    Program Layanan Bimbingan Belajar Bagi Siswa Yang Berkesulitan Membaca di SD Kelas Rendah

    This research is based on the observations of researchers in elementary schools in the research environment. At the beginning of the observation, the researcher found a phenomenon that was relevant to this study, namely that there were students in class III who had difficulty reading. The reading difficulties experienced such as difficulty reading words consisting of three or more syllables and experiencing errors in recognizing words such as omission, insertion, replacement, reversal of letters, and stammering. The formulation of the problem based on this phenomenon is how the tutoring that has been given by the teacher so far to students with reading difficulties and the design of the tutoring service program needed for students with reading difficulties. The focus of this research is that the researcher makes a recommendation for a tutoring service program according to the needs of students with reading difficulties at SD Negeri Cikande Permai class III. Qualitative approaches and case study methods are used in this study. This method is used with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. From the findings that have been analyzed, it is found that students who have reading difficulties need a monthly tutoring service program in the form of a matrix and evaluation. So that the process of learning activities for students who have reading difficulties can be served and run well according to their needs

    ABSTRAK ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN REKRUTMEN TENAGA HONORER MENJADI PEGAWAI PEMERINTAH DENGAN PERJANJIAN KERJA (PPPK) DI PEMERINTAH DAERAH KOTA PEKANBARU Oleh : SITI RAMADANI 11970524774 Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan rekrutmen Tenaga Honorer menjadi Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) di Pemerintah Daerah Kota Pekanbaru dan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan rekrutmen Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) di Pemerintah Daerah Kota Pekanbaru. Dalam penelitian ini metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif yang pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Pekanbaru. Informan penelitian adalah berjumlah 10 (sepuluh) orang. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak tenaga honorer yang belum menjadi Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK). Tahap pengadaan Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan optimal. Tahap pengumuman lowongan, tahap seleksi dan tahap pengumuman hasil seleksi Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) sudah berjalan dengan optimal. Faktor hambatan pelaksanaan rekrutmen Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) adalah jumlah rekrutmen yang terbatas, kurangnya jumlah formasi yang diberikan, serta tingginya nilai ambang batas atau passing grade seleksi Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK).     Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi berdasarkan observasi peneliti pada sekolah dasar yang berada di lingkungan peneliti. Pada awal observasi peneliti mendapatkan suatu fenomena yang relevan dengan penelitian ini, yakni terdapat siswa di kelas III yang berkesulitan dalam membaca. kesulitan membaca yang dialami tersebut seperti sulit membaca kata yang memiliki lebih dari dua suku kata serta mengalami kekeliruan mengenal kata seperti penghilangan, penyisipan, penggantian, pembalikan huruf, dan terbata-bata. Dari kesulitan yang dialami siswa tersebut maka diperlukannya sebuah program layanan bimbingan belajar yang merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilaksanakan secara terstruktur dalam melayani dan membimbing siswa yang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar. Permasalahan yang akan dibahas pada penelitian ini adalah bimbingan belajar yang telah diberikan oleh guru selama ini kepada siswa yang berkesulitan membaca serta rancangan program layanan bimbingan belajar yang dibutuhkan bagi siswa yang berkesulitan membaca. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk membuat sebuah rekomendasi program layanan bimbingan belajar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa berkesulitan membaca di SD Negeri Cikande Permai kelas III. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Metode ini dilakukan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data dan informasi melalui pengamatan dan narasumber secara langsung. Dari hasil temuan yang telah dianalisis didapatkan bahwa siswa yang mengalami kesulitan membaca membutuhkan sebuah program bulanan layanan bimbingan belajar berbentuk matriks dan evaluasi. Sehingga proses kegiatan belajar bagi siswa yang mengalami kesulitan membaca dapat dilayani dan berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. The purpose of this study is to make a recommendation for a tutoring service program according to the needs of students with reading difficulties at SD Negeri Cikande Permai class III.     USING FOLKLORE TO IMPROVE STUDENTS’ WRITING ABILITY IN NARRATIVE TEXT : THE CASE STUDY OF ELEVENTH GRADE STUDENTS OF SMA N 3 BREBES IN ACADEMIC YEAR 2021/2022

    The researcher finds out several objectives in this research there are (1) To know students’ extent of writing ability in teaching by using folklore. (2) To know students’ extent of writing ability in taught without using folklore. (3) To find out whether there are any significant differences in students’ writing ability taught with and without using folklore. (4) To find out students’ perceptions in the experiment class who were taught by using folklore. The type of this research is quantitative. The population of this research is the eleventh grade of SMA N 3 Brebes and the samples of this research are XI IPA 4 as Control class and XI IPA 5 as Experiment class. These research instruments are a test for the control class and the experiment class and an interview for the experiment class. The test consists of pre-test and post-test. The result of the research described into (1) In the control class, the mean of pre-test was 57,36, which categorized in “Equal” grade because of the score in the midst of 40,00-59,00. While, the result of the post-test was 73,75, which was categorized as a “Good” grade because the score was in the midst of 60,00-79,00. (2) In the experiment class, the mean result pre-test was 64,02 it was categorized in “Good” because the score in the midst of 60,00-79,00 and the mean result of post-test was 84, and it was classified in “Excellent” because of the score in the midst of 80,00-100,00. Therefore, it can be concluded that the score taught using folklore were higher than those taught without using folklore

    Women Friendly Mosque in Banda Aceh: A Study of the Concept of Gender Justice and Gender Planning Perspective

    This paper analyzed how several mosques as a public space are not friendly to one gender group. Mosques as public spaces should be accessible to everyone and must accommodate the needs of all gender groups. This study seeks to see how the spatial arrangement that is not friendly to women impacts the comfort of women to worship in the mosque. In addition, this study also tries to analyze mosques in Banda Aceh, which are considered gender-responsive. This study uses qualitative methods with in-depth interviews and uses gender planning theory as an analytical tool. This study found several findings. First, the comfort and discomfort related to the arrangement of space and facilities are experienced by female congregations and male congregations. Second, assumptions that affect spatial planning and facilities have discriminated against one gender group. Third, mosques in Aceh are generally intended for men; this results in the layout of the mosque not accommodating the needs of women

    Implementasi program tanggung jawab social perusahaan dapat dinilai baik apabila semua program pemberdayaan yang dijalankan saling terhubung dan mendukung untuk terwujudnya tujuan utama pembangunan masyarakat yang berkelanjutan. Untuk itu diperlukan terobosan kegiatan yang dapat menginterkoneksikan program yang telah dicanangkan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan pembuatan sabun ramah lingkungan berbahan minyak jelantah guna meningkatkan kapasitas keterampilan masyarakat terutama dari kelompok bank sampah binaan untuk merespon kondisi krisis pandemi Covid-19 dan menjadi aktivitas interkoneksi program CSR yang dijalankan PT Pertamina DPPU Pattimura. Metode realisasi program dilakukan dengan pendekatan partisipatoris. Masyarakat diajak untuk langsung terlibat sehingga memiliki pengalaman dalam membuat ecosoap secara hands-on. Pelatihan berhasil melibatkan 22 peserta secara langsung dalam membuat ecosoap berbahan minyak jelantah. Sabun ditambah dengan serbuk rempah seperti cengkeh, pala, dan kayu manis sebagai karakter khas produk daerah Maluku. Produk sabun yang dihasilkan didistribusikan ke program lainnya yaitu kampong covid, PAUD sadar lingkungan, dan rumah pintar. Aktivitas ini berhasil menginterkoneksikan program-program pemberdayaan lain CSR Pertamina DPPU Pattimura

    ANALISIS PENGARUH TATA KELOLA TI TERHADAP TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL DAN KINERJA KEMENTERIAN A

    Seiring dengan adanya disrupsi teknologi digital, perubahan pola pikir dan perilaku pemangku kepentingan menuju digital, juga adanya pandemi Covid-19 telah mengarahkan berbagai organisasi untuk melakukan akselerasi transformasi digital (TD). Namun, banyak kegagalan TD yang diduga disebabkan oleh tata kelola yang kurang baik. Berbagai penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan pentingnya tata kelola TI (TKTI) dalam mengoptimalkan sumber daya dan risiko terkait TI serta merealisasikan manfaat investasinya, tapi diduga belum tentu efektif untuk mengawal TD. Penelitian terkini telah berhasil mengidentifikasi pengaruh mekanisme TKTI hibrida (tradisional dan gesit/adaptif) terhadap kesuksesan TD, namun terbatas pada sektor swasta, serta memperhatikan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja organisasi (KO).Oleh karena itu, penelitian tentang pengaruh TKTI terhadap TD dan kinerja organisasi pada sektor publik ini dilakukan. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus pada Kementerian A, yang telah mendapatkan banyak penghargaan kesuksesan TD, dengan harapan dapat mengidentifikasi praktik terbaik untuk TKTI dan TD, Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap perwakilan three lines of defense (TLOD), triangulasi terhadap dokumen internal , lalu ikuti analisis tematik. Penelitian menghasilkan 4 tema, 16 sub tema, dan 101 kode serta berhasil menemukan bahwa mekanisme TKTI hibrida berpengaruh positif terhadap kesuksesan TD dan mendorong target KO pada organisasi sektor publik, khususnya kementerian
