Study of the factors that influence setting time during current measurement.

Tato práce se zabývá vlivem dielektrické relaxace na dobu ustálení velmi malého stejnosměrného proudu po připojení měřicího napětí velikosti až 600 V. Jsou diskutovány různé relaxační děje probíhající v dielektrických materiálech vystavených působení elektrického pole. Pomocí metody dielektrické relaxační spektroskopie ve frekvenční i časové oblasti jsou vyhodnoceny vlastnosti tří základních materiálů desek plošných spojů za účelem navržení toho nejvhodnějšího pro konstrukci vysokorychlostního testeru UNISPOT S40 ACCEL.This study is engaged in the effect of dielectric relaxation on very small direct current setting time after applying voltage of 600 V. Several relaxation phenomenons in dielectric materials stressed by electric field are discussed. Characteristics of three substrates of PCBs are evaluated by using time and frequency domain dielectric relaxation spectroscopy in order to find an optimal material for high speed tester UNISPOT S40 ACCEL construction.

Import 03/11/2016Táto práca sa zaoberá meraním vzdialenosti medzi obrazmi, ktorú je možné využiť pre detekovanie objektov v obraze. V práci sa venujeme metódam, ktoré umožnujú detekovať netextúrované objekty, ktorých jediným popisným prvkom je ich kontúra. Metódy, ktorými sme sa zaoberali, umožňujú detekovať objekty aj v scénach so zložitým pozadím a pri rôznych zmenách osvetlenia. V texte práce sú predstavené štyri algoritmy požiteľné pre detekciu. Dva z týchto algoritmov sú v práci popísané veľmi podrobne a v praktickej časti práce sú tieto dve metódy naprogramované. Implementované algoritmy sú ohodnotené na základe bežne používaných metrík a výsledky sú porovnané s voľne prístupnými implementáciami algoritmov z knižnice OpenCV.This thesis deals with issues related to measuring distance in images using chamfer matching. This measure is useful in detection of image templates in test images. The aim of this thesis is on methods, which are capable of detecting textureless objects. Only discriminative clue for these objects is their contour. Methods described in thesis can detect objects in scenes with cluttered background and in scenes with different illumination changes. There are four algorithms described in the text. Two methods are described comprehensively and they are implemented in practical part of thesis. Implemented algorithms are evaluated using common metrics and the results are compared to public implementations of algorithms presented in OpenCV library.460 - Katedra informatikyvýborn

Study of dielectric relaxation in PCB substrates and cable insulation

Tato práce studuje relaxační polarizace v některých dielektrických částech testeru UNISPOT S40 firmy UNITES Systems a.s. Relaxační polarizace v základních materiálech desek plošných spojů a v izolacích kabelů testeru jsou totiž příčinou nežádoucího zpomalení několika testovacích kroků. Relaxační vlastnosti vybraných základních materiálů DPS a vybraných kabelů jsou zkoumány metodou dielektrické relaxační spektroskopie ve frekvenční oblasti a metodou měření polarizačního respektive depolarizačního proudu.This study investigates relaxation polarization in some dielectric components of tester UNISPOT S40 developed by company UNITES Systems a.s. Relaxation polarization in the PCB substrates and in tester’s cable insulation causes undesirable deceleration of some test steps. Relaxation polarization in selected PCB substrates and various cables are examined by method of dielectric relaxation spectroscopy in the frequency domain and by measurement of polarization or depolarization current.

Import 03/11/2016Práce se zabývá problematikou teorie her a implementací umělých inteligencí s aplikací strategií za účelem zlepšení schopnosti provádět tahy. Zvolená modelová hra je Dáma pro tři hráče. Jednotlivé strategie jsou nejprve rozebrány z pohledu teorie her a jsou také definovány všechny potřebné vzorce ke správné funkci těchto strategií. Následně jsou implementovány algoritmy k výpočtu tahů umělé inteligence za pomocí klasického algoritmu, který prohledává celý stavový prostor a jako druhý je implementován genetický algoritmus. Algoritmy a strategie jsou na závěr srovnávány z pohledu úspěšnosti v simulovaných partiích a také z pohledu rychlosti výpočtů.Master’s thesis is focused on game theory and implementation of artificial intelligences, together with application of strategies, that are supposed to improve ability of those artificial intelligences to make proper turns in games. Game, that was chosen here is Checkers for three players. All strategies are first described from perspective of game theory and after there were defined all required formulas, that provide proper functionality of these strategies. There are also two algorithms for calculations of turns implemented. First is standard algorithm, that calculates turns after searching through whole tree of turn sequences and second is genetic algorithm. All these algorithms and strategies are afterwards compared from perspective of success in simulated games and aswell from perspective of speed, in which those turns were calculated.460 - Katedra informatikyvýborn

Adjustment of the Intersection Tesinska - Okrajova - Frydecka in Havirov

Předmětem práce je posouzení stávajícího stavu a návrh nových řešení křižovatky ulic Těšínská, Okrajová a Frýdecká v Havířově v rozsahu technické studie. Pro posouzení stávajícího stavu jsou provedeny tyto dopravně inženýrské náležitosti: dopravní průzkum, prognóza dopravy, kapacitní posouzení, analýza nehodovosti a analýza konfliktních situací. Pro řešení nových variantních řešení byla vypracována jak textová, tak i výkresová část, která řeší hlavní technické požadavky. Závěrem je multikriteriálně vyhodnocena nejvhodnější varianta.The subject of the thesis is the assessment of the current state and the design of two new solutions of the intersection of streets Těšínská, Okrajová and Frýdecká in Havířov in the extent of the technical study. For the assessment of the current situation, the following were carried out: traffic survey, traffic intensities for 2039, capacitive assessment, accident analysis, analysis of conflict situations. For solution of new variant solutions, both the text and the drawing part were developed, which evaluates the main technical requirements. Large-Scale Analysis of the Ligand Transport and Docking inside of the Protein Tunels

Táto práca sa zaoberá hromadnou analýzou transportu a dokovania malých molekúl, nazývaných ligandy, vnútri proteínových tunelov. Interakcie medzi proteínom a ligandom zahŕňajú procesy ako medzibunková signalizácia, transport, metabolizmus, regulácia, génová expresia a enzýmová aktivita. Porozumenie vzájomného pôsobenia medzi týmito molekulami je dôležitou súčasťou pri hľadaní nových liečiv. Procedúra proteín-ligand dokovania zahŕňa nasledujúce kroky: (i) nájdenie štruktúry proteínu (receptoru) a ligandu, (ii) identi-fikácia väzobných miest ligandu, (iii) zváženie flexibility ligandu a proteínu, a (iv) vypočet energie interakcie. V snahe zefektívniť danú procedúru pre veľké sety ligandov, bola v nástroji CaverWeb pridaná funkcionalita, ktorá umožní hromadnú analýzu dokovania ligandov do vybraného proteínu s kompletnou sadou liečiv, ktoré budú predspracované, čo umožní efektívnejší a plynulejší pracovný tok.This thesis discusses large-scale analysis of the ligand transport and docking inside of the protein tunnels. Protein-ligand interactions are involved in processes such as cell signalling, transport, metabolism, regulation, gene expression, and enzyme activity. To understand the interaction between these molecules is vitally important for the research for new pharmaceuticals. The procedure of protein-ligand docking involves the following steps: (i) finding the structures of proteins (receptors) and ligands, (ii) identifying ligand binding sites, (iii) considering receptor/ligand flexibility, and (iv) computing interaction energy between the receptor and the ligand. Additional functionality will be implemented to allow CaverWeb to test a complete set of pre-processed drug ligands on a protein, in an effort to enhance the efficiency of the procedure for large sets of ligands, which will allow a much smoother workflow.

Pro posouzení stávajícího stavu byly provedeny: dopravní průzkum, výhledové dopravní intenzity pro rok 2038, kapacitní posouzení, analýza nehodovosti, analýza konfliktních situací. Pro řešení nových variantních řešení byla vypracována jak textová, tak i výkresová část, která řeší hlavní technické požadavky. The 2018 European heatwave led to stem dehydration but not to consistent growth reductions in forests

Publisher Copyright: © 2022, The Author(s).Heatwaves exert disproportionately strong and sometimes irreversible impacts on forest ecosystems. These impacts remain poorly understood at the tree and species level and across large spatial scales. Here, we investigate the effects of the record-breaking 2018 European heatwave on tree growth and tree water status using a collection of high-temporal resolution dendrometer data from 21 species across 53 sites. Relative to the two preceding years, annual stem growth was not consistently reduced by the 2018 heatwave but stems experienced twice the temporary shrinkage due to depletion of water reserves. Conifer species were less capable of rehydrating overnight than broadleaves across gradients of soil and atmospheric drought, suggesting less resilience toward transient stress. In particular, Norway spruce and Scots pine experienced extensive stem dehydration. Our high-resolution dendrometer network was suitable to disentangle the effects of a severe heatwave on tree growth and desiccation at large-spatial scales in situ, and provided insights on which species may be more vulnerable to climate extremes.Peer reviewe

Import 26/06/2013Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je vytvorenie webovej hry slúžiacej na overovanie znalostí z rôznych oblastí. V tomto konkrétnom prípade je vytvorená hra použiteľná predovšetkým pre oblasť databázových systémov. Používateľ sa môže preskúšať buď sám odpovedaním na otázku, alebo môže vyzvať na duel ostatných hráčov. Za správne odpovedanie alebo víťazstvo v dueli je ohodnotený bodovým ziskom. Hra obsahuje aj administrátorské rozhranie, v ktorom je možné nastaviť všetky potrebné nastavenia a iné administrátorské úkony. Pre spustenie hry používateľovi stačí obyčajný moderný webový prehliadač, ktorý podporuje technológiu WebSocket. Hra je naprogramovaná prevažne v programovacom jazyku Java s využitím frameworku JavaServer Faces a knižnice PrimeFaces. Otázky, ktoré sa použijú v hre, sa získavajú a vyhodnocujú pomocou webovej služby. Veľká časť bakalárskej práce sa zaoberá prieskumom technológií, ktoré umožňujú obojsmernú komunikáciu v prehliadači.Goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to create browser game used for knowledge rehearsal in various fields. In this concrete case is created game useful mainly for database systems field. User can examine his knowledge by answering a question, or he can challenge other players to the duel. For correct answer to the question or for winning in duel is user rewarded by certain amount of points. There is administrative interface in the game, in which user can set up all required options and do other administrative tasks. For game launching user needs only ordinary modern web browser, which implements support for the WebSocket technology. Game is programmed predominantly in programming language Java using framework JavaServer Faces and library of components PrimeFaces. For obtaining and evaluating of questions is used the web service.
