Diseño de propuesta de plan estratégico de mercadeo para la empresa specialized Colombia

Entrevista estructurada aplicada a colaboradores de Specialized Colombia SAS como instrumento primario de recolección de información como complemento del diagnostico situacional actual de la compañía.El sector ciclismo en Colombia hasta finales del siglo XX aproximadamente era muy pequeño con unos jugadores históricamente tradicionales que intervenían el mercado de una manera muy minúscula y este no representaba mayor relevancia para las economías. No obstante, desde los primeros años del siglo XXI el país comenzó a vivir una especie de “revolución” en donde ingresaron al país de manera directa marcas de renombre internacional como TREK, Giant, Cannondale y Specialized las cuales fueron cubriendo el mercado nacional que pedía tiendas especializadas de ciclismo en el país, permitiendo a estas marcas liderar por muchos años y crecer a la medida que atraían nuevos consumidores. No obstante, la posición privilegiada de estas compañías, especificando nuestra empresa estudio Specialized Colombia S.A.S, en los últimos años se ha visto amenazada fuertemente por nuevos actores que ingresaron con mucha fuerza al mercado del ciclismo nacional debido a todos los acontecimientos que han cambiado el mundo y al país como lo son el calentamiento global, la salud personal, el auge del ciclismo colombiano y la pandemia del Covid19 han hecho del sector ciclismo un mercado con mucho potencial para la economía. Debido a lo anterior, se tiene como objetivo desarrollar un plan estratégico de Mercadeo para el próximo año modelo de la compañía Specialized Colombia basado principalmente en los objetivos financieros de la empresa en el país, las condiciones actuales del mercado y su entorno, así como las fortalezas únicas de la compañía que le permitirán diferenciarse respecto a la competencia, alcanzar el liderato del sector y conservarlo establemente.Until the end of the 20th Century, the cycling sector in Colombia was very small, with historically traditional players who intervened in the market in a very small way and this did not represent a major relevance for this sector economies. However, since the early years of the 21st century the country began to experience a kind of "revolution" in which internationally renowned brands such as TREK, Giant, Cannondale and Specialized entered the country directly, with new specialized cycling stores which were covering the national demand, allowing these brands to lead for many years while they grew and attracted new users. However, the privileged position of these companies, specifying our study on Specialized Colombia SAS, which in recent years has been strongly threatened by new players who entered the national cycling market with great force due to all the events that have changed the world and the country such as global warming, personal health, the rise of Colombian cycling and the Covid19 pandemic have made the cycling sector a market with great potential for the economy. Due to the above, the objective of this study is to develop a strategic Marketing plan for the next model year for Specialized Colombia S.A.S based mainly on the financial objectives of the company in the country, the current market conditions and its environment, as well as the unique strengths of the company that will allow it to differentiate itself from the competition, achieve the leadership of the sector and keep it stable

A New Route of Valorization of Petrochemical Wastewater: Recovery of 1,3,5-Tris (4-tert-butyl-3-hydroxy-2,6-dimethyl benzyl)¿1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)-trione (Cyanox 1790) and Its Subsequent Application in a PP Matrix to Improve Its Thermal Stability

[EN] The various chemicals in industrial wastewater can be beneficial for improving its circularity. If extraction methods are used to capture valuable components from the wastewater and then recirculate them throughout the process, the potential of the wastewater can be fully exploited. In this study, wastewater produced after the polypropylene deodorization process was evaluated. These waters remove the remains of the additives used to create the resin. With this recovery, contamination of the water bodies is avoided, and the polymer production process becomes more circular. The phenolic component was recovered by solid-phase extraction and HPLC, with a recovery rate of over 95%. FTIR and DSC were used to evaluate the purity of the extracted compound. After the phenolic compound was applied to the resin and its thermal stability was analyzed via TGA, the compound's efficacy was finally determined. Discapacidad intelectual y capacidad jurídica, una lucha por el reconocimiento

Tesis (Terapeuta Ocupacional)Chile, en el año 2008 ratificó la Convención Internacional sobre los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad. Hoy en el año 2016, la creación e implementación de políticas públicas vinculadas a la temática continúan generando vacíos e interrogantes en relación a lo estipulado y al ejercicio de promover, respetar y garantizar el goce pleno y efectivo de los derechos de este grupo de personas. Es por esto, que la investigación se centra en un estudio de caso de dos parejas pertenecientes al Hogar Los Ceibos de la Fundación Corporación de Ayuda al Niño Limitado (desde ahora llamado COANIL), quienes por 30 años aproximadamente han vivido en un contexto institucionalizado debido a su situación de discapacidad intelectual, sin embargo por voluntad libre y propia deciden formalizar sus relaciones por medio del matrimonio civil y posteriormente por la nueva ley chilena de unión civil, sin embargo, por ambos mecanismos se les rechazó la solicitud, debido a los vacíos legales e interpretaciones de las leyes chilenas en torno a la temática. Desde esta problemática se desencadenó una serie de respuestas desde la sociedad civil, representantes de la fundación y desde las mismas parejas, en torno a cómo aún se siguen manifestando situaciones de vulneración hacia los derechos humanos de estas personas. Desde una visión crítica y desde lo postulado por Axel Honneth en su Teoría del Reconocimiento, la investigación se centra principalmente en la capacidad jurídica y el reconocimiento de las personas en situación de discapacidad intelectual como sujetos de derechos y como ciudadanos pertenecientes a una sociedad catalogada como inclusiva. A su vez, se relaciona la visión y las prácticas del Estado chileno, el cual pareciera no reaccionar de la misma manera ante estas situaciones tan cotidianas y comunes como el matrimonio y más aún cuando se trata de personas sin discapacidad

Advancing on the road of psychological differentiation of sportsmen. Examples in differences in sex and sport mode

Estudiar lo que identifica psicológicamente al deportista no debe reducirse a establecer una lista de indicadores disposicionales; precisa determinar relaciones, carácter prioritario, variabilidad o compensación de unos sobre otros dentro del sistema deportista–deporte. La muestra (N=623), con una media de 23,96 años, se encuentra aleatoriamente distribuida por sexo (hombres=64,8% mujeres=35,2%) y deporte (individual=32,58%; colectivo=67,41%). Se analizan variables de personalidad, motivación y creencias hacia el éxito deportivo. La variabilidad entre las cualidades del deportista incide en sus relaciones, mostrándose mujeres más tenaces y afables, hombres más estables, mayor afabilidad en deportes colectivos y de apertura mental en individuales, mayor orientación motivacional hacia lo extrínseco, y creencias de esfuerzo hacia el éxito en mujeres y deportes individuales. La particular relación persona-deporte, plantea un marco adecuado para descubrir y aprender actitudes implicadas para desarrollar cualidades como la responsabilidad, superación, autocontrol, motivación de logro, persistencia de esfuerzos, así como otros importantes procesos mediadores.Psychological descriptions of athletes should not be constrained to a list of abilities. Las organizaciones deportivas olímpicas en Colombia : experiencias de mercadeo que promuevan la fidelización y el valor de marca

Este trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general plantear, para las organizaciones deportivas olímpicas en Colombia, experiencias de mercadeo que promuevan la fidelización y el valor de marca. El enfoque de investigación fue cualitativo de tipo exploratorio-descriptivo, con entrevistas en profundidad como instrumento de recolección de datos aplicado a una población integrada por diez dirigentes deportivos. Los resultados evidenciaron las falencias existentes entre el deber ser empresarial y el manejo autoritario o “presidencialista” que se les da a las organizaciones deportivas olímpicas, en las que su representante legal posee funciones multipropósito, poco estratégicas y efectivas. Así mismo, se evidenció el poco uso y relevancia que posee el mercadeo en la estrategia organizacional, lo que implica que se pierda una gran oportunidad de dinamizar la economía de dichas entidades y del país. Así, se concluye que es necesario propulsar estrategias de mercadeo que sean experienciales y que, por lo tanto, generen valor de marca, el subsecuente posicionamiento y una fidelización del cliente.This research work had as a general objective to propose, for Olympic sports organizations in Colombia, marketing experiences that promote brand loyalty and value. The research approach was qualitative, exploratory-descriptive, with in-depth interviews as a data collection instrument applied to a population made up of ten sports leaders. The results evidenced the flaws between the duty to be business and the authoritarian or “presidentialist” management given to Olympic sports organizations, in which their legal representative has multipurpose functions, not very strategic and effective. Likewise, the little use and relevance of marketing in the organizational strategy was evidenced, which implies that a great opportunity to boost the economy of these entities and the country is lost. Thus, it is concluded that it is necessary to propel marketing strategies that are experiential and, therefore, generate brand value, subsequent positioning and customer loyalty

Diseño de una máquina para el proceso de remoción de granos de maíz verde amiláceo

The purpose of this article is to expose or show the design of a machine for the removal of green corn kernels with the objective of improving the activity of the shelling process of starchy green corn. To achieve this objective, recognized methods in the field of engineering, the creation of concepts and the compilation of data on the mechanical properties of each component of the machine and/or the specific materials to be removed have been applied. Femtosecond infrared intrastromal ablation and backscattering-mode adaptive-optics multiphoton microscopy in chicken corneas

The performance of femtosecond (fs) laser intrastromal ablation was evaluated with backscattering-mode adaptive-optics multiphoton microscopy in ex vivo chicken corneas. The pulse energy of the fs source used for ablation was set to generate two different ablation patterns within the corneal stroma at a certain depth. Intrastromal patterns were imaged with a custom adaptive-optics multiphoton microscope to determine the accuracy of the procedure and verify the outcomes. This study demonstrates the potential of using fs pulses as surgical and monitoring techniques to systematically investigate intratissue ablation. Further refinement of the experimental system by combining both functions into a single fs laser system would be the basis to establish new techniques capable of monitoring corneal surgery without labeling in real-time. Since the backscattering configuration has also been optimized, future in vivo implementations would also be of interest in clinical environments involving corneal ablation procedures

Diffractive optics for spectral control of the supercontinuum generated in sapphire with femtosecond pulses

We propose the use of kinoform diffractive lenses to focus near infrared femtosecond pulses in sapphire crystals for supercontinuum generation. It is shown that a strongly peaked structure appears in the blue region of the supercontinuum spectra. The central wavelength of this peak can be easily controlled by simply changing the lens-crystal distance. Moreover, when compared with the supercontinuum generated with a refractive lens in analogous conditions, the spectral extension of the so-generated continuum is larger.
