Treball de Final de Grau en Psicologia. Codi: PS1048. Tras la obtención de los resultados y su posterior tratamiento estadístico, podemos afirmar que existe relación entre los Factores Motivacionales (estrategias docentes motivadoras e interacción profesor/contenido/alumno), las estrategias de aprendizaje evitación y la satisfacción, que permiten afirmar/constatar/determinar que exista un clima motivacional favorable en la situación educativa estudiadaThe objective of the current study was, on the one hand, to identify and analyse the motivational classroom climate in the 1st level/grade of ESO at the High School in Betxí, and, on the other hand, relating the classroom climate with the learning avoidance and the students´satisfaction in the instrumental subjects of Language and Mathematics. Specifically we tested two hypotheses. The first predicts that there is a positive and significant relationship between the motivational factors and students`satisfaction, both in teaching/learning process followed and in the progress obtained by students. The second hypothesis predicts a negative and significant relationship between motivational factors and the avoidance learning strategies used by students. The sample is composed of 90 students and the analysis was carried out from two questionnaires based on the Quality Model Educational (MQES) created by Doménech (2006, 2007, 2011a, 2011b, 2012) were administered. The results obtained from the statistical analyses performed indicated that there is a relationship between the motivational factors (motivational strategies of the teacher and teacher/contents/students interaction), learning avoidance strategies and students´satisfaction, it allows to assert/verify/identify there is a positive motivational climate in the educational situation studied

Abstract : The organizational climate as those characteristics of the working environment that impact on personal behavior, is considered professional, regulates the organizational system factors and the influence of leadership style that manages the university. In this paper we test different hypotheses that reflect some of the most common sources of estimation error in pre-election polls. We test for questionnaire design effects, sampling effects, interviewer effects, spiral of silence effects, and several contextual effects (such as the perception of safety or danger in a polling point in face-to-face polls). We analyze data from a state-level pre-election poll conducted in the State of Mexico on June 2011, two weeks prior to election-day. This poll included an embedded experiment about the placement of the voting question and recorded several contextual variables that allow us to test for different possible sources of estimation error. In addition, this paper offers a brief review of preelection polling in Mexico during the last two decades, evaluating the polls’ performance in both national and state-level elections. This analysis is part (and certainly the first formal step) of a larger effort by polling firms and public opinion researchers, as well as by the Federal Elections Institute, to determine the most common causes of estimation error in Mexican pre-election polls. In this paper we test different hypotheses that reflect some of the most common sources of estimation error in pre-election polls. The cortical cytoskeleton of Paramecium is characterized by a complex, polarized and asymmetrical organization. In order to analyse the cortical development of Paramecium tetraurelia during the sexual process of conjugation, different antibodies have been used to follow the development of five cortical components: basal bodies, ciliary rootlets, outer lattice, epiplasm and cytospindle. This study demonstrates that the cortex of Paramecium undergoes an elaborate development process following conjugation. Some of the cortical structures that are not renewed at any other moment of the cell cycle, are resorbed after conjugation and replaced by other newly formed ones. The reorganization of the cortical components occurs according to different morphogenetic waves that spread over the cell surface. The oral system and the preoral suture line act as morphogenetic epicentres.Junta de Andalucía y Departamento General de Investigación Científica y Técnica (DGICYT) PB91/062

Entrepreneurship can be defined as the execution of a project or purpose where the person is fully prepared to take the risk and carry out the project. In Peru, business entrepreneurship is highly recognized, at the Latin American level, it is the first country with the highest perception, in relation to the simplicity when starting a business; and the third with respect to the faculties and competencies, as well as with greater possibilities for the citizen to become an entrepreneur. The present study determines the relationship between the entrepreneurial profile and the entrepreneurial vision of university students. The research is developed under a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational scope, the sample was represented by 135 students enrolled in the faculty of business sciences of the Program of Study Administration and Human Resources of the Continental University in the academic cycle 2022- 2. A Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.78 was obtained, which indicates that there is a positive correlation between the variables of the study, such as theentrepreneurial profile and the entrepreneurial vision of university students. This proves the research hypothesis: the entrepreneurial profile has a positive correspondence with the entrepreneurial vision of the students of the faculty of business sciences of the Program of Study Administration and Human Resources of the Universidad Continental in the academic cycle 2022- 2.El emprendimiento puede definirse como la ejecución de un proyecto o propósito donde la persona se encuentra totalmente preparada para arriesgarse y efectuar el proyecto. 502-510The aims of this work were 1) to evaluate the changes in soil properties with the application of different amounts of vermicompost (10 and 20 Mg·ha–1), and 2) to construct a soil quality index that allows the evaluation of changes in the most sensitive soil parameters. The study was carried out in a cattle field of General Alvear, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Vermicompost application showed a positive effect on most of the chemical and biological soil properties evaluated, especially with the higher dose (20 Mg·ha–1). There were slight but significant increases in electrical conductivity and soil pH with the higher dose of vermicompost. Physical soil properties were not affected by the vermicompost amend-ment. The SQI showed a significant increase of soil quality with the vermicompost dose of 20 Mg·ha–1, especially by enhancing the biochemical and biological properties

Synthesis of IAN-type N,N-Ligands via Dynamic Kinetic Asymmetric Buchwald-Hartwig Amination

The Pd-catalyzed coupling of racemic heterobiaryl bromides, triflates, or nonaflates with aryl/alkyl primary amines using QUINAP as the ligand provides the corresponding axially chiral heterobiaryl amines with excellent yields and enantioselectivities. Reactivity and structural studies of neutral and cationic oxidative addition intermediates support a dynamic kinetic asymmetric amination mechanism based on the labilization of the stereogenic axis in the latter and suggest that coordination of the amine to the Pd center is the stereodetermining step.Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación CTQ2013-48164-C2-1-P, CTQ2013-48164-C2-2-P, RYC-2013-12585 for A.R.European FEDER FundsJunta de Andalucía 2012/FQM 1078

Inhibition of hepatitis C virus internal ribosome entry site-mediated translation by an RNA targeting the conserved IIIf domain

    Get PDF
Hepatitis C virus (HCV) translation initiation depends on an internal ribosome entry site (IRES). We previously identified an RNA molecule (HH363–10) able to bind and cleave the HCV IRES region. This paper characterizes its capacity to interfere with IRES function. Inhibition assays showed that it blocks IRES activity both in vitro and in a human hepatoma cell line. Although nucleotides involved in binding and cleavage reside in separate regions of the inhibitor HH363–10, further analysis demonstrated the strongest effect to be an intrinsic feature of the entire molecule; the abolishment of either of the two activities resulted in a reduction in its function. Probing assays demonstrate that HH363–10 specifically interacts with the conserved IIIf domain of the pseudoknot structure in the IRES, leading to the inhibition of the formation of translationally competent 80S particles. The combination of two inhibitory activities targeting different sequences in a chimeric molecule may be a good strategy to avoid the emergence of resistant viral variants. This work was supported by grant BFU2006-02568 from the Spanish Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia and CTS-233 from the Junta de Andalucía to A.
