Intervención terciaria en un caso de mobbing

Curs acadèmic: 2017/2018In recent years, it has increased the interest in learning about psychosocial risks in organizations. One of the phenomenon related to psychosocial risks, which has aroused more interest is workplace harassment/mobbing. Past research has focused on understanding the characteristics of this phenomenon, the consequences for the victim and what interventions are needed. With this project, it points out the importance of creating plans not only for the victim but also for harassers and the organization and the resulting benefits. Thus, from a single case of workplace harassment, it has developed a plan of tertiary intervention to reduce psychosocial damage to the victim and the bullies as well as an intervention plan in the precedents of the organization that encourage behaviours of harassment. Afterwards it has carried out an analysis of possible outcomes that can be achieved with the implementation of the intervention. Finally, it has become a reflection on the skills acquired with the development of this project and the subjects studied in the Master of Work Psychology, Organizations and Human Resources.En los últimos años, ha aumentado el interés por conocer los riesgos psicosociales en las organizaciones. Uno de los fenómenos relacionado con los riesgos psicosociales es el acoso laboral. Las investigaciones pasadas se han centrado en conocer las características de este fenómeno, cuáles son las consecuencias para la víctima y qué tipo de intervención necesita. Con el presente proyecto, se pretende dar a conocer la importancia de crear no solo planes de intervención para la víctima sino también para los acosadores y la organización y los beneficios resultantes. Así pues, a partir de un caso único de acoso laboral, se ha elaborado un plan de intervención terciaria para disminuir los daños psicosociales en la víctima y los acosadores, así como un plan de intervención en los antecedentes de la organización que propician las conductas de acoso en ésta. Posteriormente se ha realizado un análisis de los posibles resultados que se pueden obtener con la implementación de la intervención. Finalmente, se ha hecho una reflexión sobre las competencias adquiridas a través de la elaboración del presente proyecto y de las asignaturas cursadas en el Máster de Psicología del Trabajo, de las Organizaciones y en Recursos Humanos

Spirituality in Patients at the End of Life—Is It Necessary? A Qualitative Approach to the Protagonists

Spirituality is the most unknown aspect of palliative care despite being the need that is most altered in the last moments of life. Objective. To identify on the one hand the spiritual needs of patients who are at the end of life and on the other hand, the way in which nursing professionals can work to provide effective accompaniment in this process. Method. A qualitative study was conducted which applied different data collection techniques. This was done to describe the phenomenon from a holistic perspective in relation to experts’ perceptions of the competencies required by health professionals and palliative patients’ spiritual needs. Semi-structured interviews were conducted within both populations. In order to analyze the qualitative data collected through interviews, discourse was analyzed according to the Taylor–Bodgan model and processed using Atlas.ti software. Results. Three well-differentiated lines of argument are extracted from the discourse in each of the groups, on the one hand in the group of patients they define the concept of spirituality, system of values and beliefs, and the Factors that influence the spirituality of patients at the end of life (differentiating palliative care areas/other areas) and on the other, the professionals agree with the patients in the line of argument of concept of spirituality although they define more metaphysical categories and the other two lines of argument that result are the spiritual attention in this process and the need for formation in spirituality. Method for improving structural comprehension of historical buildings based on terrestrial laser scanner technology

[EN] It is well known that the restoration of historical buildings requires prior knowledge of them, which must be as rigorous and exhaustive as possible. Among the various studies that are required (historical, archaeological, construction materials, geotechnical, etc.) the understanding of the structural system is of great importance. It is often hard to interpret these data in this kind of buildings, which have been retrofitted and extended over the years. This paper proposes a replicable method to improve the construction and structural comprehension and assessment of historical buildings, through the analysis of specific sections based on digital surveying by terrestrial laser scanner (TLS). Its application is demonstrated based on a recent case of intervention in a historical building: the Can Armengol Palace in Palma de Mallorca.[ES] Como es bien sabido, la intervención en los edificios históricos requiere de un conocimiento previo de los mismos que debe ser lo más riguroso y exhaustivo posible. Entre los diversos estudios necesarios (histórico, arqueológico, materiales, geotecnia, etc.) asume gran importancia la comprensión del sistema constructivo y estructural, pero la interpretación de estos datos en edificios que, de manera habitual, han sufrido reformas y ampliaciones a lo largo del tiempo, suele ser compleja. Benefits for nurse and facilitated plants emerge when interactions are considered along the entire life-span

The structure of plant communities is often influenced by facilitative interactions where ‘facilitated’ plants benefit from growing associated with ‘nurse’ plants. Facilitation has been mostly studied from the facilitated plant's perspective, and bidirectional effects between nurse and facilitated plants have received less attention. We hypothesized that reciprocal benefits in plant-plant interactions may emerge when interactions are considered along the life-span of the plants involved. Over one spring, we selected five species with similar life-form and growth strategy, and using a full factorial design, we compared different fitness components along the plants’ life-span (seedling establishment, juvenile growth and reproductive investment in adult plants). We compared: a) plants growing in solitary stands and associated with other plants in vegetation patches; and b) plants that originally functioned as nurse plant (the largest plant of the vegetation patch) and as facilitated (not the largest plant of the vegetation patch). At an early developmental stage, facilitated plants growing in vegetation patches displayed higher seedling establishment and juvenile growth compared to solitary conspecific plants. At a later developmental stage, nurse plants in vegetation patches experienced higher reproductive investment (measured as flower production relative to plant size) compared to solitary plants, while the originally facilitated plants showed similar reproductive investment compared to their solitary pair of similar size. Facilitation is likely a complex interaction in which reciprocal benefits for both facilitated and nurse plants can be detected when interactions are considered along the plants’ life-span. Dotación de material educativo en el marco de la gestión pública de una dirección regional de educación de Perú, 2023

Esta investigación buscó describir cómo se realiza el proceso de dotación de material educativo en el marco de la gestión pública de una Dirección Regional de educación de Perú, 2023. Se planteó bajo el tipo de investigación básica y de enfoque cualitativo, fue de diseño no experimental, transversal descriptivo simple, bajo el paradigma fenomenológico. Se utilizaron las técnicas de entrevista y análisis de documentos, con los instrumentos cuestionario de entrevista y ficha de análisis respectivamente, sobre las variables dotación de material educativo y gestión pública. La entrevista se aplicó a 14 participantes y para el análisis documental se empleó 01 documento. Entre los resultados destacan que los materiales educativos están alineados al Currículo Nacional vigente, sin embargo no llegan en forma oportuna y en cantidades suficientes a los usuarios finales, causando insatisfacción en los mismos; tampoco se realiza capacitación a los maestros sobre el uso pedagógico; por lo que se concluye que a pesar de existir lineamientos para la dotación de materiales educativos para la educación básica, establecidos en la RVM N° 053-2019-MINEDU, no se están ejecutando de manera óptima, lo que incide negativamente en la mejora del logro de aprendizaje de los estudiantes; esto demanda más investigaciones en las diversas instituciones involucradas en el proceso

Ganadero intensivo español, que ha conseguido situarse entre los más eficaces de Europa a pesar del déficit de cereales y proteaginosas para la alimentación animal. Se analiza su peso en la producción agraria, su evolución y la estructura de su cadena de producción. Se analiza la estructura de la cadena de producción de cada una de las carnes, las relaciones de coordinación vertical y la estrategia de las empresas ganaderas y cárnicas principales. Se hace una referencia a los cambios experimentados en el sistema de producción de carnes en la década de los años cincuenta y sesenta, en los que tuvo su origen la estructura productiva actual y cuyo éxito se base en la organización y coordinación vertical dentro de la cadena de producción y en la intensificación de los factores de producción

Campaña Fotográfica de Pasos seguros contra el Acoso Callejero: Reinterpretando el mito de Apolo y Dafne

Mediante una secuencia visual, la campaña “Pasos Seguros contra el acoso. Podemos cambiar el mito” inmortaliza momentos clave de una versión reinterpretada del mito de Apolo y Dafne. En contraste con la representación tradicional que retrata a Dafne como una figura pasiva y perseguida, en esta campaña se la muestra como una persona empoderada y valiente que confronta a Apolo y toma el control de su propia historia. Esta nueva perspectiva desafía la narrativa convencional asociada a dicho mito. La motivación detrás de este proyecto radica en la falta de conciencia y atención que se le presta al acoso callejero al tratarse de un problema silenciado y normalizado. Es fundamental destacar su existencia y generar una mayor sensibilización en torno a esta problemática. La elección de la fotografía como medio se debe a su capacidad única para comunicar de manera impactante y emotiva. A través de ocho imágenes cuidadosamente compuestas, se ha creado una secuencia visual que nos sumerge en la realidad de la víctima, permitiéndonos ver y sentir su experiencia en un nivel más profundo.Through a visual sequence, the campaign “Safe Steps against bullying. We can change the myth” immortalizes key moments of a reinterpreted version of the myth of Apollo and Daphne. In contrast to the traditional portrayal of Daphne as a passive and persecuted figure, in this campaign she is shown as an empowered and courageous person who confronts Apollo and takes control of her own story. This new perspective challenges the conventional narrative associated with this myth. The motivation behind this project lies in the lack of awareness and attention paid to street harassment as it is a silenced and normalized problem. It is essential to highlight their existence and generate greater awareness of this problem. The choice of photography as a medium is due to its unique ability to communicate in a powerful and emotional way. Through eight carefully composed images, a visual sequence has been created that immerses us in the victim's reality, allowing us to see and feel their experience on a deeper level
