Економічне обґрунтування розвитку малих вертикально диверсифікованих підприємств з виробництва свинини в Україні

Implementing the vertical diversification strategy for pig-breeding enterprises in Ukraine is one of the factors in increasing their economic efficiency and competitiveness. Mastering the following interrelated links of production and sale in animal husbandry increases enterprises' financial stability and economic security. The article economically substantiates the expediency of capital investments in developing vertically diversified pork production enterprises in Ukraine. The need for investments for the formation of fixed and working capital for the implementation of the project has been determined. The main operating costs for the organization of pig breeding, slaughter, and the sale of meat through the direct sales channel in the amount of 200 tons per year have been calculated. Planning of workforce needs for project implementation has been carried out. The leading indicators of the economic efficiency of capital investments for the production and sale of pork in the newly established enterprise have been determined. According to the study results, the relatively high investment attractiveness of developing small vertically diversified pork production enterprises in Ukraine with an orientation to local markets is substantiated. It has been established that for the implementation of the proposed project, about 1.1 million euros of advanced capital is needed, which is expected to pay off in 3.5 years. The project's five-year net present value has been determined to reach 690,000 euros at a discount rate of 2%. Accordingly, the projected internal rate of return will exceed 26%. The average annual net profit during the project implementation period will be 268 thousand euros, with an average operating cost of 457 thousand euros, allowing us to achieve 65% profitability of production and 32% profitability of pork sales. The projected average net return on capital for the project implementation period is expected to be 35%. The development of vertical diversification in small pork production enterprises in Ukraine will increase the added value and productivity of the involved financial, labor, material, and technical resources.Реалізація стратегії вертикальної диверсифікації для підприємств свинарства України є одним із чинником підвищення їх економічної ефективності та конкурентоспроможності. Освоєння наступних взаємопов’язаних ланок виробництва та реалізації у тваринництві сприяє підвищенню фінансової стійкості та економічної безпеки підприємств. У статті економічно обґрунтовано доцільність капіталовкладень у розвиток вертикально диверсифікованих підприємств з виробництва свинини в Україні. Визначено потребу в інвестиціях для формування основного та оборотного капіталу для реалізації проекту. Розраховано основні статті операційних витрат для організації вирощування свиней, їх забою та реалізації м’яса за прямим каналом продажу в обсязі 200 т на рік. Проведено планування потреб в трудових ресурсах для реалізації проекту. Визначено основні показники економічної ефективності капіталовкладень для виробництва та реалізації свинини у новоствореному підприємстві. За результатами дослідження обґрунтовано відносно високий рівень інвестиційної привабливості розвитку малих вертикально диверсифікованих підприємств з виробництва свинини в Україні з орієнтацією на місцеві ринки. Встановлено, що для реалізації запропонованого проекту необхідно близько 1,1 млн євро авансованого капіталу, який прогнозовано окупиться за 3,5 роки. Визначено чисту приведену вартість проекту за 5 років, яка досягне 690 тис. євро при ставці дисконту 2%. Відповідно прогнозований рівень внутрішньої норми прибутковості досягне 26,4%. Середньорічна сума чистого прибутку за період реалізації проекту перевищить 268 тис. євро, при середньому рівні операційних витрат 457 тис. євро, що дозволить досягнути 65% рентабельності виробництва та 32% рентабельності продажу свинини. Прогнозований середній рівень чистої рентабельності капіталу за період реалізації проекту очікується на рівні 35%. Розвиток вертикальної диверсифікації у малих підприємствах з виробництва свинини в Україні сприятиме підвищенню доданої вартості та продуктивності залучених фінансових, трудових та матеріально-технічних ресурсів

Histoiogicai structure of EP depends on the age of patients, in patients younger than SO years, dominated reactive (gianduiarand gianduiar-fibrous poiyps) in women during menopause - fibroid EP. Estimation of the veiocity curves and uterine biood fiowin the internai iiiac arteries in patients with EP shows a decrease of both systoiic and diastoiic biood fiow veiocities and increased peripherai resistance performance. In subendometriaiarteries the picture is opposite: decrease of peripherai resistance and an increase in systoiic and diastoiic biood fiow veiocity. It is determinedthat the most unfavorabie state is combined defeat of myometrium by ieiomyoma with adenomyosis, because the hystoiogicai conciusionsin these patients contain significantiy more precancerous iesionsand Precancer of endometrium and cervix.С целью изучения мopфoфyнкциoнaльныx изменений эндoмeтpия у бoльныx пре- и пocтмeнoпayзaльнoгo вoзpacтa, кoтopыe cтpaдaют пoлипoзoм eндoмeтpия (ПЭ) пpoaнaлизиpoвaнo 1OO cлyчaeв ПЭ, кoтopыe были oбcлeдoвaны в oбъeмe изучения ocoбeннocтeй cyбэндoмeтpиaльнoгo кpoвoтoкa, кpoвoтoкa в мaтoчныx и внyтpeнниx пoдвздoшныxapтepияxc пocлeдyющ,им мopфoлoгичecким иccлeдoвaниeмэндoмeтpия. Гиcтoлoгичecкaя cтpyктypa ПЭзaвиcитoтвoзpacтa бoльныx, тaк, у пaциeнтoк мoлoжe SO лет, пpeoблaдaют aктивныe фopмы (жeлeзиcтыe и жeлeзиcтo-фибpoзныe пoлипы), у женщин в пepиoдe пocтмeнoпayзы -фибpoзныe ПЭ. Oцeнкa кpивыxcкopocтeй кpoвooбpaщeния в мaтoчныxи внyтpeнниx пoдвздoшныxapтepияx у пaциeнтoкc ПЭ пoкaзывaeтуменьшение кaкcиcтoличecкoй тaк и диacтoличecкoй cкopocтeй кpoвoтoкa и увеличение пoкaзaтeлeй пepифepичecкoгo coпpoтивлeния. В yбэндoмeтpиaльныxapтepияx кapтинa пpямo пpoтивoпoлoжнaя: уменьшение пoкaзaтeлeй пepифepичecкoгo coпpoтивлeния и увеличение cиcтoличecкoй и диacтoличecкoй cкopocти кpoвoтoкa. Bыявлeнo, что ocoбeннo нeблaгoпpиятным cocтoяниeм являeтcя coчeтaннoe пopaжeниe миoмeтpия лeйoмиoмoй и aдeнoмиoзoм, пocкoлькy у дaнныx пaциeнтoк гиcтoгичecкиe зaключeния знaчитeльнo чaщe coдepжaт пpeдoпyxoлeвыe и пpeдpaкoвыe пopaжeния эндoмeтpия ишейки мaтки. З мeтoю ВИВЧЄННЯ мopфoфyнкцioнaльниxзмiнeндoмeтpiюyxвopиxпpe- і пocтмeнoпayзaльнoгo віку, які cтpaждaють нa пoлiпoзeндoмeтpiю(ПE) пpoaнaлiзoвaнo 1OO випaдкiв ПE у жiнoк piзниx вiкoвиx груп, які були oбcтeжeнi в oбcязi ВИВЧЄННЯ ocoбливocтeй cyбeндoмeтpiaльнoгo кpoвoтoкy, кpoвoтoкy в мaткoвиx тa внyтpiшнix клyбoвиx apтepiяx з нacтyпним мopфoлoгiчним дocлiджeнням eндoмeтpiю. Гicтoлoгiчнa cтpyктypa ПE зaлeжить від віку xвopиx, тaк, у пaцiєнтoк, мoлoдшиx зa SO p o ^ ,пepeвaжaютьaктивнi фopми (зaлoзиcтi і зaлoзиcтo-фiбpoзнi пoлiпи), вжiнoкy пepioдi пocтмeнoпayзи - фiбpoзнi ПE.Oцiнкa кpивиxшвидкocтeй кpoвooбiгy в мaткoвиxтa внyтpiшнix клyбoвиxapтepiяxy пaцiєнтoк із ПE пoкaзyє зменшення якcиcтoлiчнoї тaк і дiacтoлiчнoїшвидкocтeй кpoвoтoкyтa збільшення пoкaзникiв пepифepiйнoгo oпopy. У cyбeндoмeтpiaльниxapтepiяx кapтинaпpямo пpoтилeжнa: зменшення пoкaзникiв пepифepiйнoгooпopyтa збільшення cиcтoлiчнoїтaдiacтoлiчнoїшвидкocтi кpoвoтoкy.Bизнaчeнo, ino ocoбливo нecпpиятливим cтaнoм єcпoлyчeнeypaжeння мioмeтpiя лeйoмioмoю і aдeнoмioзoм, ocкiлькиyдaниxпaцiєнтoк гicтoгiчнi виcнoвки знaчнo чacтiшe мicтять пepeдпyxлиннi тa пepeдpaкoвi ypaжeння eндoмeтpiю тa шийки мaтки

КОМПЛЕКСНА ТЕРАПІЯ ГІПЕРПЛАСТИЧНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ ЕНДОМЕТРІЮ

 Leading role of the inflammatory process in etiopathogenesis of polyposis in endometrium and insufficient effectiveness of antibacterial therapy of these disorders leads to the necessity in improvement of treating approaches. Results of organopreserving intrauterine cryosurgery of polyposis in endometrium with following administration of antibiotics and Distreptaza in postoperative period without additional usage of hormonal therapy testify to the high effectiveness of this method ( 98 % ) in case of the usage of low temperature cryoinfluence (from -160°C to - 170°C). Ведущая роль “воспалительного” процесса в этиологии полипоза эндометрия и недостаточная эффективность антибактериальной терапии этих заболеваний обуславливает совершенствование лечебных подходов. Результаты органосохраняющей внутриматочной криохирургии поли поза эндометрия с последующим назначеним в послеоперационном периоде антибиотиков и дистрептазы без дополнительного использования гормональных препаратов указывают на высокую эффективность метода (98,0%) при использовании низких температур криовоздействия (от-160 до -170 С0). Провідна роль “запального” процесу в етіопатогенезі поліпозу ендометрію і недостатня ефективність антибактеріально терапі цих захворювань обумовлює необхідність удосконалення лікувальних підходів. Результати органозберігаючо внутрішньоматково кріохірургі поліпозу ендометрію з наступним призначенням у післяопераційному періоді антибіотиків і “Дістрептази” без додаткового використання гормонально терапі вказують на високу ефективність методу (98,0%) у разі використання низьких температур кріовпливу (від-160 до - 170 С0)

Criteria of vital activity lesions as a methodological basis for determining disability.

Evaluation of the functional state of the patient is the basis for recognizing him persistently incapacitated. The reform in the field of medicine in our country entrusts the function of the initial selection of such patients to general practitioners and primary care physicians. In 2001, the working group of the World Health Organization approved the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health. There are 7 basic parameters for detailing the functioning of a person: the ability to self-service, to move, to work, to orientate, to control own behavior, to learn, to communicate. The ability to self-service characterizes a person's capability to provide own physiological needs, to adhere to own hygiene and to perform daily activities. A person with a preserved capacity for self-service does not depend on other people.The ability to move allows the person to move in space independently: to walk, to run, to overpass the obstacles, to use public transport. If this criterion is limited, the person needs more time to overcome the distance or uses the additional support or needs help from outside. The ability to orient allows the person to analyze the surrounding world with the help of eyes and ears.The ability to communicate provides an opportunity to establish contacts and maintain relationships with other people. For communication spoken, written and non-verbal speech is used. The ability to control one's own behavior consists in the awareness of one's own personality and one's own place in the world, limited by certain norms and rules of behavior. The ability to learn allows the person to perceive, comprehend, accumulate and reproduce the information. Due to this,the person can accumulate knowledge and skills. Ability to work allows the person to perform work according to the level of one’s own education. The definition of criteria for disability and the degree of their severity requires a certain level of medical training for general practitioners and primary care physicians

Uncoupled respiration stability of isolated pancreatic acini as a novel functional test for cell vitality

Background. Assessment of cell viability is crucial in cell studies. Testing plasma membrane integrity is a traditional approach of evaluating cell viability. Mitochondrial functional capacity closely correlates with plasma membrane integrity and overall cell health. This study aimed to investigate whether any aspect of mitochondrial adaptive capacity in isolated pancreatic acini is associated with the quality of isolated pancreatic acini preparations, as determined by the dye exclusion method. Materials and Methods. Experiments were carried out on male Wistar rats weig­hing 250–300 g. A suspension of isolated pancreatic acini was obtained using collagenase. The rate of oxygen consumption of rat isolated pancreatic acini was measured with Clark oxygen electrode. Basal respiration of isolated pancreatic acini was recorded for approximately 2 min. Afterwards, the mitochondrial adaptive capacity was examined using FCCP in concentrations from 0.5 to 2 μM. Uncoupled respiratory stability was calculated as a ratio of respiration rate at high and low FCCP concentrations. Plasma membrane integrity was assessed with trypan blue staining. A total of 74 preparations of isolated pancreatic acini were used in this study. Results. In all experiments, 92–99 % of pancreatic acinar cells exhibited negative trypan blue staining, indicating intact plasma membranes. The basal and maximal uncoupled respiration rates were not affected by the fraction of trypan-negative cells. However, acini preparations with <less than 95 % plasma membrane integrity had significantly lower uncoupled respiration rates when exposed to a high concentration of FCCP (2 µM), indicating reduced stability of uncoupled respiration. Conclusions. Results of the study suggest that the stability of uncoupled respiration can serve as a novel metabolic functional test to complement the existing methods for assessing cell vitality

I. Flux and color variations of the quadruply imaged quasar HE 0435-1223

aims: We present VRi photometric observations of the quadruply imaged quasar HE 0435-1223, carried out with the Danish 1.54m telescope at the La Silla Observatory. Our aim was to monitor and study the magnitudes and colors of each lensed component as a function of time. methods: We monitored the object during two seasons (2008 and 2009) in the VRi spectral bands, and reduced the data with two independent techniques: difference imaging and PSF (Point Spread Function) fitting.results: Between these two seasons, our results show an evident decrease in flux by ~0.2-0.4 magnitudes of the four lensed components in the three filters. We also found a significant increase (~0.05-0.015) in their V-R and R-i color indices. conclusions: These flux and color variations are very likely caused by intrinsic variations of the quasar between the observed epochs. Microlensing effects probably also affect the brightest "A" lensed component.Comment: 10 pages, 8 figure

A systematic fitting scheme for caustic-crossing microlensing events

We outline a method for fitting binary-lens caustic-crossing microlensing events based on the alternative model parameterisation proposed and detailed in Cassan (2008). As an illustration of our methodology, we present an analysis of OGLE-2007-BLG-472, a double-peaked Galactic microlensing event with a source crossing the whole caustic structure in less than three days. In order to identify all possible models we conduct an extensive search of the parameter space, followed by a refinement of the parameters with a Markov Chain-Monte Carlo algorithm. We find a number of low-chi2 regions in the parameter space, which lead to several distinct competitive best models. We examine the parameters for each of them, and estimate their physical properties. We find that our fitting strategy locates several minima that are difficult to find with other modelling strategies and is therefore a more appropriate method to fit this type of events.Comment: 12 pages, 11 figure

Difference imaging photometry of blended gravitational microlensing events with a numerical kernel

The numerical kernel approach to difference imaging has been implemented and applied to gravitational microlensing events observed by the PLANET collaboration. The effect of an error in the source-star coordinates is explored and a new algorithm is presented for determining the precise coordinates of the microlens in blended events, essential for accurate photometry of difference images. It is shown how the photometric reference flux need not be measured directly from the reference image but can be obtained from measurements of the difference images combined with the knowledge of the statistical flux uncertainties. The improved performance of the new algorithm, relative to ISIS2, is demonstrated
