    The essence of the concept “accounting policy” in its modern sense, main principles and problems of its formation are discussed in the article. The process of accounting policy implementation into enterprise practical activity under accounting reforms conditions in Ukraine has been under consideration. Main stages of accounting policy formation have been considered. Organizational and methodical basis of accounting policy formation at micro- and macro- levels has been highlighted. State participation in requirements setting on accounting policy content and structure, its detailed elaboration degree, area of usage, accounting policy focus on different groups of accounting information users has been specified. Statutory regulations and legislative instruments of accounting policy formation have been explained, its place in enterprise management system has been studied. Ways of improvement of Order of enterprise accounting policy taking into account accounting issues have been determined. Directions of further research have been proposed

    Introduction. The study of the laws and principles of information processes in the biological systems of the human body in extreme forms of its activities and the development of the theory of medical information systems of such appointment, taking into account the status and trends of convergence of society, ecosystems and technology become very relevant. This state of affairs makes it possible to affirm that it is an actual scientific and applied problem of radical change of the existing paradigm of designing information systems. The purpose of the article is to specify the informational aspects of low intensity, haptic stimulation by the light, which is essential for correction of the functional state of an organism of the human being, who works in extreme conditions, to develop and study such methods and systems. Methods. Analyses of requirements, functions and systems for designing synthesis of information technologies and the control biotechnical system of correction of the functional state of an organism of the human, who works in extreme conditions. The theoretical and experimental dependences between the stimulation energy of light emission diode (LED) and the energy are transferred through the layered bio media design. Mathematical modelling and computational simulation. Comparison of these real and model data. Results. The base aspects requirements, functions and systems for designing synthesis of information technologies and the control biotechnical system of correction of the functional state of an organism of the human, who works in extreme conditions, low intensity, haptic stimulation by the light are defined. The methods for determining of intensity I0 of light emission diode, recursive expression , and formula for coefficient Cm , where M — quantity of bio media layers were developed. The bridges, which connects Maxwell’s phenomenological theory with the atomistic theory of matter and optics, were used. Computer simulation studies have confirmed the specification of requirements, functional and structural schemas of biotechnical system. Conclusions. Thanking to specification of requirements possibility-using recursive determining of the light flux intensity after every bio media layer was got. Under the effect of recurstion low computation complexity was caused. Information technology means (for automation optimal control) of the human state under external influences on the organism was developed. Further study to confirm statistical significance in representative samples of observations was opened

    Experimental investigations of the homogeneity coefficient of root crops crushed particles

    У загальній структурі виробництва продукції тваринництва до 50…70% усіх витрат припадає на дольову частку приготування різнопланових соковитих кормів з коренеплодів. Шнекові транспортери широко застосовуються в аграрній сфері виробництва для переміщення, змішування, дозування продуктів тощо. Удосконалення існуючих конструкцій шнекових транспортерів і обгрунтування їх раціональних параметрів і режимів роботи є актуальним науковим завданням. Метою дослідження є підвищення (розширення) функціональних можливостей технологічних операцій шнекових транспортерів шляхом розробки комбінованих робочих органів, які забезпечують одночасне подрібнення та переміщення коренеплодів у процесі їх підготовки та переробки на соковиті корми. Основними задачами дослідження, які забезпечують реалізацію сформульованої мети, є обгрунтування параметрів комбінованого робочого органу шнекового транспортера-подрібнювача, який застосовується у технологічних лініях переробки коренеплодів. За результатами проведених експериментальних досліджень отримано рівняння регресії коефіцієнта однорідності подрібнених частин коренеплодів комбінованим шнековим транспортером-подрібнювачем, яке характеризує характер зміни параметра оптимізації залежно від кількості установлених Г-подібни х ножів-подрібнювачів на одному спіральному витку шнека, частоти обертання шнека та робочої довжини шнека. На основі аналізу побудованих поверхонь відгуку та їх двомірних перерізів зміни коефіцієнта однорідності подрібнення коренеплодів шнековим транспортером-подрібнювачем встановлено, що основний масив апроксимованих значень коефіцієнта однорідності подрібнення коренеплодів знаходиться від 36 до 85%. Результати досліджень є подальшим кроком із розроблення методології обгрунтування параметрів робочих органів і режимів роботи шнекових механізмів.In the general structure of livestock products manufacturing up to 50 ... 70% of all costs are accounted for the share of preparation of various juicy forages from root crops. Screw conveyors are widely used in the agrarian production sector for moving, mixing, dosing products, etc. Improvement of the existing structures of screw conveyors and substantiation of their rational parameters and operating modes are important scientific tasks. The objective of the investigation is to increase (expand) the functional abilities of technological operations of screw conveyors by developing the combination of operating elements that ensure the simultaneous shredding and movement of roots in the process of their preparation and processing on juicy feed. The main objectives of the research, which ensure the implementation of the stated goal, is to prove the parameters of the combined working body screw conveyor-shredder, which is used in the processing lines of roots. The research results are the further steps in developing the methodology for justifying the parameters of operatiing bodies and modes of screw mechanisms operation
