Una visión postestructuralista de la política exterior peronista: las fuentes internas de su identidad

Este trabajo tiene por objeto reflexionar sobre la existencia de una política exterior peronista e indagar sobre las fuerzas profundas que la han orientado y/o incidido en ella, con el fin de contribuir a realizar una aproximación al derrotero de la política exterior argentina. Ello desde una perspectiva post estructuralista, según la cual los discursos son productores de sentido y hacedores de las identidades. La hipótesis de este artículo entiende que las identidades en pugna resultan un factor clave para comprender el itinerario y sentido de la política exterior de los gobiernos peronistas y, en gran parte, de Argentina.This work aims to reflect on the existence of a Peronist foreign policy, investigate the deep forces that have guided and/or influenced in it to help understand the course of Argentina’s foreign policy. This from a post structuralist perspective, according to which discourses are producers of meaning and identities makers. Metodología para la determinación de la permeabilidad de un yacimiento gasifero aplicando simulación numérica y regresión no lineal

La ecuación diferencial parcial, no lineal, de segundo orden que describe el flujo radial de un gas real a través de un medio poroso es resuelta utilizando diferencias finitas1. Para ello se la discretiza en coordenadas cilíndricas, componente radial, logrando un esquema en diferencias finitas consistente, conservativo y estable . Este esquema es implicito en transmisividades y presiones, El modelo numérico permiite la deterniinación de la permileabilidad del inedio poroso al flujo de un gas real aplicando el método inversoe: se ajustan las soluciones numéricas a las mediciones experimentales de la presión efectuadas en un pozo productor de gas mediante la aplicación de técnicas de optimización. Este procedimiento se aplica a la interpretación de ensayas de pozos gasíferos. Multiple roles and therapeutic implications of Akt signaling in cancer

The prominence of the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway in several tumors indicates a relationship with tumor grade and proliferation. Critical cellular processes are driven through this pathway. More detailed knowledge of the pathogenesis of tumors would enable us to design targeted drugs to block both membrane tyrosine kinase receptors and the intracellular kinases involved in the transmission of the signal. The newly approved molecular inhibitors sunitinib (an inhibitor of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor, platelet-derived growth factor receptor, and other tyrosine kinase receptors), sorafenib (a serine–threonine kinase inhibitor that acts against B-Raf) and temsirolimus (an mTOR inhibitor) shown clinical activity in advanced kidney cancer. Chronic myeloid leukemia has changed its natural history thanks to imatinib and dasatinib, both of which inhibit the intracellular bcr/abl protein derived from the alteration in the Philadelphia chromosome. Intracellular pathways are still important in cancer development and their blockade directly affects outcome. Cross-talk has been observed but is not well understood. Vertical and horizontal pathway blockade are promising anticancer strategies. Indeed, preclinical and early clinical data suggest that combining superficial and intracellular blocking agents can synergize and leverage single-agent activity. The implication of the Akt signaling pathway in cancer is well established and has led to the development of new anticancer agents that block its activation

The affective impact of sightseeing bus tour experiences:using Affective Events Theory (AET) to examine length-of-stay and electronic word-of-mouth

This study investigates the key components and influences of positive affect and electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) on tourist visits at two developing urban destinations, namely Birmingham,United Kingdom and Valencia, Spain. These two data collection sites yielded evidence gatheredfrom 615 and 627 sightseeing bus tourists, respectively. Through the analytic lens of AffectiveEvents Theory (AET), data were examined, and results verify the significant mediating role ofaffect in two regards: (1) tourists’decision to extend their visits and (2) eWOM of sightseeingbus tour experiences. The moderating role of past sightseeing experiences in theserelationships was also supported by the data analysis. This paper further strengthens the role ofaffect in tourism management scholarship as well as expands AET from the work-setting intothe tourism context thus marking a new research trail. Practical implications for tourismdestination management organizations (DMOs) are also discussed

Aplicación de musicoterapia en los cuidadores formales como alternativa terapéutica al estrés laboral

El síndrome de estrés laboral influye en el funcionamiento de las personas que trabajan con pacientes. En estos profesionales existe una sensación de amenaza, tensión y exigencia que se puede tornar crónica. Posteriormente pueden presentar síntomas físicos tales como falta de atención y concentración, agotamiento, insomnio y trastornos psicosomáticos. El estrés se puede manifestar también con irritabilidad pudiendo expresarse como explosiones emocionales o hermetismo, afectando la productividad del individuo. Según la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) y la Organización Panamericana la Salud (OPS)(2002),en El Salvador existió una razón de 6.01 profesionales de enfermería por cada 10,000 habitantes. Para el año 2004 el Ministerio de Salud reportó una baja en dicha razón a 3 por 10,000 habitantes. Este dato es importante ya que el recurso humano disponible puede considerarse inadecuado o insuficiente. Dado que los profesionales de enfermería son los responsables de los cuidados que reciben los pacientes, es de esperarse una sobrecarga de trabajo. Por tanto se podría asumir que estos profesionales tendrían niveles altos de estrés y por ende Síndrome de Estrés labora

Survival of two strains of Phthorimaea operculella (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae) reared on transgenic potatoes expressing a Bacillus thuringiensis crystal protein

[Otros] Survie de deux souches de Phthorimaea operculella (Lepidoptera : Gelechiidae) élevées sur des pommes de terre transgéniques exprimant la protéine CrylAb de Bacillus thuringiensis. Deux populations de Phthorimaea operculella (Zeller), l'une supposée résistante au DipelTM (une préparation commerciale de delta-endotoxines de Bacillus thuringiensis) et l'autre sensible, ont été cultivées sur quatre cultivars de pomme de terre, deux transgéniques de première génération, exprimant la protéine CrylAb de Bacillus thuringiensis, et deux non transformés. La population de papillons considérée comme résistante a présenté une mortalité inférieure à celle de l'autre population, mais n'était pas vraiment résistante à CrylAb. Les pommes de terre transgéniques étaient en partie protégées d'une attaque de l'insecte. La survie au stade adulte des deux souches de Phthorimaea élevées sur les plantes transgéniques était au moins deux fois inférieure à celle constatée sur les plantes non transformées. Il en résulte que les pommes de terre exprimant le gène cry1Ab sont partiellement protégées des attaques du papillon. (© Inra/Elsevier, Paris.)[EN] Two populations of Phthorimaea operculella (Zeller), one of them presumed to be resistant to Dipel (a commercial preparation of Bacillus thuringiensis delta-endotoxins), and the other susceptible, were grown on four cultivars of potatoes, two of them a first generation of transgenic plants, expressing the Bacillus thuringiensis Cry1Ab delta endotoxin protein, and the other two untransformed. The moth population which was reported to be resistant, proved to have less mortality than the susceptible one, but it was not really resistant to Cry1Ab. The transgenic potatoes were partially protected against the attack of the moth. The adult survival of the two strains of Phthorimaea operculella reared on transgenic potatoes was less than half their survival on untransformed potatoes, so that Cry1Ab expressing potato tubers proved to protect partially against attack of the moth. GIS analysis for the design of a touristic product: locating the highest village and municipality of Spain

Existe un turismo geográfico, que busca visitar puntos destacados en el relieve, ríos o fronteras. Sin embargo, algunos de esos puntos muy renombrados no escapan al error. Dos localidades se han disputado el título de ser la más elevada de España. El presente estudio hace uso de los Sistemas de Información Geográfica para resolver esta cuestión. Aplicación que ha permitido demostrar que Valdelinares (Teruel) es el pueblo de mayor altitud de España y Trevélez (Granada), el municipio, justo al contrario de lo que hacen gala las placas situadas a la entrada de sus respectivos núcleos urbanos.There is a form of geographic tourism, intended to visit main points in the relief, rivers or borders. Nevertheless, some of these very famous places are not immune to error. Two settlements have disputed the award of being the highest in Spain. This study makes use of Geographic Information Systems to solve this issue. Furthermore, this research aims to demonstrate that Valdelinares (Teruel) is the highest village in Spain and Trevélez (Granada), the highest municipality, just the opposite of what they show at the entrance to their respective urban centres
