ANALISIS POTENSI KECURANGAN (FRAUD) DALAM PENGELOLALAAN KEUANGAN DESA: STUDI PADA DESA MONGGAS KABUPATEN LOMBOK TENGAH
The purpose of this study to identify wheter there is potential for fraud in village financial management in Monggas Village, Central Lombok Regency. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach using interview and documentation techniques. The research results show that there is no potential for fraud in Monggas Village, Central Lombok Regency in financial management which consists of planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability in terms of pressure, opportunity and rationalization. The Monggas Village Government has implemented good governance. The community participates directly if there is implementationof activity programs to directly monitor, budget transparency such as sign or information boards that clearly specify the amount spent in completing and activity program
PENGARUH HIDROGEL DIAPERS TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BUNGA MAWAR (Rosa sp.) SEBAGAI SUMBER BELAJAR BIOLOGI BERUPA LKPD
Diaper waste containing the nutrient NPK can increase plant growth. This research aims to find out whether there is an effect of disposable diaper hydrogel on the growth of rose plants (Rosa sp.) and to find out the weight of the hydrogel which has the best effect on the growth of rose plants which is then prepared as a biology learning resource in the form of Student Worksheets. The research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 1 control and 3 treatments with 4 repetitions. The research was carried out for 2 months with the observation parameters of stem height, number of leaves, and number of petals of roses (Rosa sp.) which were analyzed using the One-Way ANOVA Test for rose plant stem height parameters and the Kruskal Wallis Test for the parameters of number of leaves and number of petals roses. The results of this research show that there is an influence of the weight of disposable diaper hydrogel on the growth of rose plants. It is known that in the analysis of stem height growth data, the calculation of Fcnt = 10.85 > F(0,05) (3,12) = 3.49. Analysis of leaf number data shows that Hcnt = 11.35 > X(0,95) (3) = 7.81. Likewise, analysis of the data on the number of petals shows that Hcnt = 10.04 > X(0,95) (3) = 7.81. The best hydrogel weight was in treatment 3 (P3) for all observed parameters. The results of this research can be used as a learning resource in the form of Student Worksheets on development and growth material in class XII plants
Pengaruh Komitmen, Kompensasi Dan Konflik Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Indo Metro Surya Andola Kota Metro)
Turnover resulted in several losses for the company. Such as costs that must be borne andtime spent on recruitment, selection and training in order to get employees who have thesame quality as those who leave the company. The research was conducted with the aim ofknowing whether commitment, compensation and conflict simultaneously affect employeeturnover intention at PT. Indo Metro Surya Andola Metro City. The research method used isa quantitative method. Data collection used a questionnaire which was distributed to 38research samples. Testing the data using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSSapplication. The results of the hypothesis test show that there is a negative and insignificanteffect of commitment on employee turnover intention at PT Indo Metro Surya Andola MetroCity. The research results show that the hypothesis test has a negative and insignificanteffect of compensation on employee turnover intention at PT Indo Metro Surya Andola MetroCity. The results of the hypothesis test show that there is a positive and significant conflicteffect on employee turnover intention at PT Indo Metro Surya Andola Metro City. Theresults of the hypothesis test show that there is a positive and significant effect ofcommitment, compensation and conflict on employee turnover intention at PT Indo MetroSurya Andola Metro Cit
Pengembangan Pelapis Penyerap Radar Menggunakan Polyurethane FR 2/55 dengan Barium Heksaferrit (BaFe12O19), Neodymium (NdFeB), dan Grafit (C)
The main objective of this study is to develop a Radar Absorbing coating (RAC) consisting of a base coat matrix, magnetic, and dielectric materials. The base coat used is FR 2/55 polyurethane topcoat, typically applied as a top layer in Eurocopter’s Super Puma helicopter. Barium hexaferrite (BaFe12O19) and neodymium (NdFeB) serve as magnetic materials, while graphite (C) is used as a dielectric material. In this study, three different material compositions were tested: 50%wt BaFe12O19 + 50%wt graphite, 50%wt NdFeB + 50%wt graphite, and 100%wt graphite, with a 30%wt filler addition to the base coat. Reflection loss measurements revealed optimal results for 50%wt BaFe12O19 + 50%wt graphite, achieving a maximum reflection loss of -2.88 dB at 12.00 GHz, and for 50%wt NdFeB + 50%wt graphite with a maximum reflection loss of -2.93 dB at 12.00 GHz. As a comparison, measurements of 50%wt BaFe12O19 + 50%wt graphite in four layers showed an increased reflection loss of -4.78 dB at 10.54 GHz. Based on field findings, the issue identified is the fluctuation, which tends to decrease, in thesales volume of PT Pinus Merah Abadi. The objective of this study is to determine the impactof product, price, and distribution on the sales volume of Nabati products at PT Pinus MerahAbadi. This study is a quantitative research, using an explanatory research type, with timeseries data from July 2022 to May 2023, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Theresults show that price has a positive effect on the sales volume at PT Pinus Merah Abadi.Product has a positive effect on the sales volume at PT Pinus Merah Abadi. Distribution hasa positive effect on the sales volume at PT Pinus Merah Abadi. Inovasi Teknologi Otomasi Hemat Air Wudhu (Media Wudhu Smart) Berbasis Microcontroller Penunjang Sustainable And Development Goals Clean Water And Sanitation
Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6 emphasizes the importance of access to clean water and sanitation. Water-saving practices, especially in ablution activities, are important for maintaining the sustainability of water resources. This research aims to analyze the potential water savings in the use of ablution in the campus environment of Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember by using smart ablution media technology based on microcontroller. The research was conducted as a pilot project at Al-Qolam Mosque, with data collection on the volume of ablution water before and after the implementation of the automatic system. The system uses infrared sensors and the Arduino Nano microcontroller to control the water flow. The test results show that the use of an automatic ablution faucet reduces average water consumption by 0.7 liters or 20.6% compared to a regular faucet. The infrared sensor functions effectively in detecting the presence of objects and water level. This research shows that the application of smart ablution media technology can raise awareness of water conservation and contribute to efforts to achieve SDG 6. The use of this automatic system is expected to be more widely implemented to reduce water waste in various environments

Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Dana Desa Di Desa Kerinjing Kecamatan Rajabasa Kabupaten Lampung Selatan
Village funds must be managed in a transparent, accountable and accountable manner so as to create democratic, trustworthy and credible governance. This study aims to evaluate how village financial management in Kerinjing Village, Rajabasa District, South Lampung Regency is in accordance with the principles of transparency, accountability, participation and is carried out in an orderly and budgetary manner. The research method used was descriptive quantitative research. The subjects in this study were village heads, village secretaries, chiefs and chiefs of staff as executors of village fund management tasks in Kerinjing village, Rajabasa sub-district, South Lampung district. Data from interviews and observations were then recorded and collected so that they became a field note and then used for research results and calculated using the Independence Ratio, Effectiveness Ratio, Efficiency Ratio and presenting the data in the form of a schematic, as well as in the form of a narrative. The results of the study show that the financial performance of Kerinjing Village, Rajabasa District, South Lampung Regency for the 2020-2021 fiscal year, seen from the aspect ratio of village independence, is relatively low with an average value of 3.2% , and seen from the Financial Efficiency Ratio of the village of Kerinjing for 2020-2021 it is categorized as less efficient
IMPROVING STUDENTS’ MATHEMATICAL PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS USING THE LEARNING CYCLE 5E LEARNING MODEL
This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Learning Cycle 5E learning model in improving students' mathematical problem solving skills. This quantitative research uses the Quasi Experimental Research method with a experiment approach. The research subjects consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class, which were selected from the population of class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Batanghari using the Cluster type random sampling technique. Data were collected through pretest-post test, observation sheet, and students' math daily test scores. Data analysis was conducted using Independent Sample t Test, focusing on pretest, post-test, and N-Gain Score. The results showed significant differences between the Learning Cycle 5E and Direct Instruction models in improving mathematics problem solving skills. In the experimental class, the average pretest score was 36.62, post-test 79.77, and the average increase was 43.15. In the control class, the pretest score was 32.92, post-test 66, and the average increase was 33.08. The higher score increase in the experimental class proves the effectiveness of the Learning Cycle 5E model in improving students' math problem solving skills. This model is proven to be effective and good to use in learning mathematics.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode Quasi Experimental Research dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, yang dipilih dari populasi siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Batanghari menggunakan teknik Random sampling jenis Cluster. Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest-posttest, lembar observasi, dan nilai ulangan harian matematika siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Independent Sample t Test, dengan fokus pada nilai pretest, posttest, dan N-Gain Score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara model Learning Cycle 5E dan Direct Instruction dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Pada kelas eksperimen, rata-rata nilai pretest adalah 36,62, posttest 79,77, dan kenaikan rata-rata 43,15. Di kelas kontrol, nilai pretest adalah 32,92, posttest 66, dan kenaikan rata-rata 33,08. Peningkatan nilai yang lebih tinggi di kelas eksperimen membuktikan efektivitas model Learning Cycle 5E dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa. Model ini terbukti efektif dan baik untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika
EFFECTIVENESS OF CYBERNETIC-BASED THINK TALK WRITE LEARNING MODEL ON STUDENTS' MATHEMATICS PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY
This study was motivated by the limitations of conventional learning models in improving mathematics problem solving skills. The purpose of this experiment is to see the effectiveness of the cybernetic-based Think Talk Write learning model to help students solve mathematical problems. The method used is quantitative with pseudo-experiment research type. The sample was selected and there were two classes with the same ability to solve mathematical problems based on the analysis of initial scores. Data analysis through t-test with . The test instrument was validated by both validators and was in the form of mathematical problem solving questions accompanied by a scoring rubric. The test results were subjected to t-test as an effectiveness test and it was determined that was rejected. This means that there is a difference in the average mathematical problem solving ability of students from the two sample classes. Based on the marginal mean, the class that applied the cybernetic-based Think Talk Write learning model was better than the class with conventional learning. The impact of this research makes students more active, able to think critically, and improve students' skills in utilising information systems to solve mathematical problems.
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya keterbatasan model pembelajaran konvensional dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Tujuan eksperimen ini untuk melihat keefektifan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write berbasis sibernetik guna membantu siswa memecahkan masalah matematika. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian eskperimen semu. Sampel dipilih dan terdapat dua kelas dengan kemampuan memecahkan masalah matematika yang sama berdasarkan analisis nilai awal. Analisis data melalui uji-t dengan . Instrumen tes telah diakui validitasnya oleh kedua validator dan berupa soal memecahkan masalah matematika disertai rubrik penilaian. Hasil tes tersebut dilakukan uji-t sebagai uji efektivitas dan didapatkan penentuan bahwa ditolak. Hal itu bermakna terdapat perbedaan rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa dari dua kelas sampel. Berdasarkan marginal rata-ratanya, kelas yang diterapkan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write berbasis sibernetik lebih baik daripada kelas dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Dampak dari penelitian ini menjadikan siswa lebih aktif, mampu berpikir kritis, dan meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam memanfaatkan system informasi untuk memecahkan permasalahan matematika.
