[Resumo] Neste artigo revisamos, en primeiro lugar, as mencións explícitas e implícitas que algúns dicionarios de lingua española realizan nas súas partes introdutorias sobre o conceito de colocacióa. Esta análise permitiunos determinar se os dicionarios empregan denominacións específicas para referirse ás colocacións e se as diferencian doutros tipos de combinacións léxicas. Intra-organizational social capital in business organizations. A theoretical model with a focus on servant leadership as antecedent

This paper explores the antecedents of intra-organizational social capital from a comprehensive perspective that integrates leadership as the main antecedent. To be precise, we propose that intra-organizational social capital is a direct consequence of an organizational ethical and community context to which leadership in the servant dimension plays a transcendental role. Indeed, since the seminal work of Greenleaf (1977) the servant leadership concept has been widespread among business academics and professionals for the value it brings to the organization not only in ethical but also in excellence terms. Among the recent styles and theories on leadership up to date, servant leadership fits perfectly an organizational ethical context both at the organizational or group level, acting in addition as a main promoter of that context. Furthermore, servant leadership is linked to the cultivation of helpful, altruistic and servant attitudes among the employees which are useful elements in the generation of social capital inside the organization. A model then for understanding the causes of intra-organizational socialcapital with a focus on servant leadership is here elaborated from which conclusions and implications for Management will be delineated

Theoretical study of Covalent Organic Frameworks based on C3-symmetric Central Cores

In recent years, the design and synthesis of COFs (covalent organic frameworks) has been deeply investigated. These materials are constructed from the union of different covalently linked conjugated platforms and they have a wide range of analytical applications, such as adsorption and / or separation of certain compounds, catalysis or identification of analytes, among others.1 On the other hand, the π-conjugated nature of these systems together with their extended 3D nature make them excellent candidates to be used in organic electronics.2 Recently, in collaboration with the group of Dr. Berta Gómez-Lor, we have studied the electronic and optical properties of four new porous truxene-based polymers.3 The results of this work opens the door to the control of the degree of π-conjugation and therefore to the optoelectronic properties of these materials (i.e., their potential as nitroaromatic compound sensors) through the substitution position of the truxene units. Here we propose to expand this study to COFs (Figure 1) derived from platforms with C3 symmetry based not only on truxene (X=C) but also on triindole (X=N) and truxenone (X=CO) units by means of periodic DFT-calculations (see Figure 1). Specifically, we study how the different structural modifications affect the intra- and intermolecular properties of the systems for their subsequent synthesis and real application in organic electronic devices.Universidad de Málaga. Normal Superior Fabio Lozano Torrijos; es resultado parcial del trabajo liderado desde el Proyecto Construcción conceptual en el aula de clases dentro del proyecto Aula Viva del programa de Licenciatura para la Educación Básica en Ciencias Naturales de la Universidad del Tolima. La investigación es un aporte a la construcción conceptual en la escuela, a través de la realización de las estrategias pedagógicas y didácticas, se construyen los conceptos de manera colaborativa o individual. Este trabajo busca dar respuesta a: ¿Cómo fortalecer en el aula la construcción del concepto de biodiversidad local de la Vereda Piedecuesta del Municipio de Falan con estudiantes de los Grados 6° a 9° de la I. E. Normal Superior Fabio Lozano Torrijos? Para lograr en los estudiantes la apropiación conceptual de manera práctica y significativa. El trabajo responde a la investigación de tipo formativo, centrada en el estudiante y el docente. La aprehensión de conceptos surge de la experimentación a través de las etapas: “la biodiversidad una maravilla” resultado de salidas pedagógicas una segunda etapa “Inventario biodiverso” acopio de material visual y caracterización de especies; “Imaginando, creando, jugando” se incorporan las TIC al aula de clase mediante la construcción de blog virtual. El territorio de observación fue la I. E. Normal Superior “Fabio Lozano Torrijos”, cuya población cuenta con 1202 estudiantes en los grados de 0 a 11° y se desarrolló con 22 de los grados 6° a 9°, en edades entre los 10 y 15 años, durante el año 2013.ABSTRACT. La Estrella del Tolima, 1882-1884. El último aliento del liberalismo radical en Neiva

This study examines La Estrella del Tolima, a radical newspaper edited in Neiva between 1882 and 1884, in the context of the fragmentation of liberalism and the rise of the independent sector. In order to do this, we focus on the division of the Liberal Party and the situation of its radical faction. Afterwards, we explore the position and strategy proposed by the radicals, by means of La Estrella, in order to survive as a political power in the national scene and maintain control of the government in the Sovereign State of Tolima. Methodologically, the article derives in the compilation and analysis of the decimononical press of the Great Tolima region; together with a study of the pamphlets and memoirs of the region, enabling an analysis of La Estrella in the context of the editorial universe of Tolima, that captures its importance for the politics of the time. This study postulates that La Estrella consolidated the last tribune of radical opinion and defense in the State of Tolima, due to the relations between the radicals who ran the newspaper and the government, as well as their political permanence in the State until 1884.En este texto se estudia La Estrella del Tolima, publicación radical editada en Neiva entre 1882 y 1884, en un contexto de fragmentación del liberalismo y ascenso del sector independiente. Para tal fin, prestamos atención a la división del Partido Liberal y la situación de su facción radical, para luego estudiar la postura y estrategia que propusieron los radicales desde La Estrella para sobrevivir como fuerza política en la escena nacional y mantener el control del gobierno del Estado Soberano del Tolima. Metodológicamente, el artículo deriva de la compilación y análisis de la prensa decimonónica del Tolima Grande, junto con la exploración de folletería y memorias de la región, con el fin de analizar a La Estrella en el universo editorial tolimense y de captar su importancia para la política de la época. Con este estudio se postula que La Estrella se consolidó como la última tribuna de defensa y opinión del radicalismo en el Tolima, por las relaciones que los radicales detrás del periódico guardaban con el gobierno y por su permanencia política en el Estado hasta 1884

Diseño de un controlador óptimo usando redes neuronales dinámicas para un sistema de generación eólica

En los últimos años se ha observado un gran incremento en la generación de energía eléctrica procedente de la energía eólica, que es una de las fuentes de energía renovable con mayor aplicación. Estos proyectos relacionados con energía proveniente del viento se pueden envolver en proyectos de parques eólicos para la interconexión con el sistema eléctrico de potencia. En este proyecto de grado se implementa un sistema de generación eólica conectado al sistema eléctrico de potencia usando Simulink. Un parque eólico suministra 9 MW generados por seis turbinas de viento de 1.5 MW. Las turbinas de viento utilizan un generador de inducción de jaula de ardilla (SCIG por sus siglas en inglés)y un convertidor back-to-back. El método de conexión del SCIG permite extraer la máxima energía del viento a bajas velocidades de viento y reducir al mínimo las tensiones mecánicas en la turbina durante las ráfagas de viento. Este documento muestra un estudio en el estado del arte sobre los modelos matemáticos de la turbina eólica y el SCIG; conjuntamente nombrar aspectos importantes de los métodos de control convencional PI y control óptimo usando redes neuronales dinámicas (RND) aplicados al regulador de voltaje DC (VDC)
