En el presente trabajo se analizará de manera crítica la medida de internamiento en régimen cerrado dentro del sistema de responsabilidad penal de menores en España y Colombia, ante la declaratoria de responsabilidad penal de aquellas personas mayores de catorce y menores de dieciocho años. Argentine Foreign Trade (1935-1946): Behavior of imports in a context of international turbulence

La estructura de la economía argentina, hasta la crisis de los años treinta, se había conformado de acuerdo a su inserción en el mercado internacional como exportador de bienes primarios alimentarios e importador de bienes energéticos y manufacturados. A partir de las modificaciones que se producen a nivel del comercio, especialmente la dificultad de las importaciones de bienes, se desarrolla la industrialización, orientada hacia la sustitución de importaciones. Nos interesa analizar la contribución del comercio exterior a esta transformación de estructura que se va produciendo. Se utilizan como fuentes: series de comercio exterior correspondientes a esos años (1935-1947), revistas especializadas y periódicos.The Argentine economy’s structure had been shaped according to its international insertion as an exporter of food commodities and importer of energy and manufactured goods until the 1930s’ crisis. As a result of the changes that took place in the international market, especially the import difficulties, an industrialization process oriented to the import substitution began. We are interested in the contribution that foreign trade makes to this process. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder: Birth Season and Epidemiology

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a neurodevelopmental disorder that is most frequently diagnosed in the pediatric population. This disorder consists of short-, medium-, and long-term interruptions in development that affect performance and daily activities (Amador et al., 2002). Weiss and Trokenberg (1993) argue that adolescents with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder show poor scholastic performance, low levels of self-esteem, higher levels of alcohol and drug use, and more difficulties with social functioning when compared to children not diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Given the evidence of difficulties with response inhibition, recent studies have highlighted problems with working memory, attentive faculties (e.g., sustained attention), and response inhibition when faced with interferences (Brito et al., 1999; Déry et al., 1999; Drechsler et al., 2005; Goldberg et al., 2005; Rodríguez et al., 2009; Seidman et al., 2006; Bedard et al., 2007). The fact that these problems appear in childhood, which is a key period for establishing the foundation for future professional exploration, interests, values, attitudes, and vocational abilities (Araújo & Taveira, 2009), conveys the gravity of the situation for a child with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder..

Influence of size reduction of fly ash particles by grinding on the chemical properties of geopolymers

Chemical properties of geopolymers were evaluated from the reduction of fly ash particle size by grinding. X-ray diffraction determined that at early curing ages new crystalline phases appear in the matrix of the geopolymer and they remain for 28 days, with increases in intensities up to 60%. In Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, displacements were identified in the main band of the geopolymers at higher wavenumbers, attributed to the greater rigidity in the structures of the aluminosilicate gel due to the increase of the reaction products in the geopolymers obtained through fly ashsubjected to previous grinding, which is observable in the geopolymers matrix. Results indicate that the reduction of fly ash particle size by grinding has an influence on the chemical properties of geopolymers.Peer ReviewedPostprint (published version

Procedures to determine the skills needs in software development organizations

La dimensión humana es un factor crítico en toda organización, especialmente en aquellas donde el proceso de producción es básicamente un proceso intelectual, tal como sucede en el proceso de construcción de software. Uno de los aspectos más importantes referidos a los recursos humanos involucrados en el desarrollo de software es la determinación de las necesidades de competencias para el desempeño adecuado de los distintos roles. Sin embargo, este proceso se realiza de manera no sistemática, sin considerar la formalización de las capacidades o habilidades personales y los conocimientos o habilidades específi cas de los miembros de los equipos de desarrollo de software. Dicho proceso es determinante no sólo para la generación de equipos productivos, sino también para el soporte del desarrollo sistemático de competencias a largo plazo dentro de las organizaciones de software. En este artículo se presenta un procedimiento que sistematiza las principales actividades involucradas en la determinación de competencias requeridas en el proceso de desarrollo de software. Este procedimiento se ha aplicado en organizaciones desarrolladoras de software asistiendo satisfactoriamente al jefe de proyecto en la determinación de competencias y posterior asignación de roles. Además, se presenta un estudio experimental en estas organizaciones que beneficia tanto al desarrollo de proyectos software como a las personas involucradas en estos proyectos.The human dimension is a critical factor in any organization, especially in those where the production process is basically an intellectual process, just as it is in the process of software construction. One of the most important aspects related to human resources involved in software development is the determination of skills needs for the adequate performance of the different roles. However, this process is carried out in a non-systematic way, without considering the formalization of the personal skills or abilities and the specific knowledge or skills of the members of software development teams. This process is decisive not only for the generation of productive teams, but also to support the systematic development of skills to long term within software organizations. This article presents a procedure that systematizes the main activities involved in determining the competencies required in the process of developing software. This procedure has been applied in software development organizations satisfactorily assisting the project manager in the determination of competencies and subsequent role assignment.
