” the elements or parties holding the event. The data analysis method used is de Sausure analysis (1859) by interpreting two dichotomies: signifier and signified. The results of his research show that there are 6 traditional devices that support the traditional “marpege-pege” procession. The semiotic meanings contained in the 6 traditional devices are “amak lappisan” which means a special seat, namely an entity that has a high position, “pinggan godang” and “haronduk” which means a respect, “Sipulut” (sticky rice) and “inti” (coconut mixed with brown sugar) which means to tighten. The relationship between the entities in the “marpege-pege” tradition, “Burangir” (betel), “soda”, “pining” (betel nuts) and “gambir” means a form of gratitude, “timbako” (tobacco) or (cigarette) has the meaning as a form of appreciation for community leaders who have present at traditional processions and “Abit” (cloth) has a simple meaning.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui makna semiotika perangkat adat dalam tradisi marpege-pege pada Masyarakat Batak Angkola Padangsidimpuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode etnografi sebagaimana yang telah dicetuskan oleh Spradley. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan para elemen masyarakat dan juga suhut atau pihak yang mengadakan acara. Metode analisis data digunakan adalah analisis  de Sausure (1859) dengan menginterpretasikan dua dikotomi yaitu penanda (signifier) dan petanda (signified). Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa ada 6 perangkat adat yang mendukung prosesi tradisi marpege-pege. Makna semiotika yang terkandung dalam 6 perangkat adat tersebut yaitu amak lappisan  yang memiliki makna tempat duduk khusus yaitu entitas yang memiliki kedudukan tinggi, pinggan godang dan haronduk yang bermakna suatu penghormatan, Sipulut (ketan) dan inti (kelapa yang dicampur dengan gula merah) bermaknakan mempererat hubungan antara entitas-entitas yang ada dalam tradisi marpege-pege tersebut, Burangir (sirih), soda, pining (pinang) dan gambir bermakna wujud rasa syukur, Timbako (tembakau) atau (rokok) memiliki makna sebagai bentuk penghargaan terhadap tokoh masyarakat yang telah hadir pada prosesi adat dan Abit (kain) memiliki makna sederhana

    KOMUNIKASI KELUARGA DALAM PEMAKNAAN INSECURE PADA DIRI REMAJA AKHIR

    ABSTRACT   The phenomenon of insecurity is being felt by late adolescents today, because at this age adolescents are experiencing many new phases in life before heading into adulthood. At this age, a lot of worries arise in late adolescents, so that positive family communication is needed to be able to help reduce the feelings of insecurity they are experiencing. This study focuses on the meaning of insecurity in late adolescents in family communication in the city of Bandung, using a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used in this research were literature study, observation, and interviews with seven informants, namely three key informants, three supporting informants, and one expert informant. The results of this study indicate that late adolescents interpret insecurity as feeling insecure and insecure, this was found from personal experience and also consultation with a psychologist. Based on the results of interviews, experiences of failure or rejection, social anxiety, and encouragement of perfectionism make late adolescents feel unappreciated or demeaned. Where this will make the late teens become insecure. This research is expected to be useful for late adolescents who experience insecurity in family communication. The literature search process began with the main key phrase "integrated quality, teachers, educational staff". The literature study uses 12 sources to describe various integrated quality management in the field of educators and teaching staff.
