Penerapan manajemen strategi PT. Bank BNI Syariah cabang Palangka Raya dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar di kota Palangka Raya

Penelitian ini berfokus pada strategi dan penerapan manajemen strategi PT. Bank BNI Syariah cabang Palangka Raya dalam menghadapi persaingan di kota Palangka Raya. Konsep manajemen strategi dituangkan dalam visi dan misi serta implementasikan dalam budaya kerja yang Amanah, Jama’ah dan Hasanah. dengan adanya konsep tersebut maka PT. Bank BNI Syariah cabang Palangka Raya dapat menjual produk-produk yang dimiliki dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi yang diterapkan dan penerapan manajemen strategi PT. Bank BNI Syariah cabang Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan pegawai-pegawai bagian Account Officer dan Costumer Service yang ada di PT. Bank BNI Syariah cabang Palangka Raya. Adapun analisis data menggunakan data Collection, data reduction, data display dan data verification. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi yang telah diterapkan oleh PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Palangka Raya yaitu akuisisi, Retensi dan Penetrasi.Strategi-strategi inilah yang mengantarkan PT. Bank BNI Syariah cabang Palangka Raya untuk menjual produk yang dimiliki serta memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk calon nasabah ataupun mempertahankan nasabahnya. Kunci sukses pada adaptabilitas lingkungan diukur dari seberapa tinggi derajat kemampuan atau keahlian yang dimiliki seorang karyawan dalam menghadapi segala situasi. Kunci sukses dari penerapan strategi yaitu Soft skills dan hard skills. Penerapan manajemen strategi juga memberikan kemudahan dalam mencapai tujuan yang ingin dicapai guna mendapatkan target laba sebesar-besarnya. Saran mengenai penelitian salah satunya yaitu Kepada pihak PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Palangka Raya agar dapat mengaktifkan kembali Payment Point yang berada di dalam Kampus IAIN Palangka Raya

ISLAMIC INTERVENTION PROGRAM MODEL REDUCTION OF BULYYING BEHAVIOR AT SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS PEKANBARU

This study aims to determine the cause of frequent violence in the education and to find behaviour typology leading to bullying that often occur at school and produce appropriate Islamic intervention program model for bullying. This study uses research and development that only focused on hypothetical phase. Writer collects data from several existing Senior High School in Pekanbaru-Riau. Data collection techniques use questionnaire, observation, interview and documentation. To obtain valid data, the researcher also conducted triangulation. The study concluded that intervention model can be done by streamline the peer coaching, religious mentoring intensively periodically that conducted school with involving counselling and religious teachers and maximize co-operation between parents, teachers and schools to make effective group counselling, mediation and use of ICT in the learning process

Upaya Meningkatkan Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar PAI dan BP Materi Iman Kepada Kitab-Kitab Allah Mencintai Al-Qur’an

Pada saat ini maraknya penyebaran wabah suatu panyakit yang diakibatkan oleh virus corona atau yang biasa dikenal dengan covid-19 (corona virus diseases-19) ini membuat pemerintah membuat kebijakan yang cukup ketat guna memutus rantai penyebaran virus tersebut. salah satu kebijakan yang dibuat pemerintah adalah dengan menerapkan social distancing. Keputusan pemerintah yang secara mendadak memindahkan kegiatan proses belajar mengajar dari sekolah menjadi pembelajaran yang dilakukan dirumah atau disebut juga Study From Home (SFH) ini membuat banyak pihak merasa kelimpungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki proses belajar mengajar pada mata pelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti (BP) Materi Iman Kepada Kitab-Kitab Allah, Mencintai Al-Qur’an Melalui Pendekatan Pembelajaran Berbasis Aplikasi Google Classroom pada siswa kelas 8 A SMPN 8 Bandar Lampung. Pertanyaan penelitian diajukan yang berhubungan dengan tujuan penelitian tersebut yaitu bagaimana meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan modifikasi Kemmis & MC Taggart dengan 2 siklus melalui 4 tahapan yaitu (a) perencanaan (planning), (b) aksi atau tindakan (acting), (c) observasi (observing), dan (d) refleksi (reflecting) melalui Pendekatan Pembelajaran Berbasis Aplikasi Google Classroom . Subjek Penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 8 A SMPN 8 Bandar Lampung pada semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 32 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data dengan teknik tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik validasi data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisa data hasil observasi dianalisis dengan rata-rata skor, skor tertinggi, skor terendah, selisih skor, dan kisaran untuk tiap kriteria sedangkan data tes dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus rata-rata nilai dan persentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan proses, motivasi, hasil dan ketuntasan belajar siswa dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi google classroom setiap siklusnya mengalami peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa pada studi awal sebanyak 12 siswa atau 37,50%, meningkat pada siklus pertama menjadi 75,00% atau 24 siswa, meningkat menjadi 93,75% atau 30 siswa pada siklus kedua, dan rata-rata hasil belajar dari 62,50 pada siklus pertama, meningkat menjadi 73,50 pada siklus kedua, menjadi 81,25 pada siklus kedua, sedangkan tingkat ketuntasan belajar dari 10 siswa atau 31,25% menjadi 20 siswa atau 62,50% dan 28 siswa atau 87,50% pada siklus kedua. Kesimpulanya adalah pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi google classroom dalam pembelajaran fisika dapat meningkatkan motivasi, hasil dan ketuntasan belajar siswa 8 A SMP Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021

Upaya Meningkatkan Kemampuan Guru Dalam Menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Melalui Bimbingan Berkelanjutan di SMP Swasta Muhammadiyah Kuala Kapuas Tahun 2016/2017

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Kemampuan Guru  Dalam   Menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Melalui Bimbingan Berkelanjutan  penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan sekolah dengan melibatkan enam orang guru mata pelajaran diantaranya mata pelajaran  Pendidikan Agama Islam Bahasa Indonesia, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, IPA, IPS, dan Penjaskes. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai dengan April  2015 di SMP Negeri 4 Kapuas Barat  Satu Atap semester II tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Prosedur pelaksanaan tindakan merupakan suatu siklus kegiatan yang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu : (1) perencanaan, (2) tindakan, (3) pengamatan, (4) refleksi. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa kemampuan guru mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai siklus II yaitu sebesar 17 %( siklus I (75%), siklus II (92%) Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan bimbingan berkelanjutan dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan guru dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran  SMP Negeri 4 Kapuas Barat Satu Atap digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif membantu guru dalam menuysun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran

Drill Strategy in Memorizing Short Surah Of Holy Qur’an Of The 3rd Graders Of SD Labschool FIP UMJ

This research is aimed to describe the effectiveness of ‘Drill Strategy’ in memorizing short surah of holy Qur’an given to the 3rd graders of SD Lab-school FIP UMJ. The study was conducted for about 3 months through observation and interview. The qualitative method was applied in this study. A total number of 22 students on the third grade and 1 class teacher participated as the objects of the research. The results of the study revealed that ‘Drill Strategy’ was effective in teaching the students how to memorize short surah of holy Qur’an without looking at the background of the students. In the average, the students were able to memorize 25 short surah of holy Qur’an during those 3 months.  Keywords: Drill strategy, effectiveness, short surah of holy Qura

PROMOTING STUDENTS’ SPEAKING SKILL IN VIRTUAL LEARNING: UTILIZING YOUTUBE AS MEDIA AND VIDEO POSTING

This research study aimed to present the investigation of utilizing YouTube as learning media for students to access speaking videos and posting those speaking videos on social media in promoting students’ speaking skill in virtual instruction. A mixed-method of qualitative and quantitative approaches is applied in this study. In collecting the data, three instruments were used, namely observation, interview and documents of students’ speaking test results. The class observation revealed that the students learned more in understanding how to perform speaking better from the speaking videos they had watched from YouTube. The average score the students gained from their videos uploading on Instagram after the course (4.12) was higher than that in the pre-test (2.40). These scores were assessed based on speaking scoring rubric of Brown’s (2001). From the uploaded videos observation (watching) of the students, it could be seen that their speaking performance improved from their initial videos to the second ones in which they were more confident, accurate, fluent and comprehensive. From the interview to the lecturer, it was understood that the students enjoyed watching the videos and they became more motivated to learn and practice their speaking skill. Besides, in order to post their best speaking videos, they put their best efforts to perform well since they realized that their videos would be watched by myriad numbers of people. Therefore, this research work confirmed that utilizing YouTube as media and posting videos on social media as activities applied in virtual speaking class promoted students’ speaking skill.

Judicative Analysis Towards Assets Protection Which Are Realties and Building of PT Timah (Persero) Tbk (a Case Study of Official Home)

In the early nineties, PT Tambang Timah, recently known as PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk is Stated - owned enterprise that its operational area control in Bangka and Belitung islands, Bangka Belitung Province and Singkep and also Karimun - Kundur, Riau Archipelago Province was involved in fluctuation by overwhelming of world supply of tin that caused world price of tin decrease drastically at that time. That condition made PT TIMAH was involved in financial difficulty for operational cost. Concerning that condition, PT TIMAH should take a company deliverance action by doing restructure. One of restructure action was doing assets transforming / resignation that were not relevant to the company main business. Principle approval of abrogation and displacing of fixed assets issued by letter of Monetary Minister of Indonesia Republic No. S-1218/MK.016/1992 dated October 13th, 1992 and by implementing according to regulation enterprise. Assets transformation that is official home was still get some problems with the Timah retirees up to now. The problem caused by the differences point of view in analyzing of the letter issued by Monetary Minister of Republic Indonesia, it will be mastery of the official home by retirees

PENYULUHAN EFEK SAMPING DEPO PROGESTIN DI GAMPONG GAJAH KECAMATAN MUTIARA KECAMATAN MUTIARA KABUPATEN PIDIE

Injecting contraceptives have good and bad effects for users, the good effects include being very effective and having a long-term pregnancy prevention effect, no effect on marital relations, does not contain estrogen so it has no serious impact on heart disease and blood clotting disorders, has no effect on breast milk, preventing endometrial cancer and ectopic pregnancy, reducing the incidence of benign breast disease, preventing some pelvic inflammatory diseases, reducing crescentic anemia crises, and few side effects. Other impacts include disruption of menstrual patterns, delays in returning to fertility (disturbances of menstrual problems), weight gain, emotional instability, depression, and does not guarantee protection against sexually transmitted infections. Rapid population growth will affect life in society. To prevent this problem, the government held a family planning program. The use of injectable birth control is the method most in demand by the public to date. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of PUS about injecting contraceptives as protection against pregnancy. This service method uses counseling (lectures and questions and answers) about the side effects of Depo progestin injection type contraception. Conclusion: There is an increase in the knowledge of injecting family planning acceptors about the side effects of Depo Progestin injection family planning. Suggestions from the author are to carry out counseling activities more often about the various types of family planning and their side effects, especially progestin depot injections, considering that they are in great demand by PUS and have no effect on milk production for breastfeeding mothers.  Keywords: Counseling, Side Effects of Depro Pogesti

Pemanfaatan Limbah Kultur Batch Bioreaktor dan Biochar untuk Meningkatkan Kesuburan Tanah

The purpose of study was to determine the effects of aeration treatment on fish wastewater quality as a liquid organic fertilizer and fish wastewater watering treatment as a liquid organic fertilizer and a biochar application on nutrient content of lettuce and soil chemical properties. This study used a non factorial randomized block design. Treatments combination were watering freshwater frequency (W0: without watering; W1: watering twice a week; and W2: watering 4 times a week) and rice husk biochar dose (B0: without rice husk biochar; B1: 10 g rice husk biochar per polybag; and B2: 20 g rice husk biochar per polybag). The research parameters included: fish culture wastewater quality (pH, Biological Oxygen Demand, Chemical Oxygen Demand, NH3-N, NO3, NO2, Dissolved Oxygen, electrical conductivity, and temperature), plant nutrient content analysis (N, P, and K), and soil chemical analysis (pH, organic C, total N, C/N ratio, available P, and exchangeable K). The results showed that the quality of wastewater after aeration for 4 days met the water criteria to cultivate plants. The nutrient contents in the soil showed criteria for neutral soil pH, very low organic C, very low total N, medium C/N ratio, very high available P, and low exchangeable K. Although the nutrient content in the soil was low, the concentrations of N (1.87-3.08%), P (0.16-0.21%), and K (2.35-3.43%) nutrients in the plant were sufficient for lettuce growth. The combination treatment of watering wastewater 4 times a week and rice husk biochar 20 g per polybag gave better results to increase soil fertility and lettuce plant nutrients.   Keywords: liquid waste, plant nutrients, soil amendment, soil chemistr

PENYULUHAN PERAWATAN PAYUDARA SEBAGAI PERSIAPAN MASA LAKTASI PADA IBU HAMIL DI PUSKESMAS MUTIARA BARAT TAHUN 2022

Breast care is very important during pregnancy until breastfeeding. This is because the breast is the only producer of breast milk which is the staple food for newborns, so it must be done as early as possible. Breast care aims to maintain the cleanliness of the breast, increase or expedite the release of breast milk. The purpose of this community service is to prepare pregnant and postpartum women to be in good condition when breastfeeding their babies and to be able to demonstrate proper breast care independently at home. The community service method uses an educative approach on breast care for pregnant women at the Mutiara Barat Health Center in the form of lectures and questions and answers on breast care. The results of this community service are maintaining the cleanliness of the breasts, especially the cleanliness of the nipples, flexing and strengthening the nipples so that it is easier for the baby to suckle, stimulating the milk glands so that milk production is abundant and smooth, can detect breast abnormalities early and make efforts to overcome them and preparing the mother's mental (psychological) for breastfeeding. It is hoped that after an educational approach is taken, pregnant women will have more knowledge and be able to prepare for exclusive breastfeeding for their babies.  Keywords: Counseling, Breast car
