Social media para las pymes del sector farmacéutico en el departamento del Atlántico – Colombia

Influir en la mente el momento de la adquisición de un producto o servicio, es posible gracias a la marca, un conector que permite generar un nexo entre la organización con el cliente. Es por esto que las PYMES del sector farmacéutico, necesitan crear esa conexión. El presente artículo, pretende analizar el uso de las Social media en el comportamiento de compra de los clientes del sector farmacéutico. Adicionalmente, se comparte estrategias que pueden ser implementada para las empresas de dicho sector, con buen manejo de las herramientas del marketing digital para a captar la atención de los clientes potenciales. En resumen, el marketing digital es de suma importancia en todos los procesos de innovación de las nuevas empresas y por esto las PYMES del sector farmacéutico en el Atlántico, necesitan cambios de mente y cultura empresarial abierta para aceptar este modelo de comercialización

Calidad en la educación universitaria, desde el programa de ingeniería de sistemas: una visión cualitativa de la educación superior

This document disseminates the results of the research "quality in university education, perception of students of the faculty of engineering" carried out in the system engineering program of a University of the City of Cartagena; the objective of this research is to analyze how the students of the systems engineering program observe the quality of education taught at the University; four variables, curriculum, teacher training, administrative support and infrastructure were selected for the study, which were evaluated by students from second to tenth semester; the implemented method is deductive-inductive and the approach is qualitative. Among the main results, it was observed that the units of analysis, currentcurriculum, tutoring and reinforcements, adequacy of the classrooms and socialization spaces, are what demand the most work by the University.El presente documento divulga los resultados de la investigación “calidad en la educación universitaria, percepción de los estudiantes de la facultad de ingeniería” realizada en el programa de ingeniería de sistemas de una Universidad de la Ciudad de Cartagena; el objetivo de dicha investigación es analizar como los estudiantes del programa de ingeniería de sistemas observan la calidad de educación impartida en la Universidad; para el estudio se seleccionaron cuatro variables, currículo, formación docente, soporte administrativo e infraestructura, las cuales fueron evaluadas por los alumnos de segundo a decimo semestre; el método implementado es deductivo-inductivo y el enfoque es cualitativo. Dentro de los principales resultados, se pudo observar que las unidades de análisis, actualidad del currículo, tutorías y refuerzos, adecuación de las aulas y espacios de socialización, son lo que demandan mayor trabajo por parte de la Universidad

Análisis de los fundamentos en la formación desde la perspectiva de la integralidad y el logro de los resultados de aprendizaje

Most of the Institutional Educational Projects of the Colombian Higher Education Institutions refer to the integral formation of their students. As of the promulgation of Decree 1330 of 2019 of the Ministry of National Education, it is established that undergraduate and postgraduate courses must take into account training based on learning results. The objective of this article is to analyze different visions on the concepts of integrality and the achievement of learning results that must be taken into account for the reorientation of the training processes and in the modification of the syllabus of the different subjects and courses.Among the results of the bibliographic review, it was possible to appreciate a tendency among educational institutions to include "Integrity" as part of their training processes, generating spaces that guarantee the achievement of this and its visualization in the achievement of learning results. For their part, learning assessments are undergoing changes, adapting them to the expected results, although the concept of integrality remains ambiguous.La mayoría de los Proyectos Educativos Institucionales (PEI) de las Instituciones de Educación Superior de Colombia hacen referencia a la formación integral de sus estudiantes. El Decreto 1330 de 2019 del Ministerio de Educación Nacional estableció que los pregrados y posgrados deben tener en cuenta la formación con base en los resultados de aprendizaje. Este artículo analiza diversas visiones sobre los conceptos de integralidad y del logro de resultados de aprendizaje que se deben tener en cuenta para la reorientación de los procesos de formación y en la modificación de los syllabus de las asignaturas y cursos.En la revisión bibliográfica realizada se aprecia una tendencia en las instituciones educativas de incluir la “integralidad” como parte de sus procesos formativos, generando espacios que garanticen su logro y la visualización de los resultados de aprendizaje. Por su parte, la evaluación de los aprendizajes está sufriendo cambios, adaptándolos a los resultados esperados, aunque siga siendo ambiguo el concepto de integralidad

Una aproximación a los factores del emprendimiento: abordaje teórico

Entrepreneurship as a concept can be approached from different approaches, but regardless of the perspective from which it is viewed, it always has an individual, community and social effect. Through the theoretical approach of the concept of entrepreneurship from different proposals of different researchers, it is intended to understand the extent of it and its contributions to multiple areas of knowledge. Since it is a documentary review, the method to be used is deductive, the methodology is qualitative in nature and the research design is non-experimental and descriptive-analytical, since the researchers limit themselves to carrying out an analysis of the characteristics of the phenomenon without directly or indirectly affecting the variables. The main conclusion reached is related to the level of maturity of the concept; it is evident the long journey of the enterprise from the conceptual to the practical, which has allowed incursion into various areas of knowledge, giving significant contributions to them. In the economic field there are various proposals that affirm that entrepreneurship is an element that activates the social and economic development of countries.El emprendimiento como concepto puede ser abordado desde distintos enfoques, pero indistintamente de la perspectiva desde la cual se mire, este siempre tiene un efecto individual, comunitario y social. A través del abordaje teórico del concepto emprendimiento desde diversas propuestas de distintos investigadores, se pretende comprender la amplitud del mismo y sus aportes a múltiples áreas de conocimiento. Por tratarse de una revisión documental el método a utilizar es deductivo, la metodología es de naturaleza cualitativa y el diseño de la investigación es no experimental y de corte descriptivo- analítico, ya que los investigadores se limitan a realizar un análisis de las características del fenómeno sin incidir directa o indirectamente en las variables. La principal conclusión alcanzada está relacionada con el nivel de madurez del concepto; es evidente el largo recorrido del emprendimiento desde lo conceptual hasta lo práctico, lo que ha permitido incursionar en diversas áreas del conocimiento, dando aportes significativos a las mismas. En el ámbito económico existen diversas propuestas que afirman que el emprendimiento es un elemento que activa el desarrollo social y económico de los países

Functional Verification of Digital Systems Using Meta-Heuristic Algorithms

Trends in technological developments, such as autonomous vehicles, home automation, connected cars, IoT, etc., are based on integrated systems or application-specific integrated circuits with high capacities, where these systems require even more complex devices. Thus, new techniques to design more secure systems in a short time in the market are needed. At this point, verification is one of the highest costs in the manufacturing stage and most expensive in the design process. To reduce the time and cost of the verification process, artificial intelligence techniques based on the optimization of the coverage of behavioral areas have been proposed. In this chapter, we will describe the main techniques used in the functional verification of digital systems of medium complexity, focusing especially on meta-heuristic algorithms such as particle swarm optimization, genetic algorithms, and so on. Several results are presented and compared, where the opportunity areas will be described

A decade of GRB follow-up by BOOTES in Spain (2003-2013)

This article covers ten years of GRB follow-ups by the Spanish BOOTES stations: 71 follow-ups providing 23 detections. Follow-ups by BOOTES-1B from 2005 to 2008 were given in the previous article, and are here reviewed, updated, and include additional detection data points as the former article merely stated their existence. The all-sky cameras CASSANDRA have not yet detected any GRB optical afterglows, but limits are reported where available

Autoconcepto Físico, Personal, Social Y Académico En Adolescentes Chihuahuenses

The aim of this study consisted in determining the differences and similarities among Mexican high school students concerning their selfconcept. A total sample of 544 participants, 264 women and 280 men, with a mean age of 12.96 years (DS= 0.94) and 12.85 years (DS= 0.98) respectively. A quantitative approach with a descriptive and transversal survey design was used. All the participants completed the Self-concept Questionnaire AUDIM of Rodríguez and Fernández (2011). The results of the one-way multivariate analysis of variance, followed by the one-way univariate analyses of variance, showed that compared with the women, the men obtained higher scores on the subscales Physical Self-concept, Social Self-concept and General Selfconcept. However, in Academic and Personal Self-concept subscales statistically significant differences were not found. Further research should reply these findings in larger samples

Socialización escolar : procesos, experiencias y trayectos

En los artículos que forman parte de este libro se despliega un conjunto de temas, problemas y debates que, en un primer momento, se hicieron presentes entre el equipo coordinador del libro y que luego fueron compartidos con los investigadores miembros del Grupo de Trabajo "Juventudes, Infancias: Políticas, Culturas e Instituciones Sociales" (GT) del Consejo Latinoamericano de Ciencias Sociales (CLACSO). En tal sentido, el propósito de la compilación consiste en aportar a la actualización de un área o campo que, desde sus inicios, fue y es pensado por las ciencias sociales: la escuela y los sistemas educativos. Sin embargo, en los últimos años, el campo de estudios sobre la escuela se ha diversificado y especializado, encontrando nuevos objetos de estudio y ampliando los ya existentes, al tiempo que los temas y problemas educativos se hablan y debaten por toda la sociedad
