Será a utilização sábia dessa dinâmica, na vida conjugal e parental, que moldará o seu êxito e validará a sua função redentora nas situações de fracasso. O estudo das cartas familiares em Portugal, mostra que há uma mudança estrutural no sistema familiar. Esta nova conjuntura, exige uma actualização sistemática dos projectos de vida familiares e uma aposta em novas práticas, que promovam a construção de respostas resilientes através da interacção família – escola, em qualquer momento do ciclo vital.The family will have to be capable of, alternatingly, closing in itself, restituting forces and opening itself to the new exterior chances, in order to face the unpredictable changes. It will be the wise use of this dynamics in the marital and parental life which will mold its success and will validate its redemptive function in situations of failure. The study about familiar letters in Portugal shows us that there is a structural change in the familiar system. In this part, an overview of the banking industry is made, Forecasts for Commission Income are explained and Provisions for FX Loans in Poland were analyzed. The valuation, using a EFCF method was concluded. A multiple analysis was also carried out and possible M&A deals and their returns were explored. The target share price is €0.2020, as of 21/05/2021

Seleção em diversos ambientes pelo BLP como alternativa à anava conjunta

Plant breeders often carry out genetic trials in balanced designs. That is not always the case with animal genetic trials. In plant breeding is usual to select progenies tested in several environments by pooled analysis of variance (ANOVA). This procedure is based on the global averages for each family, although genetic values of progenies are better viewed as random effects. Thus, the appropriate form of analysis is more likely to follow the mixed models approach to progeny tests, which became a common practice in animal breeding. Best Linear Unbiased Prediction (BLUP) is not a "method" but a feature of mixed model estimators (predictors) of random effects and may be derived in so many ways that it has the potential of unifying the statistical theory of linear models (Robinson, 1991). When estimates of fixed effects are present is possible to combine information from several different tests by simplifying BLUP, in these situations BLP also has unbiased properties and this lead to BLUP from straightforward heuristics. In this paper some advantages of BLP applied to plant breeding are discussed. Our focus is on how to deal with estimates of progeny means and variances from many environments to work out predictions that have "best" properties (minimum variance linear combinations of progenies' averages). A practical rule for relative weighting is worked out.Os melhoristas de plantas em geral conduzem testes genéticos em delineamentos balanceados, ao contrário do que ocorre com o melhoramento animal. É possível selecionar progênies pela ANAVA conjunta, com base nas médias gerais de cada família. Sabe-se, no entanto, que os valores genéticos de progênies são melhor representados por efeitos aleatórios. As formas de análise dos testes de progênie que parecem mais apropriadas são as que seguem a metodologia de modelos mistos, como no melhoramento animal. Segundo Robinson (1991) o Melhor Preditor Linear Não-Viesado (do inglês, BLUP) não é um método, mas uma propriedade dos estimadores (preditores) dos efeitos aleatórios e pode ser derivada de tantas maneiras diferentes que tem o potencial de unificar as teorias estatísticas de modelos lineares. A presença de bons estimadores para os efeitos fixos e componentes da variância torna possível combinar informações de diferentes testes por algumas simplificações do BLUP. Este trabalho exemplifica as vantagens do Melhor Preditor Linear (BLP) aplicado ao melhoramento de plantas. Procurou-se ilustrar como proceder com estimativas de médias e de variâncias de progênies obtidas em diferentes ambientes para produzir preditores que tenham propriedades "melhor" (no sentido de variância mínima entre todas as combinações lineares entre as médias de progênies). Derivou-se uma regra prática para a produção dos pesos relativos de cada ambiente. O BLP, em alguns casos, é também não-viesado produzindo BLUPs a partir de lógica mais direta

Application of Factor Analysis for Identification of Case Grouping in Mobile Telephony

With the opening of the market, competition in the Brazilian telephony sector has become fierce. In this new scenario, a fundamental issue emerges regarding to the evalu-ation of customers in order to the offer of services of providers. In this sense, the aim of this study is to apply factor analysis to describe a set of variables related to mobile consumer satis-faction by a smaller number of dimensions. The research was carried out with the help of SPSS software through which factor analysis was applied to create groupings of variables based on their relationship structure. The number of factors was chosen from the Kaiser criterion and the designated was the orthogonal rotation method - Varimax. The degree of explanation achieved by the two factors of the model corresponds to almost 69% of the variance of the original data. Thus, more than determining which indicators should be used to evaluate the results of mobile phone companies, factor analysis can be used to determine the importance in explaining the variables related to customer satisfaction that uses these services.

Comparando com as iniciativas realizadas no estrangeiro, pretendemos divulgar tipologias de serviços possíveis e concretizáveis no nosso país e criar um fluxo de informação sobre um tema pouco conhecido. Faremos a apresentação do tema, com a definição de cancro, no geral, e especificamente o cancro infantil. Abordaremos a problemática da dor e daremos particular atenção à importância da expressão emocional da criança doente. Procuraremos enquadrar a família nesta problemática e equacionaremos alguns pressupostos da sua forma de lidar com os sentimentos perante a doença. A Psicologia Oncológica e a Ludoterapia envolvem saberes específicos a fomentar na formação dos profissionais e na gestão do seu trabalho em equipa. A criação de estruturas de apoio, como a Acreditar, poderão constituir percursos a implementar para a concretização duma melhor qualidade de vida

O profissional de educação física possui papel primordial na promoção e manutenção da saúde, posto isto o presente estudo tem como objetivo destacar o Educador Físico como profissional da área de saúde, e expor seu papel na prevenção e tratamento do câncer. O Educador Físico possui grande importância na prevenção e tratamento do câncer atuando através da orientação dos exercícios físicos de maneira adequada e correta. Porém, é necessário uma boa capacitação e consciência do serviço que está sendo prestado

Utilização de aditivos na produção de silagens

Silage refers to green fodder stored in anaerobic medium in deposits called silos, silage is a method of preserving fodder in anaerobic medium, through the action of bacteria, especially lactic acid bacteria that produce organic acids, mainly lactic acid, which results in a decrease pH, providing forage conservation. When the forage is not in ideal conditions to be ensiled, that is, low dry matter and / or low soluble carbohydrates and an increase in buffer capacity, additives can be used, which have the purpose of improving the fermentation pattern ensiled mass, reducing secondary fermentations, improving aerobic stability and the fermentation process. The aim of this study is to demonstrate the importance of applying additives in the production of silage for feeding ruminants, through a literature review. The results were organized into topics related to the silage fermentation process, factors that influence the ensiling process, aerobic stability, additives (chemical, bacterial, moisture absorbers). It is concluded that the use of additives are still questionable in the literature regarding the concentration and the type of additive to be used. However, research continues to progress in order to improve the final quality of the silage.Silagem refere-se à forragem verde armazenada em meio anaeróbico em depósitos chamados silos. A ensilagem é um método de conservação de forragens em meio anaeróbio, por meio da atuação de bactérias, sobretudo bactérias láticas que produzem ácidos orgânicos principalmente o ácido lático que resulta na diminuição do pH, proporcionando a conservação da forragem. Quando a forrageira não está em condições ideais para ser ensilada, ou seja, baixo teor de matéria seca e/ou baixo teor de carboidratos solúveis e um aumento na capacidade tampão, pode-se utilizar aditivos, que têm a finalidade de melhorar o padrão fermentativo da massa ensilada, reduzindo fermentações secundárias melhorando a estabilidade aeróbica e o processo fermentativo. Objetiva-se com a presente estudo demonstrar a importância da aplicação de aditivo na produção de silagem para alimentação de ruminantes, através de uma revisão de literatura. Os resultados foram organizados nos tópicos relacionados aos processos fermentativos da silagem, fatores que influenciam no processo de ensilagem, estabilidade aeróbica, aditivos (químicos, bacterianos, absorventes de umidade). Conclui-se que a utilização de aditivos ainda são questionáveis na literatura em relação a concentração e o tipo de aditivo a ser utilizado. Contudo, as pesquisas continuam progredindo a fim de melhorar a qualidade final da silagem
