    Penelitian yang dilakukan dalam menkaji tentang konselor dalam memberikan layanan informasi mencegah siswa melakukan perilaku menyimpang dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kegiatan konselor, bagaimana layanan informasi untuk mencegah perilaku menyimpang di sekolah, bagaimana peran konselor dalam memberikan layanan informasi untuk mencegah perilaku menyimpang di SMP jalan jawa ngagel Surabaya? Dalam hal ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif analisis diskriptif, menganalisis peran seorang konselor dalam memberikan layanan informasi untuk mencegah perilaku menyimpang di SMP jalan jawa Ngagel Surabaya. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara observasi dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil oleh peneliti mengenai peran konselor dalam memberikan layanan informasi, adapun apa saja kegiatan konselor yang diberikan kepada siswa, dan juga pemberian layanan informasi pada siswa. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka hasil yang diperoleh dari pemberian layanan informasi adalah adanya perubahan pada siswa dari yang memiliki sebuah permasalahan dalam dirinya perlahan menjadi berubah ke arah yang lebih baik, adapun juga siswa juga lebih memahami atau mendapatkan wawasan dari konselor. Walaupun begitu konselor juga tetap memberikan pengawasan kepada siswa dan mengecek kepribadian siswa

    Stability analysis and numerical simulation of SEIR model for pandemic COVID-19 spread in Indonesia

    The Aim of this research is construct the SEIR model for COVID-19, Stability Analysis and numerical simu- lation of the SEIR model on the spread of COVID-19. The method used to construct the model is the SEIR model by considering vaccination and isolation factors as model parameters, the analysis of the model uses the generation matrix method to obtain the basic reproduction numbers and the global stability of the COVID-19 distribution model. Numerical simulation models use secondary data on the number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia. The results obtained are the SEIR model for COVID-19; model analysis yields global stability from the spread of COVID-19; The results of the analysis also provide information if no vaccine, Indonesia is endemic COVID-19. Then the simulation results provide a prediction picture of the number of COVID-19 in Indonesia in the following days, the simulation results also show that the vaccine can accelerate COVID-19 healing and maximum isolation can slow the spread of COVID-19. The results obtained can be used as a reference for early prevention of the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesi

    ABSTRAK Setiap pegawai memiliki harapan untuk tetap sejahtera setelah pensiun nanti, namun pada kenyataannya setelah pegawai pensiun sumber penghasilannya selama ini akan hilang, selain itu status yang disandang selama bertahun – tahun selama bekerja juga tidak akan berlaku lagi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat Penerimaan Diri, Kesiapan Individu Untuk Berubah, dan Optimisme pegawai BUMN. Selain itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Penerimaan Diri terhadap Optimisme, Kesiapan Individu Untuk Berubah terhadap Optimisme, serta Penerimaan Diri dan Kesiapan Individu Untuk Berubah terhadap Optimisme pegawai BUMN. Menurut Johnson (dalam Arimbi, 2012) Penerimaan diri adalah suatu kondisi dimana suatu individu memiliki penghargaan yang tinggi terhadap dirinya sendiri. Kesiapan Individu Untuk Berubah diartikan sebagai sekumpulan pemikiran dan kemauan individu untuk menghadapi perubahan tertentu (Madsen, 2005). Menurut Segestrom, 1998 (dalam Muharnia, 2010) optimisme adalah cara berpikir yang positif dan realistis dalam memandang suatu masalah. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pada penelitian ini digunakan tiga jenis skala untuk mengumpulkan data, yaitu skala Penerimaan Diri, skala Kesiapan Individu Untuk Berubah dan skala Optimisme. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan pengambilan subjek sesuai dengan karakteristik yang telah ditentukan. Karakteristik subjek yaitu pegawai BUMN usia 50 – 56 tahun yang sedang mempersiapkan pensiun dengan jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 104 pegawai. Berdasarkan pengujian terhadap hipotesis penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa bahwa Peneriman Diri dan Kesiapan Individu Untuk Berubah secara bersama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Optimisme dengan nilai F = 0,240 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p< 0,05), dari hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa hipotesis mayor diterima. Hipotesis Kesiapan Individu Untuk Berubah terhadap variabel Opimisme diterima karena nilai p<0,05 yaitu 0,002, sehingga variabel Kesiapan Individu Untuk Berubah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Optimisme. Sedangkan hipotesis Penerimaan Diri terhadap Optimisme tidak diterima karena karena p<0,05 yaitu 0,926, sehingga variabel Penerimaan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signivikan terhadap variabel Optimisme ABSTRACT Every employee has to remain prosperous expectancy after retirement, but in reality after retired employees' income during this time will be lost, in addition to the status that carried over - year for the work also will no longer apply. The purpose of this research is the purpose of this study was to determine the level of Self-Acceptance, Individual Readiness To Change, and optimism employee of BUMN. In addition, this study aims to determine whether there is influence of Self-Acceptance towards optimism, Individual Readiness To Change against Optimism and Self-Acceptance and Readiness Individuals To Change against optimism employee of BUMN. According to Johnson (in Arimbi, 2012) self-acceptance is a condition where an individual has a high esteem against himself. Individual Readiness To Change is defined as a set of ideas and the willingness of individuals to confront certain changes (Madsen, 2005). According Segestrom, 1998 (in Muharnia 2010) optimism is a positive way of thinking and realistic in looking at a problem. The design of this study using a quantitative approach with regression analysis linear regression. In this study used three types of scale to collect data, the scale of Self-Acceptance, Individual Readiness scale and scale Optimism To Change. Mechanical sampling in this study using purposive sampling to capture subjects in accordance with predetermined characteristics. Characteristics of the subjects are employees of BUMN aged 50-56 years who are preparing for retirement with the number of respondents in this study was 104 employees. Based on this research hypothesis testing, the result that that acceptance of self and the Individual Readiness To Change jointly influence significantly to optimism with a value of F = 0.240 with a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05), the results proved that the major hypothesis is accepted, Hypothesis Individual Readiness To Change to variable Opimisme acceptable because the value of p <0.05 is 0.002, so the variable Individual Readiness To Change has a significant impact on optimism. (2009) showed that psychological and situational factors (e.g., the intent of the agent or the presence of physical contact between the agent and the victim) can play an important role in moral dilemma judgements (e.g., trolley problem). Our knowledge is limited concerning both the universality of these effects outside the United States and the impact of culture on the situational and psychological factors of moral judgements. Thus, we empirically tested the universality of the effects of intent and personal force on moral dilemma judgements by replicating the experiments of Greene et al. in 45 countries from all inhabited continents. We found that personal force and its interaction with intention, exert influence on moral judgements in the US and Western cultural clusters, replicating and expanding the original findings. Moreover, the personal force effect was present in all cultural clusters, suggesting it is culturally universal. The evidence for the cultural universality of the interaction effect was inconclusive in the Eastern and Southern cultural clusters (depending on exclusion criteria). We found no strong association between collectivism/individualism and moral dilemma judgements
