    PERAN BADAN NARKOTIKA NASIONAL DALAM PENANGULANGAN PENYALAHGUNAAN NARKOTIKA DI KOTA SUKABUMI

    Narcotics abuse in Indonesia is increasingly worrying. To optimize the prevention and eradication of this problem, the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) was established through Law Number 35 of 2009. BNN is tasked with preventing and eradicating the abuse and illicit circulation of narcotics effectively. This study aims to analyze the implementation of countermeasures for narcotics abuse by the National Narcotics Agency in Sukabumi City, as well as identify supporting and inhibiting factors in these efforts. The methodology employed draws on criminal policy theory and legal system theory. The results of the study show that BNN has an important role in preventing and eradicating narcotics trafficking. However, challenges still exist, such as a lack of resources and community support. The suggestion for BNN is to increase collaboration with local communities and related agencies, as well as strengthen education programs to increase public awareness about the dangers of narcotics. With these measures, it is hoped that narcotics abuse in the city of Sukabumi can be minimized and similar problems will not occur in the future.

    THE RESPONSIBILITY OF LEGAL OFFICERS IN OVERCOMING LEGAL PROBLEMS IN A ROTATING EQUIPMENT REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE COMPANY

    A Limited Liability Company is a legal entity that is not responsible for the personal property of shareholders, except as regulated in Law No. 40 of 2007 and Law No. 6 of 2023 concerning Job Creation. This study aims to analyze the responsibilities and positions of Legal Officers at PT Japa Indotama and PT Langgang Buana Perkasa using normative juridical methods. The normative approach is carried out by discussing regulatory aspects and case studies. Data were obtained through interviews and included primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, which were analyzed descriptively analytically. The results show that Legal Officers have an important role and require a background in legal education, but there is no special arrangement other than referring to Article 103 of Law No. 40 of 2007. It is recommended to establish special regulations to clarify the position, professionalism, and competency standards of Legal Officers

    This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of human resource functions through management audits at the Population Control, Family Planning, and Women\u27s Empowerment and Child Protection Agency (DP2KBP3A) of Sukabumi City. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the audit process was conducted systematically by the Human Resources Development and Management Agency (BKPSDM). The implementation of human resource management functions has been carried out in accordance with regulations; however, issues such as inappropriate staff placement and work discipline were still identified. Follow-up actions include training for new employees and improving the supervision system; however, further refinement of policies and technology is still required. Overall, management audits play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of human resource management within the DP2KBP3A of Sukabumi City

    Pengaruh Audit Tenure dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Kualitas Audit: (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode Tahun 2019 - 2023)

    This study aims to examine the effect of Audit Tenure and Company Size on Audit Quality. This research uses associative methods with a quantitative approach. The object of this research is, all types of mining companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019 - 2023, this study uses logistic regression analysis and data collection techniques, namely, purposive sampling, so that the sample in this study is 26 companies from a population of 79 companies, the data is obtained from secondary sources, namely, the company\u27s annual financial statements which can be downloaded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, besides that secondary data sources are also obtained from literacy related to research topics. The results showed that audit tenure  has a positive effect and a low level of significance on audit quality as indicated by a sig value of 0.429> 0.05, company size has a negative and significant effect on audit quality as indicated by a sig value of 0.016> 0.05, and audit tenure  and company size have a significant effect on audit quality as indicated by a sig value of 0.005> 0.05

    IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KREATIF SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

    This study aims to examine the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in improving the creative thinking skills of elementary school students. PBL is considered one of the innovative learning models that emphasizes solving real-world problems, collaboration, and the development of higher-order thinking skills. This research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with a qualitative approach, conducted on 30 fifth-grade students at SDN Benteng 3, Sukabumi City. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and creative thinking skill tests, and were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results revealed a significant improvement in students’ creative thinking skills after the implementation of PBL. The average score increased from 34.55 (pretest) to 59.76 in the first cycle (N-Gain 39.27%, medium category) and reached 71.21 in the second cycle (N-Gain 56.38%, medium category). The most prominent improvement was observed in the indicators of flexibility and originality, while fluency, elaboration, and evaluation also showed positive progress, albeit more moderately. These findings indicate that PBL not only makes learning more interactive, collaborative, and contextual but also provides opportunities for students to generate diverse ideas, develop innovative solutions, and make critical judgments about problems. Therefore, this study confirms that PBL is effective and relevant to be continuously implemented in elementary schools to foster creative thinking skills, which are among the essential competencies required in the 21st century.This study aims to examine the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in improving the creative thinking skills of elementary school students.     Pengembangan Gendhing Jawa Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Matematika

    This research aims to develop a learning media in the form of Javanese songs that is valid and effective for statistics material. The research method used is R&D with the ADDIE model, which includes the phases of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data were obtained through validation questionnaires, students’ response quisionnaire, and students’ learning tests. The research subjects were students of class VIII D at SMPN 2 Mojokerto. The validity test results from the validators showed good results, with an average score of 79.85% in the very valid category. Learning media using Javanese songs has also proven effective based on test results and students’ responses. The result of students’ learning outcomes show that the overall average score is 82.2 in the very good category. The results of the student response questionnaire indicate a very positive response category, with a percentage of 78.4%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the learning media using the Javanese song "Lir-Ilir" integrated with statistics can serve as a means to improve the students’ learning outcomes and the classroom atmosphere.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa lagu jawa yang valid dan efektif untuk materi statistika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahapan Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Data diperoleh melalui angket validasi, angket respons siswa, dan tes belajar siswa. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII D SMPN 2 Mojokerto. Hasil uji validitas dari validator menunjukkan hasil yang baik, dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 79,85% dengan kategori sangat valid. Media pembelajaran menggunakan lagu jawa juga terbukti efektif berdasarkan hasil tes dan respons siswa. Hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan rata-rata nilai keseluruhan sebesar 82,2 dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil angket respons siswa menunjukkan kategori respons sangat positif dengan persentase sebesar 78,4%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran menggunakan lagu jawa “Lir-Ilir” yang dipadukan dengan statistika dapat menjadi sarana untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan suasana kelas

    PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MASALAH DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN BERPIKIR KRITIS DAN KREATIF SISWA UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA

    This study aims to improve the critical and creative thinking skills of elementary school students through the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. The background of this research is the low level of students\u27 higher-order thinking skills, due to the dominance of conventional teaching methods that fail to actively involve students in the learning process. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design, implemented in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The population in this study was fifth-grade students of an elementary school in Indonesia. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, involving one class of 28 students. The research was conducted over two months, from February to March 2025, at SD Negeri Kutai, Indonesia. Data collection techniques included tests of critical thinking, student activity observation sheets, and creativity questionnaires. The research instruments consisted of a critical thinking test, a student activity observation sheet, and a creativity questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive and comparative techniques between cycles to measure improvements in students’ thinking skills and learning activities. The results showed that the application of PBL significantly improved students’ critical and creative thinking abilities, as indicated by increased test scores, more active participation in learning activities, and higher creativity scores in each cycle. In addition, this model also supported the strengthening of Pancasila Student Profile values, such as collaboration, responsibility, and environmental awareness. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that Problem-Based Learning is an effective instructional method to foster students’ character development and 21st-century skills in elementary educationAbstrak (Times New Roman 10, Bold, spasi 1, spacing before 12 pt, after 2 pt)   Pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL) telah teruji sebagai salah satu metode yang efektif dalam memperbaiki keahlian berpikir kritis siswa. Dalam konteks pendidikan di sekolah dasar, PBL menawarkan teknik yang menarik dan tepat sasaran dalam mengembangkan keterampilan kognitif siswa sejak dini. Pemecahan Masalah Nyata  PBL menghadirkan siswa dengan masalah yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, mendorong mereka untuk mencari solusi secara aktif. Proses ini melatih siswa untuk menganalisis situasi, mengumpulkan infomasi , dan mengevaluasi berbagai alternatif Solusi. Kolaborasi dan Komunikasi  PBL seringkali melibatkan kerja kelompok, yang mendorong siswa untuk berdiskusi, bertukar pikiran, dan mengkomunikasikan ide-ide mereka dengan jelas. Hal ini memberi pengaruh bagi kemajuan pengetahuan berpikir kritis yang komprehensif. Teori belajar kognitif adalah pendekatan dalam psikologi pendidikan yang menekankan pentingnya proses mental dalam pembelajaran. Teori ini berpusat pada bagaimana individu memproses, menyimpan dan mengambil informasi, serta bagaimana mereka memahami dan memanfaatkan pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas penerapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif bagi siswa di SDN 006 Sekolaq Darat, Kutai Barat. Teknik yang dipakai yaitu teknik kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam konteks pendidikan, berpikir kritis dan kreatif membentuk keterampilan penting sehingga mampu mencapai profil pelajar Pancasila yang seimbang. Riset ini menyoroti pentingnya lingkungan sebagai tema pembelajaran untuk menambah kesadaran siswa terhadap isu-isu lingkungan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis masalah tidak hanya meningkatkan kecakapan berpikir kritis dan kreatif siswa, tetapi meningkatkan keterlibatan mereka dalam proses belajar. Sehingga melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan wawasan bagi guru mendesain kurikulum yang lebih efektif dan relevan.     ANALISIS DAMPAK SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP UPAYA PENINGKATAN KINERJA GURU DI SD MUHAMMADIYAH 9 MALANG

    Supervision inherent in the principal’s which is applied by planning, approaching, and ending with follow-up. All of those methods aim to improve teacher’s performance in order to achieve the school\u27s vision and mission that have been proclaimed. The researcher wanted to know three things related to the supervision of the principal at SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang. The way of supervision by the principal, the approach and method of supervising, the impact of supervision by the principal. The approach which was used in this research was qualitative with the type of case study research. The results showed that the principal carried out an integral and comprehensive supervision plan for the teachers. The supervision planning included the preparation of a clinical supervision schedule and monitoring the readiness of teaching equipment. The approaches and methods of supervision were carried out by integrating directive, non-directive, and development approaches.The impact of such supervision was able to lead teachers to find existing deficiencies and immediately improve quality educational institutions from year to yearSupervisi adalah kompetensi yang melekat pada diri kepala sekolah yang diterapkan dengan perencanaan, pendekatan, dan adanya tindak lanjut. Supervisi bertujuan  meningkatkan kinerja guru demi tercapainya visi misi sekolah. Peneliti ingin mengetahui tiga hal yakni bagaimana perencanaan supervisi, pendekatan dan metode supervisi, serta dampak dari adanya supervisi oleh kepala sekolah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah melakukan perencanaan supervisi dengan integral dan komprehensif terhadap guru.  Pendekatan dan metode supervisi dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan direktif, nondirektif, dan pengembangan. Hal tersebut diambil menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan guru. Pelaksanaan supervisi oleh kepala sekolah menggunakan pendekatan yang sesuai dengan tipologi guru. Tindak lanjut hal tersebut,  kepala sekolah memberikan penghargaan terhadap guru yang nilainya baik dan memberikan bimbingan bagi guru yang pencapaiannya belum maksimal Dampak supervisi bagi guru yakni motivasi meningkatkan kinerjanya. Hal tersebut turut mampu memperbaiki mutu lembaga pendidikan dari tahun ke tahu

    Analisis Kemampuan Computational Thinking (CT )Peserta Didik Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota

    This research aims to analyze the CT  abilities of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota. CT  ability is an ability that students must have and to find out to what extent these CT abilities have developed and been fulfilled by students. This research is a qualitative descriptive research.  The research subjects were all class VIII students, totaling 36 students. The data collect ion techniques used were interviews and tests. The results of this research can be concluded that the high category (KT) subjects can understood the question information correctly in worked on CT  ability questions, can answered questions according to the CT  ability indicators, answer correctly and can also made conclusions  from the answers obtained and check  again. to ensure the  corrected of the answer. Likewise, subjects in the medium category (KS) are quite good at found information from the questions, but do not understood the answers to the questions themselves. Medium category students can also made conclusions from the answers they get. Meanwhile, low category subjects (KR) were unable to understood the questions, found the right information and drew conclusions when solving the CT  ability test questions.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kemampuan CT peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota. Kemampuan CT merupakan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa. Di era digital seperti sekarang hampir semua manusia menggunakan perangkat yang dapat berintegrasi dengan komputer dan internet. Bukan hanya ilmuan komputer saja yang memerlukan, kemampuan CT adalah keterampilan dasar yang dibutuhkan semua orang untuk membaca, menulis, dan berhitung dengan menggunakan teknologi. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kemampuan CT ini berkembang dan dipenuhi oleh siswa, maka diperlukan analisis terkait dengan kemampuan CT , khususnya pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Bangkinang Kota. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan tes. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa disimpulkan bahwa subjek kategori tinggi (KT) dapat memahami informasi soal secara tepat dalam mengerjakan soal kemampuan CT, dapat menjawab soal sesuai dengan indikatorkemampuan CT, jawaban secara tepat dan juga dapat membuat kesimpulan dari jawaban yang didapatkan dan memeriksa kembali untuk memastikan kebenaran jawabannya. Begitu juga dengan subjek kategori sedang (KS) cukup baik dalam menemukan informasi dari soal, akan tetapi kurang memahami jawaban dari soal itu sendiri. Peserta didik kategori sedang juga dapat membuat kesimpulan dari jawaban yang didapatkan. Sedangkan subjek kategori rendah (KR) tidak dapat memahami soal, menemukan informasi yang tepat serta membuat simpulan pada penyelesaian soal tes kemampuan CT

    Eksplorasi Etnomatematika Pada Kegiatan Jual Beli Di Pasar Keramat Pacet

    This research aims to describe ethnomathematics at Pasar Keramat, Pacet. This research includes qualitative research. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman method, which consists of several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data obtained is in the form of interviews, documentation and observations. Then the data is classified and simplified to focus on relevant elements. The reduced data is presented in a table containing the type of activity, documentation, mathematical concepts used, and activity descriptions. The research results show that mathematical concepts are used in buying and selling activities at Keramat Market, Pacet. The mathematical concepts used are the concept of counting in money exchange activities, the concept of profit and arithmetic operations such as: addition, subtraction and multiplication in pricing activities and buying and selling transactions, and the concept of sets in packaging activities. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan etnomatematika di Pasar Keramat, Pacet. Penelitian ini termasuk dengan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi.
