Análisis y estudio de distintos aspectos relacionados con el derecho mercantil y el derecho de la mar en las villas de Bizkaia. Entre ellos se analiza el renacimiento de la vida comercial de época medieval, el dérecho privado de las villas vizcaínas, el derecho mercantil (derecho del mercado y de las ferias y de otras instituciones mercantiles como el hospedaje, compañías, los cambios, cofradías y gremios) y el derecho de la mar.Bizkaiko herribilduetan merkataritza-zuzenbide eta itsas eskubideekin erlazionaturiko alderdi ezberdinen analisia eta ikerketa. Efficient reconciliation with rate adaptive codes in quantum key distribution.

Quantum key distribution (QKD) relies on quantum and classical procedures in order to achieve the growing of a secret random string ¿the key¿ known only to the two parties executing the protocol. Limited intrinsic efficiency of the protocol, imperfect devices and eavesdropping produce errors and information leakage from which the set of measured signals ¿the raw key¿ must be stripped in order to distill a final, information theoretically secure, key. The key distillation process is a classical one in which basis reconciliation, error correction and privacy amplification protocols are applied to the raw key. This cleaning process is known as information reconciliation and must be done in a fast and efficient way to avoid cramping the performance of the QKD system. Brassard and Salvail proposed a very simple and elegant protocol to reconcile keys in the secret- key agreement context, known as Cascade, that has become the de-facto standard for all QKD practical implementations. However, it is highly interactive, requiring many com- munications between the legitimate parties and its efficiency is not optimal, imposing an early limit to the maximum tolerable error rate. In this paper we describe a low-density parity-check reconciliation protocol that improves significantly on these problems. The protocol exhibits better efficiency and limits the number of uses of the communications channel. It is also able to adapt to different error rates while remaining efficient, thus reaching longer distances or higher secure key rate for a given QKD system

¿La mejor estrategia docente? : la gestión del conocimiento

La evaluación del aprendizaje muestra que el alumno no siempre alcanza con éxito los objetivos de aprendizaje. Este hecho se ha convertido en uno de los principales campos de batalla entre los docentes. ¿Cómo conseguir que el alumno alcance los objetivos de aprendizaje y se convierta en un buen profesional? La finalidad de este artículo es responder a dicha pregunta. Este trabajo muestra los resultados positivos que tiene en el aprendizaje utilizar como herramienta docente la gestión del conocimiento. Para ello se presentan los efectos de una primera aplicación práctica a estudiantes de segundo ciclo de la Universitat Rovira i Virgili.L'avaluació de l'aprenentatge mostra que l'alumne no sempre assoleix amb èxit els objectius d'aprenentatge. Aquest fet s'ha convertit en un dels principals camps de batalla entre els docents. ¿Com aconseguir que l'alumne assoleixi els objectius d'aprenentatge i que es converteixi en un bon professional? La finalitat d'aquest article és respondre aquesta pregunta. El present treball mostra els resultats positius que té en l'aprenentatge utilitzar com a eina docent la gestió del coneixement. Per aquest motiu, s'hi presenten els efectes d'una primera aplicació pràctica a estudiants de segon cicle de la Universitat Rovira i Virgili.The learning evaluation process shows us that students do not frequently succeed in reaching their learning objectives. This fact has become the main battlefield among professors. How to succeed in making students achieve their learning objectives so they can become excellent professionals? The main aim of this article is to answer this question. Our work shows the positive effects of using knowledge management as pedagogical tool.
