The objective of this study is to determine the mediating effect of strategic innovation, administrative innovation and quality innovation between Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and
organizational innovation. Using a cross-sectional design, with a sample of 32 institutions of higher education in Mexico through its medium level managers and administrative staff perception. Using
statistical technique of structural equation modeling (SEM) and relying on the resource based view we found suppor for the hypotheses. The results confirm the mediating effect of strategic innovation administrative innovation and innovation quality between ICT and organizational innovation. This study provides empirical evidence to manage the organizational innovation taking into account involved and mediating variables in the relationship
Contabilidad de Costos : Diseño de un sistema de costos agricolas para el cultivo de frijol en la finca La reryna en el ciclo de producción septiembre-diciembre 2015
El presente trabajo de seminario de graduación ha tenido como objetivo general diseñar un sistema de costo para la producción de frijol en la finca la Reyna en el ciclo de producción septiembrediciembre 2015, dado que los productores no llevan un sistema contable agrícola, lo que permitió poner en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante nuestra formación universitaria de licenciatura en contaduría pública y finanzas.
Para llevar a cabo el presente trabajo se tomó como referencia la guía tecnológica proporcionada por el Instituto Nicaragüense de Tecnología Agropecuaria (INTA), lo cual es necesaria para calcular los costos que se incurren en este tipo de producto, así también una entrevista personal con el propietario de la finca Ing. Hebert Downs que facilitó tanto las características del cultivo como los costos que se incurren en sus cosechas, tanto de mano de obra como insumos, por último se elaboraron partidas contables relevantes durante un periodo de cosecha de cuatro meses, los beneficios tributarios, la conciliación fiscal y estados financieros.
Se concluye que la aplicación de un sistema de contabilidad de costos agrícolas es importante para las empresas agrícolas para que el producto lleve un control eficiente de los costos incurridos en el periodo de producción
Modulo de aprendizaje tutorial fundamentos de robotica
RESUMEN
Este software pretende dar a conocer conceptos básicos de robótica, comenzando con un menú principal y una pantallas hechas en una aplicación multimedia como Visual Basic 6.0 y una Base de Datos , en Donde se Encuentra cada uno de los principios básicos de los los Microcontroladores.
La Segunda parte del software es la construcción de un prototipo como un carro robot o un brazo Mecánico con Ayuda de Un microcontrolador Conocido como el Pic 16f84 ,el Cual es programado para Controlar cada uno de los puertos de Señal y Datos.
Este software esta diseñado para navegar por cada una de las partes del prototipo en su construcción, para lograr el resultado requerido con un Microcontrolador totalmente programado en el pc y controlando un servo.
Dentro del marco tecnológico entendemos como prototipo aquella maquina o herramienta fabricada como resultado de una serie de procesos de aprendizaje o investigación, teniendo como modelo herramientas de simulación y procesos matemáticos, para generar cierto movimiento o transformación física con una metodología a base de investigaciones con practicas de los diferentes circuitos necesarios para la construcción del prototipo.
Dentro de la ALTERNATIVA DE TRABAJO para este proyecto podemos desarrollar una captura de datos por medio de un teclado, grabando información automáticamente en Visual Basic, ya que hace parte de la línea de investigación de desarrollo empresarial y tecnológico por ser un proyecto relacionado con una tecnología especifica propia de una materia (microprocesadores).RESUMEN

The Persistence and Ethnic Identity of Latino Fraternity Members at Predominantly White Institutions in Georgia
We explored how Latino fraternity members at predominately White institutions in Georgia perceive their affiliation affects their collegiate persistence and ethnic identity development through an interpretive qualitative research design. Torres’s Bicultural Orientation Model served as the theoretical framework. Our findings indicate that participants strengthened and solidified their ethnic identity during their college years. Fraternal interactions and their college environment enhanced or helped them solidify their ethnic identity. Latino fraternity members perceived their involvement enhanced their academic persistence through various aspects of brotherhood and academic expectations. Implications for practice and future research are discussed
Synthesis of pillared clays from metallic salts as pigments for thermosolar absorptive coatings
[EN] A general procedure for developing stable solar absorptive coatings at both high temperature and a high solar radiation concentration is presented. In order to generally improve thermal efficiency, a coating with high solar absorptance is applied all over the surface of receiver tubes that is subjected to extreme working conditions. Consequently, a durable coating with high absorptivity for sunlight is needed. An alternative paint formulation research and development line to Pyromark-2500, the paint currently used in many commercial solar thermal power plants (CSP) is proposed. Pigment synthesis is developed by intercalating metallic salts into laminar or tubular clay structures. Metallic pxides, which provide paint with its color properties, are obtained by a calcination process. Addition of silane or surfactants during the pigment synthesis is also optimized. Once dried and ground to a precise size, pigments are mixed with a commercial binder and applied to a metallic substrate to study their properties. Thermal stability to high temperature is studied with different tests. The results showed that laminar structure was preferred to intercalate larger amounts of metallic salt into the clay structure, and no significant differences were found when using silane or surfactant modifiers. Although the highest absorptivity value was 85% after 24 h at 600 degrees C, samples presented very good adherence to the metallic substrate. Addition of a small quantity of commercial black pigment to the paint composition could improve the absorptivity and maintain the excellent adhesion shown. Furthermore, montmorillonite clay, modified with a surfactant before adding metallic salt, and without silane, resulted in a black pigment in a powder form. O texto traz resultados de uma pesquisa mais ampla baseada em levantamentos documentais enfocando a produção científica sobre a gestão da educação em perspectiva comparada Brasil-Portugal (1986-2006). Os estudos das configurações locais dadas pelo rebatimento de tendências transnacionais estabelecem paralelos que demarcam aproximações e distanciamentos, com foco na municipalização da educação e na autonomia escolar, assim como nos seus reflexos na gestão do currículo e da avaliação, revelando processos descentralizadores da educação no contexto histórico e social de cada país
Predictors of administrative innovation: functions and organizational methods - Mexican and Colombian hospitals
Objectiv e To determine to what extent functions and organizational methods influence on administrative innovation. Design/methodology/approach This research is quantitative approach, with a not experimental and transversal design. The hypothesis was supported by using a transactional study with a sample of Mexican and Colombian hospitals through the perception of their high and medium level managers. The hospital sampling was by convenience. Findings Organizational functions and methods are associated and are predictors of administrative innovation. Practical implications As long as the hospital encourages the development of training and knowledge methods, autonomy methods for employees are developed, and when performance appraisal takes place in hospital, new methods will be able to develop and organize the routines and the management procedures, allocation of responsibilities and power among employees could be developed, as well as to develop new structure concepts for workplace, organizational practices and external relationships
Detection of vortex tubes in solar granulation from observations with Sunrise
We have investigated a time series of continuum intensity maps and
corresponding Dopplergrams of granulation in a very quiet solar region at the
disk center, recorded with the Imaging Magnetograph eXperiment (IMaX) on board
the balloon-borne solar observatory Sunrise. We find that granules frequently
show substructure in the form of lanes composed of a leading bright rim and a
trailing dark edge, which move together from the boundary of a granule into the
granule itself. We find strikingly similar events in synthesized intensity maps
from an ab initio numerical simulation of solar surface convection. From cross
sections through the computational domain of the simulation, we conclude that
these `granular lanes' are the visible signature of (horizontally oriented)
vortex tubes. The characteristic optical appearance of vortex tubes at the
solar surface is explained. We propose that the observed vortex tubes may
represent only the large-scale end of a hierarchy of vortex tubes existing near
