Desarrollo de un componente gerencial para la gestión de membresías de una iglesia cristiana

The objective of this research was to develop a management component for membership management in a Christian Church located in the city of Cartagena de Indias. The methodology was typified qualitatively and applied, with research-action design and a practical approach, where the Web 2.0 Knowledge Management (W2KM) methodology was applied to develop the management information system. As a result, it was obtained that visitors attend the church mainly for reasons of restoration, spiritual need, spiritual healing, mental healing, loneliness, physical healing and drug addiction. It was concluded that the development of the management information system facilitates strategic decision making that strengthens and optimizes the business processes of the Christian organization and improves the fulfillment of its objectives as a church.El objetivo de esta investigación fue desarrollar un componente gerencial para la gestión de membresías en una Iglesia Cristiana ubicada en la ciudad de Cartagena de Indias. La metodología se tipificó cualitativa y aplicada, con diseño investigación-acción y enfoque práctico, donde se aplicó la metodología Web 2.0 Knowledge Management (W2KM) para desarrollar el sistema de información gerencial. Como resultado se obtuvo que los visitantes asisten a la iglesia principalmente por motivos de restauración, necesidad espiritual, sanidad espiritual, sanidad mental, soledad, sanidad física y drogadicción. Se concluyó que el desarrollo del sistema de información gerencial facilita la toma de decisiones estratégicas que fortalecen y optimizan los procesos de negocios de la organización cristiana y mejora el cumplimiento sus objetivos como iglesia

Imaginario social del rol de enfermería: percepción de estudiantes enfermería de primer semestre: Imaginario social rol de enfermería

Background: prestige, credibility and social consideration, which are undoubtedly essential components for the advancement of the profession, have an impact on the structuring of the nursing image. Objective. to know the social imaginary of the nursing role from the perception of the students of the first semester in Cartagena. Methods: qualitative ethnographic study with content analysis technique, a semi-structured interview was used for the collection of information and applied to 28 participants. The approach to the research topic was developed in the natural environment and from the internal logic of the subject, also within the secondary collection technique, the texts were analyzed taking into account semiotics as it is the interpretation of texts and speeches of the participants. Results: a first semester student population, female sex predominated, and average age ranged between 16 and 23 years old. It is evident that from the beginning of the career there is a lack of interest in studying nursing as a first option, since there were very few participants who described that they liked it or that they were passionate about it, the rest, which was in greater proportion, expressed choosing it because they did not pass in the public university, for being part of health and because later they would move to the career of medicine. Conclusions: the students have a negative perception in relation to the image of the nursing professional in the self, in the labor field and in their performance with other disciplines.Introducción: en la estructuración en la imagen de la enfermería incide el prestigio, la credibilidad y la consideración social, que sin duda son componentes imprescindibles para el avance de la profesión. Objetivo: conocer el imaginario social del rol de enfermería desde la percepción de estudiantes de primer semestre en Cartagena. Materiales y Métodos: estudio cualitativo enfoque etnográfico con técnica de análisis de contenido, se emplea para la recolección de la información una entrevista semiestructurada y se aplica a 28 participantes. El abordaje del tema de investigación se desarrolló en el medio natural y desde la lógica interna del sujeto, igualmente dentro de la técnica de recolección secundaria, se analizaron los textos teniendo en cuenta la semiótica como es la interpretación de textos y discursos de los participantes.  Resultados: una población estudiantil de primer semestre, predominó el sexo femenino y edad promedio osciló entre 16 y 23 años. Se evidencia que desde el inicio de la carrera se demarca una falta de interés por estudiar enfermería como primera opción, ya que fueron muy pocos participantes que describieron que le gustaba o que les apasiona, el restante que fue en proporción mayor expresaron escogerla porque no pasaron en la universidad pública, por ser parte de la salud y porque después se trasladarían a la carrera de medicina. Conclusión: los estudiantes tienen una percepción negativa con relación a la imagen del profesional de enfermería en el ser, en el campo laboral y en su desempeño con otras disciplinas

Estrategias de marketing verde para el ecoturismo sustentable en el Cañón del río Combeima (Colombia)

In the current context, the tourism sector has been one of the most affected as a consequence of the coronavirus pandemic, generating a challenge for new ecotourism ventures regarding the development of green marketing strategies. Thus, this research proposes to solve the question: What are the green marketing strategies for sustainable ecotourism in the Combeima River Canyon (Colombia)? In line with the above, the objective is to propose green marketing strategies for sustainable ecotourism in the Combeima River Canyon (Colombia), with the intention of contributing to these ventures in the territory and to ensure that they can be replicated in other business initiatives. Based on a mixed research and the case study method, the conceptions about green marketing and its application to sustainable ecotourism of 4 enterprises located in the Conbeima River Canyon, municipality of Ibagué, Tolima, Colombia, are investigated through documentary review, surveys and semi-structured interviews. This is how green marketing strategies that can contribute to the generation of new opportunities for this type of tourism and guarantee sustainability based on environmental education are identified.En el contexto actual, el sector turismo ha sido uno de los más afectados como consecuencia de la pandemia del coronavirus, generando un reto para los nuevos emprendimientos de ecoturismo en lo referente al desarrollo de estrategias de marketing verde. Es así que esta investigación plantea solucionar el interrogante ¿Cuáles son las estrategias de marketing verde para el ecoturismo sustentable en el Cañón del río Combeima (Colombia)?. En sintonía con lo anterior, el objetivo es proponer estrategias de marketing verde para el ecoturismo sustentable en el Cañón del río Combeima (Colombia), con la intención de aportar a estos emprendimientos en el territorio y lograr que pueda replicarse a otras iniciativas empresariales. Con fundamento en una investigación mixta y el método estudio de caso se indaga a través de la revisión documental, las encuestas y las entrevistas semiestructuradas, las concepciones sobre el marketing verde y su aplicación para el ecoturismo sustentable que tiene 4 emprendimientos ubicados en el Cañón del río Conbeima municipio de Ibagué, Tolima Colombia. The relationships between society and its condition of subordination to the state and how the latter exercise its power over it, corresponds to a historical debate that has left us with different models of relationship between man and state power, where the freedoms of the former and the second's obligations are a constant object of confrontation. In this understanding and placing ourselves in the contemporary framework which has been marked by different historical social dynamisms, we find ourselves with the dilemma about the limits of state influence on individuals in the framework of a pandemic that led to a State of exception and different social struggles rooted in it for the defense of basic rights. It is because of the above that this work seeks to highlight constitutional guidelines and international systems that guarantee the protection of human dignity in different crisis contexts to provide a holistic view of the importance of a legal, legal and social nature of the protection of human rights. rights and freedoms against the power of the State in our times that guide the social course from the institutional and legal channels against abuses and excesses of public powers.Undoubtedly, the pandemic generated an unprecedented situation in which we were affected absolutely each and every one of the human activities, which regardless of the social or economic condition we are threatened, where the resolutions by the government to deal with, have consequently been without precedents and out of the ordinary.Las relaciones entre la sociedad y su condición de subordinación ante el estado y cómo éste ejercer su poder sobre ella, corresponde a un debate histórico que nos ha dejado distintos modelos de relación entre el hombre y el poder estatal, donde las libertades del primero y las obligaciones del segundo son objeto constante de confrontación. En este entendido y ubicándonos en el marco contemporáneo el cual ha estado marcado por diferentes dinamismos sociales trascendentales, nos encontramos con el dilema sobre los límites de la influencia estatal en los individuos en el marco de una pandemia que conllevó a un Estado de excepción y diferentes luchas sociales enraizadas en la misma por la defensa de los derechos básicos.  Es por lo anterior que el presente trabajo busca resaltar lineamientos constitucionales y de sistemas internacionales garantes de la protección de la dignidad humana en los diferentes contextos de crisis para brindar una visión holística de la importancia de índole jurídica, legal y social de la protección de los derechos y libertades frente al poder del Estado en nuestros tiempos que guían el rumbo social desde la vía institucional y cauces legales frente a abusos y extralimitación de los poderes públicos.  Indubitablemente la pandemia generó una situación inaudita en la cual vimos afectados absolutamente todas y cada una de las actividades humanas, que independientemente de la condición social o económica nos encontramos amenazados, donde las resoluciones por parte del gobierno para hacer frente han sido en consecuencia sin precedentes y fuera de lo habitual

Una aproximación a los factores del emprendimiento: abordaje teórico

Entrepreneurship as a concept can be approached from different approaches, but regardless of the perspective from which it is viewed, it always has an individual, community and social effect. Through the theoretical approach of the concept of entrepreneurship from different proposals of different researchers, it is intended to understand the extent of it and its contributions to multiple areas of knowledge. Since it is a documentary review, the method to be used is deductive, the methodology is qualitative in nature and the research design is non-experimental and descriptive-analytical, since the researchers limit themselves to carrying out an analysis of the characteristics of the phenomenon without directly or indirectly affecting the variables. The main conclusion reached is related to the level of maturity of the concept; it is evident the long journey of the enterprise from the conceptual to the practical, which has allowed incursion into various areas of knowledge, giving significant contributions to them. In the economic field there are various proposals that affirm that entrepreneurship is an element that activates the social and economic development of countries.El emprendimiento como concepto puede ser abordado desde distintos enfoques, pero indistintamente de la perspectiva desde la cual se mire, este siempre tiene un efecto individual, comunitario y social. A través del abordaje teórico del concepto emprendimiento desde diversas propuestas de distintos investigadores, se pretende comprender la amplitud del mismo y sus aportes a múltiples áreas de conocimiento. Por tratarse de una revisión documental el método a utilizar es deductivo, la metodología es de naturaleza cualitativa y el diseño de la investigación es no experimental y de corte descriptivo- analítico, ya que los investigadores se limitan a realizar un análisis de las características del fenómeno sin incidir directa o indirectamente en las variables. La principal conclusión alcanzada está relacionada con el nivel de madurez del concepto; es evidente el largo recorrido del emprendimiento desde lo conceptual hasta lo práctico, lo que ha permitido incursionar en diversas áreas del conocimiento, dando aportes significativos a las mismas. En el ámbito económico existen diversas propuestas que afirman que el emprendimiento es un elemento que activa el desarrollo social y económico de los países

Jurisprudencia constitucional frente a los derechos fundamentales de los usuarios del servicio público de energía eléctrica: Estudio de caso Electricaribe SA.E.S.P

Colombia is a Social State of participatory and pluralistic democratic Law, which aims for the general well-being, having within its purposes serving the community, promoting general prosperity and guaranteeing the effectiveness of the principles, rights and duties contained in the Constitution, and Since public services are inherent to the social purpose of the State, it is their duty to ensure their efficient provision to all the inhabitants of the national territory. But in the Colombian Caribbean region a serious problem arose due to the abuse of the company Electricaribe S.A. E.S.P., in front of its users, since it carried out procedures that go against the constitution and the law. It is concluded with this article that according to the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of Colombia, Electricaribe violated the users of public electricity services the fundamental rights to life, health, safety, due process, presumption of innocence, among others. This article will serve as a fundamental basis to make an analogy with other companies that will take over the provision of energy service on the Colombian Caribbean coast, and thus avoid a repeat violation of fundamental rights of users.Colombia es un Estado Social de Derecho democrático participativo y pluralista, que propende por el bienestar general, teniendo dentro de sus fines servir a la comunidad, promover la prosperidad general y garantizar la efectividad de los principios, derechos y deberes contenidos en la Constitución, y los servicios públicos al ser inherentes a la finalidad social del Estado, es su deber asegurar su prestación eficiente a todos los habitantes del territorio nacional. Pero en la región caribe colombiana se presentó una grave problemática por el abuso de la empresa Electricaribe S.A. E.S.P., frente a sus usuarios, ya que realizó procedimientos que van en contra de la constitución y de la ley. Se concluye con este artículo que, de acuerdo con la jurisprudencia de la Corte Constitucional de Colombia, Electricaribe vulneró a los usuarios de servicios públicos de energía eléctrica los derechos fundamentales a la vida, salud, seguridad, debido proceso, presunción de inocencia, entre otros.  Este artículo servirá como base fundamental para realizar analogía con otras empresas que tomarán la prestación del servicio de energía en la costa Caribe colombiana, y así evitar que se repita la violación de derechos fundamentales a los usuarios

Incidencia del crecimiento económico sobre el deterioro ambiental en américa latina

This paper analyzes the relationship between economic growth and environmental quality in the seven countries with the lowest level of production per inhabitant in Latin America, namely Paraguay, Guatemala, Bolivia, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Venezuela, for the period 1990-2018. The methodology consists of estimating a panel model of random effects and fixed effects data. The results show that economic growth has a significant impact, along with other variables, on per capita carbon dioxide emissions in the countries under study. In turn, it was found that the countries in their initial stages of production considerably carbon dioxide emissions, while they exceed that period, achieve an inflection point in the curve that decreases their level of environmental degradation, as well as is sustained by the Kuznets' approaches with his environmental curve hypothesis.     En este trabajo se analiza la relación existente entre el crecimiento económico y la calidad medioambiental en los siete países con menor nivel de producción por habitante de Latinoamérica, a saber, Paraguay, Guatemala, Bolivia, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua y Venezuela, para el periodo 1990-2018. La metodología consiste en la estimación de un modelo de panel de datos de efectos aleatorios y efectos fijos. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que el crecimiento económico incide significativamente junto con otras variables en las emisiones de dióxido de carbono per cápita de los países objeto de estudio. A su vez se comprobó, que los países en sus fases iniciales de producción aumentan considerablemente las emisiones de dióxido de carbono, mientras superan dicho periodo, logran un punto de inflexión en la curva que disminuye su nivel de degradación ambiental, así como se sustenta en los planteamientos de Kuznets con su hipótesis de la curva medioambiental

Análisis sectorial de la gestión de información financiera en MIPYMES del oriente antioqueño

The survival of MSMEs is important for the stability of any economy, due to its capacity for employment, contribution to GDP and economic diversification. Part of the success of surviving is linked to its accounting and financial management processes. This article exposes a sectoral analysis of the enterprises under study, about their financial information management practices and their use in decision making. For this purpose, a descriptive research is developed with the objective of characterizing the accounting and financial management of the MSMEs in eastern Antioquia (Colombia), a potential scenario of national and international integration; applying a survey of 42 questions to a sample of 379 MSMEs. The findings point to that many of the decision-making schemes of MSMEs in eastern Antioquia have been carried out in good form, but the accounting and financial management processes are still incipient, addressing the compliance, without adopting clear procedures for integrating this information into the decision-making processes.  La supervivencia de las MIPYMES es importante para la estabilidad de cualquier economía, debido a su capacidad de empleo, aporte al PIB y a la diversificación económica. Parte del éxito en su propósito por sobrevivir está ligado a sus procesos de gestión contable y financiera. Este trabajo expone un análisis sectorial de las unidades económicas objeto de estudio, sobre sus prácticas de gestión de la información financiera y su uso en la toma de decisiones. Para esto se desarrolla una investigación de tipo descriptiva con el objetivo de caracterizar la gestión contable y financiera de las MIPYMES del oriente antioqueño (Colombia), un escenario potencial de integración nacional e internacional; aplicando una encuesta de 42 preguntas a una muestra de 379 MIPYMES, encontrándose que, muchos de los esquemas de decisión de las MIPYMES del oriente antioqueño se han llevado en buena forma, pero que los procesos de gestión contable y financiera aún son incipientes, direccionándose al cumplimiento, sin adoptar procedimientos claros de integración de esta información a los procesos de toma de decisiones

This research aims to show breaches and to propose prospects for the progression of the knowledge of Business Intelligence Maturity Models. In general, the prevalence of generic and descriptive features was revealed. Some gaps related to models that can be modified to specific industrial sectors were detected. This field offers great promises for new investigations and maturity models.Esta investigación tiene como objetivo mostrar lagunas y proponer oportunidades para el avance en el conocimiento de los modelos de madurez de inteligencia de negocios. En general, se reveló un predominio de características genéricas y descriptivas. Se detectaron algunas lagunas relacionadas con modelos que pueden adaptarse a segmentos industriales específicos. Este campo todavía ofrece amplias posibilidades para nuevos modelos de investigación y madurez
