    Una empresa de desarrollo tecnológico es aquella que facilita automatización de procesos que se disponen con el fin de reducir costos, mejorar resultados en términos de tiempo y contribuir a la calidad del talento humano. No se trata de tener equipos y tecnología de punta únicamente, sino también impactar en una mejor productividad. En una empresa de desarrollo tecnológico se vienen presentando muchas fallas de tipo interno (comunicación, información, directrices, procesos) y externo (cliente) para cumplir satisfactoriamente al cliente una venta, lo cual obedece en gran medida a múltiples razones como aspectos de mercado, diferentes culturas, lineamientos puntuales y la misma ausencia o falencia de información con la que se contaba entre las distintas Areas que participan. Esta situación hizo necesario y urgente que se realizara una revisión que llevara a consolidar un mapa macro de Proceso de Ventas que aplicara en Latinoamérica y que sirviera de apoyo a los involucrados para cumplir con las actividades dentro de cada etapa establecida, teniendo acceso a formatos y/o herramientas para entradas- salidas en cada una de las etapas y permitiera la identificación de subprocesos asociados que deben cumplirse, especialmente para conocer y dar claridad de los tiempos claves de operación interna del proceso que permitieran dar cumplimiento a los clientes de una manera organizada aplicando mejoramiento continuo a través de la revisión de controles establecidos, medición del proceso y con información de todo tipo de la Organización que se considere pertinente para este fin. Para la realización de este trabajo, se debieron manejar muchas reuniones que consistían en revisar definiciones y concretar lineamientos en común acuerdo con las distintas Areas de los países involucrados, con el fin de no establecer definiciones que tuvieran sus avales, aportes y conformidad; luego se propusieron mapas generales que fueron revisados por líderes y ejecutores claves en cada etapa para concluir un mapa general de aplicación a una venta estándar y por último, se ejecutó un Plan de Comunicación a nivel Latinoamérica para oficializar a través de capacitaciones en toda la Organización el mapa y la importancia de la participación del personal para mejoramiento continuo del mismo.A technology development company is one that facilitates the automation of processes that are available in order to reduce costs, improve performance in terms of time and contribute to the quality of human talent. In a technology development company, many internal (communication, information, guidelines, processes) and external failures type (client) have been presented in order to successfully deliver the customer with a sale, which is largely due to multiple reasons like market aspects, different cultures, specific guidelines and the same absence or default on information that was among the various areas involved. This situation made it necessary and urgent that a revision was made to carry a map consolidated with the Macro Sales Process which apply to be implement in the region LATAM and that serves as a support for those involved to comply with the established activities within each stage, having access to formats or templates and / or tools for Inputs - Outputs in each stage and allowing the identification of associated sub-processes that must be met, especially for to know and give clarity of the key times within the internal operation of the process that would allow customers to be delivered with and implementation in a an organized manner and applying continuous improvement through the review of established controls, process measurement and information of all kinds of topics determined as relevant by the Organization for this purpose. To the realization of this work, it was necessary to handle many meetings whose purpose was to review definitions and concrete guidelines in common agreement with the different areas of the countries involved, in order to setting definitions that have their endorsements, contributions and compliance; then, general maps were proposed which were reviewed by key leaders and executors at each stage to complete a comprehensive application map to a standard sale, and finally, a Communication Plan was executed at the level of LATAM in order to formalize by means of trainings throughout the whole organization the Processes Map and the importance of staff engagement for continuous improvement of the same

    Cuando trabajamos con materiales fuera de lo usual, para los estudiantes se hace evidente que la forma de trabajo es diferente, el enfrentarse a problemas cuya resolución no es inmediata, plantea retos y causa conflictos que el profesor debe manejar. Pero para el mismo profesor el trabajo con materiales innovadores es una diferencia importante. Cuando se utilizan por primera vez implica un reto para el profesor. El tener una larga trayectoria docente es una experiencia siempre útil pero no es suficiente. Así, el objetivo de este trabajo es reportar dicha experiencia; mostrando, además de los trabajos de los estudiantes, la experiencia de profesoras, trabajando por primera vez con los Paquetes Didácticos elaborados por la Academia Institucional de Matemáticas (del Nivel Medio Superior del Instituto Politécnico Nacional), en particular para Geometría Analítica, y cuando se tienen varios años de trabajo con estos materiales

    Historical biogeography and character evolution of Cistaceae (Malvales) based on analysis of plastid rbcL and trnL-trnF sequences

    AbstractCistaceae consist of eight genera and about 180 species. Some taxonomic limits and relationships within the family remain unresolved when relying exclusively on morphological data. In the present study, a phylogeny was reconstructed and divergence times were estimated for 47 species representing various groups in Cistaceae and using coding (rbcL) and spacer (trnL-trnF) sequences of plastid DNA. The firm set of morphological synapomorphies that indicates the monophyly of the family is supported by both Bayesian and parsimony analyses. Five major lineages can be distinguished within the Cistaceae: (1) an early-diverging lineage containing Fumana species; (2) the New World Lechea clade; (3) the Helianthemum s.l. clade, containing two sister groups, one of species from the New World (Crocanthemum, Hudsonia) and the other with species from the Old World (Helianthemum s. str.); (4) the Tuberaria clade; and (5) a cohesive complex consisting of Halimium and Cistus species. Evolutionary shifts in 12 key characters of Cistaceae are inferred based on the most plausible phylogenetic hypothesis. Reconstructing the evolution of ovule position supports anatropous ovules as the ancestral condition within the Cistaceae, which is currently found only in Fumana. The Cistus-Halimium assemblage is consistently obtained as a natural clade and further supported by a cytological synapomorphy (chromosome number n=9). Optimisation of ancestral distribution areas and estimates of divergence times reveal an early divergence (10.17–18.51Ma) of the Mediterranean-European genera, which may be related to subtropical vegetation, as complemented by paleobotanical data. In addition, the occurrence of multiple, independent migration events from the Old World to America between the Middle Miocene (8.44–14.7Ma; Lechea) and the Upper Miocene (5.15–9.20Ma; Crocanthemum/Hudsonia), and to the Canary Islands in the Pleistocene is inferred. We argue that the Mediterranean basin has been the main centre of differentiation of Cistaceae

    No presente artigo discutimos a intencionalidade que embasa designers e desenvolvedores em suas proposições de jogos digitais. Iniciamos apresentando a noção de intencionalidade artística (fundamentada em Heidegger) que, por definição, nega e afirma a tradição (Gadamer) da Arte. Em seguida, estendemos a discussão ao ser-game, apresentando definições de jogo digital (Salen e Zimmerman; Juul; Aarseth e Calleja) e defendendo a importância de um jogo digital ser pensado em sua dimensão game e não-game, a fim de promover a atualização e consolidação desta jovem tradição. Fundamentamos nossa argumentação a partir de debates históricos – como jogos indie vs. mainstream (Ferreira; Jahn-Sudmann; Flanagan) e o Scratchware Manifesto –, estabelecendo conexão entre Jogos Digitais e Arte.In this paper we debate the intentionality of designers and developers in their videogames propositions. We start by presenting the concept of artistic intentionality (based on Heidegger), which, by definition, includes the affirmation and negation of the tradition of Art (Gadamer). Then, we extend the discussion to the being-game, presenting definitions of what is videogame (Salen and Zimmerman; Juul; Aarseth and Calleja) and argue that videogames must be designed as a game and a non-game simultaneously, because this is necessary to renew and consolidate this young tradition.     The objective of the research is to determine the pedagogical conditions in which the physical activities of the students with disparity of the Center of Resources for Permanent Education N ° 5 develop “Ms. Antolina Lombardi de Jara ”from the city of Pilar, based on the variables: Obstacles of young people and adults for the performance in Physical Education, teaching difficulties for the inclusion of young people and adults and methodological strategies of teachers for the inclusion of young people and adults . It has been concluded that most of the responses show that teachers have a favorable perception regarding the practice of inclusive education in classroom educational centers, which is why the hypothesis “In the Center of Resources for Permanent Education N ° 5 "Mrs. Antolina Lombardi de Jara" from the city of Pilar attend many students, motivated in their training with the purpose of having better living conditions for themselves and their families, supported by their teachers and managers, being that this research offers evidence on the situation of inclusion in the educational center under study, based on the evaluations and perception of the teachers themselves. Se ha llegado a la conclusión de que la mayoría de las respuestas evidencian que los docentes tienen una percepción favorable en cuanto a la práctica de la educación inclusiva en los centros educativos de aulas, por lo que se confirma plenamente la  hipótesis “En el Centro de Recursos para la Educación Permanente N° 5 "Sra. Antolina Lombardi de Jara" de la ciudad de Pilar asisten muchos alumnos, motivados en sus capacitaciones con el propósito de tener mejores condiciones de vida para los mismos y sus familias, apoyados por sus docentes y directivos, siendo que es esta investigación se ofrece evidencias sobre la situación de la inclusión en el centro educativo en estudio, a partir de las valoraciones y percepción de los propios docentes. Según los resultados obtenidos los docentes perciben al modelo de inclusión como un verdadero desafío, hecho que influye en la predisposición que tiene para actuar ante la diversidad en el aula

    Stress and Burnout in Teachers During Times of Pandemic

    In Argentina, once mandatory isolation was declared due to the COVID-19 pandemic, teachers of all educational levels and modalities had to substantially modify their way of working. The aim of this study was to identify the work situations that education professionals perceived as threats under the modality of non-face-to-face teaching, and to describe the level of perceived stress and its possible effect on psychophysical symptoms. Likewise, it sought to examine possible differences in the manifestations of burnout depending on the level of perceived stress and associated symptoms. An empirical study with a cross-sectional design was developed, in which 9,058 Argentine teachers, who had to complete self-report measures, participated. The sampling method was non-random, using an online procedure of reclusion of volunteers. Descriptive techniques and non-parametric tests were used for data analysis. More than 60% of the educators reported high and moderately high levels of stress. The predominant stressors were uncertainty about the consequences of the pandemic, work overload and inadequate working environment. The more stress they perceived, the higher the manifestation of unwanted psychophysical symptoms. Professional burnout was higher for teachers with a higher load of stress and with more psychophysical indicators of discomfort. These results reveal the psychological impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the education staff, and encourage the development of intervention measures to preserve the health of professionals.Fil: Vargas Rubilar, Natalia Andrea.     The present study offers an alternative of pre-sports games for the education of perseverance in the Fútsal in students aged 10-11 years in the Bolivarian School "San Francisco de Tiznados Ortiz", Guárico State, Venezuela. Different research methods and techniques corresponding to the theoretical, empirical and mathematical and statistical level were used in the study to determine the behavior of the indicators in the organizational aspects and the perseverance value in the diagnosis made. When analyzing the results of the final information, it was concluded that the proposal can be generalized based on the results achieved with its application.  El presente estudio ofrece una alternativa de juegos predeportivos para la educación de la perseverancia en el fútsal en alumnos de 10-11 años en la Escuela Bolivariana “San Francisco de Tiznados Ortiz”, Estado Guárico, Venezuela. Se emplearon en el estudio diferentes métodos y técnicas de investigación correspondientes al nivel teórico, empírico y matemático y estadístico para determinar el comportamiento de los indicadores en los aspectos organizativos y el valor perseverancia en el diagnóstico realizado.
