Gestión de talento humano y desempeño laboral en la empresa Tecnocom Perú SAC zona sur 2021

Con respecto al presente trabajo se tuvo como objetivo argumentar la relación que tiene la gestión de talento humano y el desempeño laboral en la empresa TECNOCOM PERU SAC ZONA SUR-2021, la cual comprendió un enfoque cuantitativo de método descriptivo correlacional, diseño no experimental transversal, la población estaba representada por 100 personas entre jefes, supervisores, RR.HH. y técnicos. Para la recolección de datos se aplicó el método censal y se empleó la encuesta y el cuestionario, la misma que fue empleada para todos los individuos. Para la medición se aplicó 100 encuestas, y el estudio estadístico se realizó mediante el software SPSS versión 26 que dio como resultado de la investigación un nivel de confiabilidad de 0.967 (confiabilidad muy alta), para la prueba de hipótesis de correlación se utilizó el estadígrafo no paramétrico Rho de Spearman, obteniéndose significancia: 0.000 y Rho 0.757, lo cual significa que existe correlación positiva alta y al 95% de confianza, por tanto a mayor gestión del talento humano hay mayor desempeño laboral, y cuando hay descuido de la gestión de talento humano hay menor desempeño laboral

"Mami, está más buena que una volquetada de gomitas", "¿La acompaño o la persigo?"; son algunas de las expresiones que pueden escucharse al caminar por el Parque de Bolívar, la carrera sexta o por varios espacios públicos de la ciudad de Cartago, que son reconocidos por los "riesgos" de recibir un piropo callejero a cualquier hora del día, sin importar la edad, la figura o la condición social de la mujer, pues de alguna manera estos sitios son popularmente identificados cultural y tradicionalmente por su recorrido histórico y por la utilización de piropos callejeros. ¿En qué momento se pasa del halago a la agresión o al socavo de la dignidad?. The Research Journey as a Challenge Towards New Trends

The academic community of the department of Risaralda, in its permanent interest in evidencing the results of the research processes that are carried out from the Higher Education Institutions and as a product of the VI meeting of researchers of the department of Risaralda held in November 2021 presents its work: “The journey of research as a challenge towards new trends”, which reflects the result of the latest research and advances in different lines of knowledge in Agricultural Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Sciences and Technology and Information Sciences, which seek to solve and meet the demands of the different sectors. Gender Gap in Parental Leave Intentions: Evidence from 37 Countries

Despite global commitments and efforts, a gender-based division of paid and unpaid work persists. To identify how psychological factors, national policies, and the broader sociocultural context contribute to this inequality, we assessed parental-leave intentions in young adults (18–30 years old) planning to have children (N = 13,942; 8,880 identified as women; 5,062 identified as men) across 37 countries that varied in parental-leave policies and societal gender equality. In all countries, women intended to take longer leave than men. National parental-leave policies and women’s political representation partially explained cross-national variations in the gender gap. Gender gaps in leave intentions were paradoxically larger in countries with more gender-egalitarian parental-leave policies (i.e., longer leave available to both fathers and mothers). Interestingly, this cross-national variation in the gender gap was driven by cross-national variations in women’s (rather than men’s) leave intentions. Financially generous leave and gender-egalitarian policies (linked to men’s higher uptake in prior research) were not associated with leave intentions in men. Rather, men’s leave intentions were related to their individual gender attitudes. Leave intentions were inversely related to career ambitions.
