Мухтар Ауезов про духовний і художній світ Тараса Шевченка (на матеріалі літературної критики й публіцистики)

The paper considers the latest reception of the artistic heritage of the outstanding Kazakh writer, Mukhtar Auezov. It discusses Taras Shevchenko’s problematic in the general array of his texts. An attempt is made to outline literary aspects concerning Shevchenko's spiritual, moral and artistic world in Mukhtar Auezov’s journalistic and literary critic works. The author notes that Auezov regards Shevchenko’s creativity as continuation of the traditions of folk literature, emphasizes the writer’s contribution to the formation of the national identity of Ukrainian literature, analyzes the poet’s works in the context of the Artist and People issue. Auezov also focuses on oriental narratives in Shevchenko’s works. The paper emphasizes that Mukhtar Auezov interprets Taras Shevchenko as the fi rst artist-painter of Kazakhstan; his stay in the ancient land of nomads is interpreted as a kind of mission. Summarizing, the paper accentuates Auezov’s special place in the Kazakh Shevchenko studies.У статті розглядаються нові інтерпретаційні підходи до творчого доробку відомого казахського письменника Мухтара Ауезова. Визначено місце шевченківської проблематики в загальному масиві  його  текстів.  Здійснено  спробу  окреслити  в  публіцистичній  і  літературно-критичній спадщині вченого коло літературознавчих аспектів, які стосуються духовної іпостасі та мистецько-творчої діяльності Тараса Шевченка. Зазначено,  що  М. Ауезов  уважав  Т.  Шевченка  спадкоємцем  традицій  усної  народної словесності,  наголошував  на  внеску  літератора  у  формування  національної  своєрідності українського письменства; аналізував його твори в контексті проблеми художник слова і народ. У центрі уваги дослідника також були орієнтальні наративи в доробку поета. У  студії  зауважено,  що  М. Ауезов  характеризує  Т. Шевченка  як  першого  художника-живописця  Казахстану.  Його  перебування  на  древній  землі  номадів  письменник  трактує  як своєрідну місію. У висновках наголошено на особливому місці М. Ауезова в казахстанському шевченкознавстві

РИЗИКИ ПРОФЕСІЙНОГО ЗДОРОВ’Я ВЧИТЕЛЯ

У статті розглянуто результати емпіричного дослідження ризиків про­фесійного здоров’я вчителя. Відмічено, що негативні емоції педагога прямо й опосередковано впливають на емоційні стани учнів, гальмують розвиток їхньої креативності, зумовлюють незворотні деформації школяра. Детально наведено методику, котра дає можливість дослідити основні фактори негативного впливу на професійне здоров’я вчителя за такими параметрами: організація профе­сійного середовища, інформація та комунікації у педаго­гіч­ній діяльності, про­фесійна самоактуалізація. Результати аналізу факторів нега­тивного впливу на професійне здоров’я вчителя дали змогу ідентифікувати такі групи ризиків професійного здоров’я вчителя, як «руйнівні комунікації», «дестабілізаційна організація професійної діяльності», «деструкції професійного самостверд­жен­ня» та «демотиватори продуктивної праці». Визначено зміст, особливості та наслідки негативного впливу компонентів кожної з визначених груп ризиків на професійне здоров’я вчителя. Показано, що існує негативна кореляція між групами ризиків «руйнівні комунікації», «дестабілізаційна орга­нізація професійної діяльності» і «демотиватори продуктивної праці». Зроблено висновок, що розу­міння ризиків професійного здоров’я задає модус поведінки вчителя у ставленні до власного професійного здоров’я і є невід’ємним склад­ником образу «Я-про­фесіонал», його змісту та професійного самоствердження

“Destructive Communications” as a Factor of Threat to Pedagogical Employees’ Occupational Health

The article analyzes the results of a complex study on psychological prevention of threat to the health of the subjects in educational space. The main professional threats to the pedagogical employees' health in the educational organizations are analyzed by the parameter of information and communications in the structure of educational organization. It's emphasized that long-lasting discomfort in professional communications determines the exhaustion of organism’s resources and changes of central coordinative mechanisms that lead to the restriction of the organism's adaptive abilities and after becomes the precondition for the development of different illnesses. A number of factors, including signs of communicative discomfort, can be treated as potentially possible threats for pedagogue's occupational health, are identified: criticism, especially unjustified, communicated in rude, humbling or mocking manner; mobbing (infliction of emotional distress at the working-place); negative forms of professional communications (problematic relationships with colleagues, parents, students, barriers in professional communication, unjustified aggression among collective members, internal group favouritism, gossiping etc.); conflicts in professional environment; authoritarianism (lack of tact and temperance, excessive self-confidence, willingness to dominate etc.); intensive everyday stress; “inadequate” management style; envy among the collective members

Personnel management of the organization, on the example of PrJSC "Ternopilgaz"

У кваліфікаційній роботі бакалавра сформовано теоретико-методичні засади та запропоновані практичні рекомендації з удосконалення системи управління персоналом на ПрАТ «Тернопільгаз».Предмет дослідження – теоретико-практичні аспекти управління персоналом організації. Об’єкт дослідження – приватне акціонерне товариство «Тернопільгаз». Метою роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних положень, розробка науково-методичних і практичних рекомендацій з удосконалення системи управління персоналом організації. Методи дослідження – порівняльного аналізу і узагальнення, загальнонаукові методи, наукового пізнання, аналіз і синтез, комплексні дослідження, кількісного аналізу й експертних оцінок, ситуаційний аналіз, порівняння, групування, графічний, табличний. Запропоновано заходи з удосконалення управління персоналом організації, а саме обґрунтовано шляхи покращення організаційних форм управління персоналом та шляхи удосконалення роботи з персоналом на основі впровадження нових методик оцінки. Результати впроваджено у діяльність ПрАТ «Тернопільгаз»Subject of research: theoretical and practical aspects of personnel management of the organization. The object of research is the private joint-stock company "Ternopilgaz". The purpose of the work is to substantiate the theoretical provisions, development of scientific and methodological and practical recommendations for improving the personnel management system of the organization. Research methods - comparative analysis and generalization, general scientific methods, scientific knowledge, analysis and synthesis, comprehensive research, quantitative analysis and expert assessments, situational analysis, comparison, grouping, graphical, tabular. Measures to improve the personnel management of the organization are proposed, namely, ways to improve the organizational forms of personnel management and ways to improve work with staff based on the introduction of new assessment methods are substantiated. Peculiarities of Application of Metaphor in Group Psychological Correction

The article analyzes the peculiarities of psychological method of metaphor application in group psychocorrective work on a theoretical and methodological level. An attempt to define metaphor in the context of the basic tasks of rendering psychological assistance, especially as a method of psychodiagnostics, neuropsychology and group psychocorrection is undertaken. The resources of metaphor in group psychocorrection are described because of its properties. The definition of metaphor as a neuropsychological means of activation of the right hemisphere of the brain is argued. The functions of fairy tale metaphors for the purpose of correction and development of personality are considered. It is underlined that metaphor is the psychological mechanism of integration of components of self-consciousness: self-understanding (the cognitive aspect), the attitude to itself (the emotional aspect), self-regulation (the behavioral aspect) in a context of group psychocorrection. Practically confirmed that the metaphor in the process of group work has a positive impact on changing the strategy of competition to a strategy of cooperation through the adoption of individuality of self and another. The criterion for the effectiveness of metaphorical psychological correction is the feedback of the group participants through trust, acceptance and self-acceptance. Recommendations for conducting group psychological correction with the use of metaphor are developed.</p

Art Therapy as an Effective Means of Overcoming Stress: Neurophysiological Features

The article presents the results of research into the use of the most effective means to overcome stress in children and adults, in particular, the use of art therapy. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to build stress resistance in crisis situations, which are a fairly common phenomenon in the context of modern problems.The study defined the essence of the concepts of "fear", "anxiety" and "art therapy". Aspects related to the impact of stress on children, its causes, and the main trends in overcoming it were formed. The work describes art therapy as one of the most effective methods of preventing stress and building stress resistance. The results of the study confirm the hypothesis regarding the use of art therapy as a method of overcoming stress and at the same time as prevention. The most effective means of overcoming stress have been determined, in particular fairy-tale therapy, art therapy, etc. The causes of stress as neurophysiological features in a child were also investigated. The prerequisites and factors of stressful situations are characterized. Methods of synthesis, analysis, research, scientific and descriptive methods were used to ensure an effective research result. The research became the basis for determining ways to overcome stress, for the formation of effective means of diagnosis and psychocorrection. To determine effective approaches to overcoming stress, scientific research on the problem was analyzed and features were determined. The results of the study became the basis for establishing the features of stress in crisis conditions, analyzing the most effective methods of overcoming stress, describing neurophysiological factors that cause stress, and characterizing art therapy as the most effective method of overcoming stress. The article is the result of research and analysis of scientific intelligence on the specified problem.</p

EUNIS Habitat Classification: Expert system, characteristic species combinations and distribution maps of European habitats

Aim: The EUNIS Habitat Classification is a widely used reference framework for European habitat types (habitats), but it lacks formal definitions of individual habitats that would enable their unequivocal identification. Our goal was to develop a tool for assigning vegetation‐plot records to the habitats of the EUNIS system, use it to classify a European vegetation‐plot database, and compile statistically‐derived characteristic species combinations and distribution maps for these habitats. Location: Europe. Methods: We developed the classification expert system EUNIS‐ESy, which contains definitions of individual EUNIS habitats based on their species composition and geographic location. Each habitat was formally defined as a formula in a computer language combining algebraic and set‐theoretic concepts with formal logical operators. We applied this expert system to classify 1,261,373 vegetation plots from the European Vegetation Archive (EVA) and other databases. Then we determined diagnostic, constant and dominant species for each habitat by calculating species‐to‐habitat fidelity and constancy (occurrence frequency) in the classified data set. Finally, we mapped the plot locations for each habitat. Results: Formal definitions were developed for 199 habitats at Level 3 of the EUNIS hierarchy, including 25 coastal, 18 wetland, 55 grassland, 43 shrubland, 46 forest and 12 man‐made habitats. The expert system classified 1,125,121 vegetation plots to these habitat groups and 73,188 to other habitats, while 63,064 plots remained unclassified or were classified to more than one habitat. Data on each habitat were summarized in factsheets containing habitat description, distribution map, corresponding syntaxa and characteristic species combination. Conclusions: EUNIS habitats were characterized for the first time in terms of their species composition and distribution, based on a classification of a European database of vegetation plots using the newly developed electronic expert system EUNIS‐ESy. The data provided and the expert system have considerable potential for future use in European nature conservation planning, monitoring and assessment
