Předmětem této diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby „Bytového domu“ dle náležitostí příslušných platných norem a předpisů. Jedná se o objekt se čtyřmi nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažním. Objekt obsahuje 14 bytových jednotek, z toho jednu bytovou jednotku pro imobilní osobu. Objekt sestává ze zděného cihelného konstrukčního systému a stropy jsou provedeny z předpjatých stropních panelů Spirol. Objekt je zastřešen částečně plochou vegetační střechou a částečně šikmou pultovou střechou.The subject of this master’s thesis is elaboration of project documentation for building an " block of flats" according to the actual standards and norms given by law. The object has four storeys above the ground and one underground floor. Object consists of fourteen regular flats and one flat for immobile person. Object is built of brick construction system with ceilings based on the Spirol preloaded panels. Object has partially flat roof covered with vegetation and partially skew pult roof.

De asociación civil deportiva a una marca internacional : Reflexiones sobre el caso Boca Juniors

La presente ponencia tiene como objetivo analizar cómo una asociación civil sin fines de lucro puede transformarse en una marca corporativa internacional. Teniendo como punto de partida la mercantilización del deporte como resultado de la política neoliberal, me focalizaré en abordar cómo se manifiesta esta relación comercial en los procesos de comunicación que involucran al Club Atlético Boca Juniors (CABJ), pionero en comunicación y gestión corporativa de marca. Durante los últimos años, el CABJ transitó diversas modificaciones en su modo de organización interna, para poder adaptarse a la nueva gestión empresarial que ha reacomodado el funcionamiento de los clubes en nuestro país. Además, se priorizó un modelo de comunicación externa "para sumar rentabilidad" relegando consecuentemente la comunicación a nivel interno. Para ello, los dirigentes de los últimos mandatos establecieron rigurosamente un modelo a seguir con una misión, visión y valores que fundamentarían este modo de funcionamiento, incorporando innovadoras gerencias, departamentos, secretarías y subsecretarías necesarias para el nuevo lineamiento de actores que conformarían la nueva imagen de la institución. Con la implementación de esta planificación, las consecuencias fueron inmediatas: más ganancias pero menos rol social. El desafío de la gestión actual y futura consistirá en poder equilibrar la nueva finalidad económica y corporativa de la institución, sin dejar de lado la función social originari

Evaluation of the Temperature and Time Dependence of Electrostatic Breakdown

The goal of this research was to investigate temperature and time dependent models for the electrostatic breakdown of polymeric spacecraft insulators. Temperature dependent breakdown was found by inducing an electrostatic breakdown in the prototypical polymer Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) at various temperatures. Time dependent breakdown was found by applying a static voltage to LDPE and measuring the time to electrostatic breakdown. No significant temperature dependence of the electrostatic breakdown of LDPE was observed in a temperature range of 150 K to 300 K. The time dependent results show that the time to electrostatic breakdown is modeled by a negative logarithmic decay consistent with thermodynamic mean field multiple trapping models, with the electric field breakdown strength asymptotically approaching a constant value as the time to breakdown goes to infinity
