Procesos de autoevaluación en la educación superior: realidad o ficción para los diferentes niveles de formación profesional en Colombia
Los niveles Técnico Profesional, Tecnólogo y Profesional Universitario, en la actualidad cuentan con diseño de carácter genérico mas no específico para cada para la evaluación de sus condiciones de calidad, factor que tergiversa al final los resultados reales de impacto al estar sujetos al nivel de sesgo presente en los momentos de evaluación, así mismo el proceso de autoevaluación hace más énfasis en la medición del procedimiento más que en el impacto, de tal forma, que los aspectos de verificación real pasan a un segundo plano
Algunas notas sobre las primeras aplicaciones del hierro en la construcción de puentes en España
The Spanish introduction to the international scene in iron construction was delayed a few decades. The political, social, economic or resources were far removed from the budgets that led to nations such as England or France to become the leaders of the birth and development of European industry. During the period Fernandino (1814-1833) were ignored purposes designed to promote proper technological development of the nation into line with other European countries. After the failure of some proposals and the limited impact of others, will be from the reorganization of the Corps of Engineers, and his state representation in the DG, when Spain begins to value the iron as a building material applied to the large civil engineering works.La incorporación española al panorama internacional de las construcciones en hierro se retrasó unas décadas. Las condiciones políticas, sociales, económicas o de recursos estaban muy alejadas de los presupuestos que llevaron a naciones como Inglaterra o Francia a convertirse en las abanderadas del nacimiento y desarrollo industrial europeo. Durante el período fernandino (1814-1833) se desatendieron propósitos dirigidos a promover un correcto desarrollo tecnológico de la nación para equipararla a otros países europeos. Tras el fracaso de algunas propuestas y la escasa repercusión de otras, será a partir de la reorganización del Cuerpo de Ingenieros de Caminos, y su representación estatal en la Dirección General, cuando en España se comience a valorar el hierro como material constructivo aplicado a grandes obras de ingeniería civil
Prácticas de conmemoración de la Guerra Sucia en México
En este texto se exponen algunos de los resultados de una investigación etnográfica, que durante los últimos tres años se ha dedicado a registrar y analizar las prácticas de conmemoración de la guerra sucia en México. Esto implica la articulación de las memorias tanto de la violencia como de la resistencia. Se narran las estrategias desplegadas por el Estado mexicano durante la guerra sucia que dan cuenta de una política del miedo -intimidación, represión, criminalización de la protesta, asesinato, desaparición forzada y tortura-; al tiempo que se narran las estrategias de resistencia de la sociedad civil, como las marchas, mítines, plantones, escraches, homenajes o jornadas conmemorativas.This paper presents some results of an ethnographic research, that during the last three years has been dedicated to record and analyse the practices of commemoration of the "dirty war" (guerra sucia) in Mexico. This involves articulating the memories of both violence and resistance. Strategies used by Mexican government during the dirty war, expressed a policy of fear -criminalization of protest, murder, forced disappearance and torture-; at the same time, resistance strategies form civil society such as marches, protests, tributes and commemorative days are presented
Estudio de viabilidad de una instalación solar fotovoltaica en una vivienda particular
The motivation for the work conducted within this paper was to asses if a common private property was capable of generate the energy it consumed. To evaluate this, a feasibility study was conducted based on research carried out throughout PV technology including components, system topologies and economic support schemes. The methodology employed for the study was PV software system simulation using PVSyst, where a 3D model of the property was developed to conduct performance simulations of the system. The study concluded that the property was effectively capable of generate more than the electrical energy needed. Nevertheless, the economic feasibility of the project, even though it resulted feasible, seemed discouraging because of the long payback period obtained due to the recent second review of feed-in tariffs in the UK. Optimization of a low weight electronic differential for LEVs
It is presented a performance analysis of an Electronic Differential (ED) system designed for Light Electric Vehicles (LEVs). We have developed a test tricycle vehicle with one front steering wheel and two rear fixed units is a same axis with a brushless DC integrated in each of them. Each motor has an independent controller unit and a common Arduino electronic CPU based that can plan specific speeds for each wheels as curves are being traced.
Different implementations of sensors (input current/torque, steering angle and speed of the wheels) are discussed related to hardware complexity, and performance obtained based on speed level requirements and slipping on the traction wheels.Universidad de Málaga. Preparation and characterization of sputtered hydroxyapatite thin films
In this work, hydroxyapatite (HAp) thin films were fabricated using two different
sputtering techniques: Radio frequency magnetron sputtering and ion beam sputtering. In
the first case, the films were grown on Ti-6Al-4V substrates using a high-purity
commercial HAp target, obtaining a thickness ~200 nm. For the second method, the film
were grown on pure titanium substrates using a self-produced HAp target. This target was
fabricated with powders (Ca/P = 1.628, sintered and crushed). Here, the thickness of the
fabricated film was ~300 nm. The sintering tests for the target fabrication were carried
out using two different heating regimens at a maximum temperature of 1200 °C (holding
time of 2h and 4h) using various additives. As additives, water (H2O), polyvinyl alcohol
(PVA) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) were used to improve the mechanical strength of
the green discs. The as-deposited films were amorphous in both cases. Therefore, the
films were annealed to increase the crystallinity. Annealing was performed in air for 2h
at temperatures: 400, 600 and 800 °C for RF-magnetron sputter samples; 600 and 800 °C
for ion beam sputter samples. The result of the films shows in both cases that the
crystallinity of HAp was improved only for the annealed samples fabricated with ion
beam sputtering at 800 °C. In both cases energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy
measurements show a decrease in Ca/P ratio with increasing the temperature. Hardness
results revealed an increase in this with the increase in temperature possibly due to the
formation of titanium oxide. The roughness for the fabricated films with the RFmagnetron
sputtering increases till an annealing temperature of 600 °C and then decreases
till 800 °C, while the roughness for the fabricated films with ion beam sputtering is higher
in the as-deposited samples and then this is reduced by increasing the annealing
temperature.Tesi
