    Development of Online Learning Video Media Material for Short Distance Running (sprint) in Elementary School

    Running is one of the materials contained in physical education subjects. In the learning process, running material is also taught through games, but the variety of running games provided is lacking, besides that running games have never been packaged in the form of video learning media. For this reason, learning media in which there are sprint running techniques are also needed in the learning process, especially during online learning as it is today. Based on the results of initial observations conducted by State Elementary School 3 Watuagung, Watulimo District, Trenggalek Regency, it can be concluded that teachers have never taught sprint running material through learning media in the form of video. This research and development aim to develop a sprint running learning media that is packaged in a video for the State Elementary School 3 Watuagung, Watulimo District, Trenggalek Regency. This development refers to the development method proposed by Lee and Owens using the following steps: 1) needs analysis or analysis, 2) product design or design, 3) product development or development, 4) implementation and 5) evaluation or evaluation. The result of this development is a video containing sprint running material that can be used as a supporting medium to make it easier for teachers to deliver learning materials and increase the enthusiasm of students to receive the material presented so that learning takes place and online in a fun and not monotonous way and learning materials can be delivered easily. good. This development product is feasible and can be used as a learning medium. In operating this development product, it is recommended for users to know and understand in advance the use of video to operate the product properly, the learning process will be more optimal if the teacher already knows how to operate it, this development product can be used as a medium for delivering material to students

    This research is based on the observations and experiences of researchers, that not all elementary schools in the district know or do gymnastics in general, specifically artistic gymnastics. The problems in this problem are: 1) How big is the contribution of Motor Educability to the ability to do the flic-flac movement? 2) How big is Eye-Hand-Foot Coordination to the ability to do the flic-flac movement? 3) How much do you contribute and are confident in doing the flic-flac movement? 4) Is there a joint contribution of motor educability, coordination, and self-confidence to the ability to perform flic-flac movements? 5) Among the contributions of motor educability, coordination, and self-confidence, which one has the biggest role in the ability to perform artistic gymnastics flic-flac movements? Scientific work, as material to be studied, by further researchers. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative research study whose data is in the form of numbers. Using independent and dependent variables. Instruments that have been tested for validity and reliability. Based on the results that have been obtained, it shows that the contribution of motor educability, coordination, and self-confidence, the ability to perform flic-flac movements of students will increase. A teacher can explain motor educability clearly so that students can understand it. The ability to perform the student's flic-flac movement will decrease if the student's eye-hand and foot coordination are not balanced so that it can be at risk of causing injury. The maturity level of motor educability and self-confidence is high, it will be easier for you to do the flic-flac movement. The lower eye-hand-foot coordination will affect increasing the possibility of injury to students. Based on the conclusions of the research, it is suggested that there is a relationship between the contribution of motor educability, coordination, and self-confidence to the ability to perform extracurricular artistic gymnastics flic-flac at SDN Kayen I Bandarkedungmulyo, Jombang

    Identifikasi fisik dominan atlet renang melalui program tes parameter di PRSI Kabupaten Tulungagung

    Pada olahraga renang ada beberapa komponen kondisi fisik dominan yang harus diketahui, sedangkan mitra belum memiliki data kondisi fisik dominan atlet yang dibina kususnya atlet renang dalam persiapan menuju event Porprov 2022. Tujuan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yakni melakukan analisa kondisi fisik dominan atlet renang. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yakni tes kondisi fisik atlet renang, intrumen tes yang digunkana terdapat 10 komponen item tes, data dianalisis menggunakan rata-rata dan persentase. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat analisis kondisi fisik atlet putra dan putri yang dipersiapkan untuk event Porprov 2022 menujukkan bahwa 72% atlet memiliki kemampuan kurang, 28% cukup, sedangkan kurang sekali, baik dan baik sekali masing-masing meliliki persentase 0%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kondisi fisik atlet putra dan putri yang dipersiapkan untuk event Porprov 2022 memiliki kemampuan kondisi fisik kurang

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari hasil pengamatan ketika melakukan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL 2), tidak sedikit siswa yang merasa kesulitan dalam bergaul dan berkomunikasi dengan temannya meskipun dalam satu kelas, kurang adanya keterbukaan dalam menyampaikan pendapat, dan kurang adanya penghargaan terhadap pendapat teman lain. Hal ini menunjukkan kurangnya kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa di SMAN 3 Kota Kediri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa kelas X SMAN 3 Kota Kediri Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian pre-eksperimental designs dengan bentuk one-group pretest-posttest, dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 siswa dari populasi 200 siswa pada kelas X di SMAN 3 Kota Kediri. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan skala psikologi. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data statistik. Pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik diskusi di SMAN 3 Kota Kediri yang dilakukan peneliti kurang maksimal karena situasi dan kondisi yang tidak kondusif. Kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa sebagian besar sudah baik, namun masih ada beberapa yang perlu ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dapat diketahui bahwa nilai p-value (0,000) <α0,05, maka H0 ditolak, H1 diterima, yaitu layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa kelas X SMAN 3 Kota Kediri. Berdasarkan simpulan dari penelitian ini, jika penelitian dapat terarah dengan baik dan dalam situasi yang kondusif, maka akan memberikan hasil yang optimal. Sehingga menurut hasil penelitian ini, bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa kelas X di SMAN 3 Kota Kediri. Dengan demikian, saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu hendaknya kegiatan diskusi dilakukan dengan sebaik dan sekreatif mungkin agar maksud dan tujuan diskusi dapat tercapai

    Literature Review: Hiit Training on Physical Fitness, Vo2max and Social Status in Adults with Sedentary Lifestyle

    In 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommended engaging in 150-300 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity per week, at 40-60% of the Maximal Pulse Rate (HRM), or 75-150 minutes of high-intensity physical activity at 60-85% HRM to maintain and enhance adult fitness. However, commonly cited obstacles to physical activity include time constraints, low motivation, and difficulties in adhering to guidelines. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), requiring less time for exercise, has been shown to deliver equivalent or greater health benefits compared to WHO recommendations. This study aims to assess the impact of HIIT on physical fitness, VO2Max, and social status. Utilizing a literature review method, articles were sourced from Electronic Databases such as PubMed, ScienceDirect, and ProQuest. The results indicate that High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) can efficiently enhance physical fitness, significantly impact social status, and do so within a shorter time frame. This makes HIIT an appealing alternative for individuals facing challenges like time constraints, low motivation, or difficulties in adhering to traditional activity guidelines. With improvements observed in physical fitness and VO2Max, HIIT emerges as a compelling option for those seeking a time-efficient yet effective exercise method. Consequently, this research highlights that HIIT not only serves as an efficient strategy for achieving physical fitness and cardiorespiratory health but also contributes to enhancing social aspects. These findings offer valuable insights for designing more acceptable and sustainable physical activity programs within the community

    Learning physical education, sports and health at SMP Negeri 3 Wates can be said to be less effective due to several factors. First, the limited availability of textbooks which is one of the students' learning resources. As a result, during physical education lessons, students only do practical activities in the field. The purpose of this study is to determine students' understanding of physical education material, which leads to confusion during written exams. This research and development model of multimedia learning for Physical Education, Sports, and Health for grade VII students in junior high school uses a Research and Development (R&amp;D) approach, using the multimedia development model developed by Borg &amp; Gall. Borg and Gall's research and development process involves 10 steps, of which researchers will apply 9 steps, including: (1) Potential and problems, (2) Data collection, (3) Product design, (4) Design validation, (5) Design revision, (6) Product trial, (7) Design revision, (8) Usage trial, and (9) Product revision. Based on the conclusions of this study, the development of Android-based interactive media is considered valid, with 75% validation from learning experts and 75% validation from media experts, signifying the validation of Android-based interactive media. Android-based interactive media is considered effective for use in learning, because it obtained a percentage of 80% in the limited trial and 86% in the broad trial
