Bakalaureusetöö Keskkonnaplaneerimise ja maastikukujundamise õppekavalKäesoleva bakalaureuse töö eesmärk on luua Annelinna ja Ropka Tööstusrajooni ühendav jalgratta magistraal, mis võimaldaks mugavat ja ohutut ühendust kahe linnaosa vahel ning looks parema ligipääsu ala liigirikkale loodusele. Kujundusprojekti aluseks on läbiviidud analüüsid, mis andsid täpsema ülevaate ala puudujääkidest, ala kasutajatest ja nende vajadustest. Peamiseks probleemiks osutus üle Emajõe viiva jalgratturitele ja jalakäijatele suunatud turvalise ületuskoha puudumine. Disaini kontseptsiooniks on luua mugav ja ohutu ratta magistraalühendus kahe Tartu linnaosa vahel. Samuti on kujundusplaaniga loodud paremad tingimused ala erinevate maastikuerisuste ning liigirikka taimestikuga tutvumiseks.The aim of given Bachelor’s work is to plan a new bicycle highway which connects Annelinn to Ropka Tööstusrajoon and would be safe and comfortable for the users while creating accesses to the local diverse landscape and vegetation. The design project is based on analyses which gave accurate overview of the area’s problems, it’s users and their needs. The main problem of the area is that there’s no pedestrian and cyclist orienteg crossing across Emajõgi. The concept is to create a comfortable and safe bicycle highway between two districts. There’s also better accesses to discover area’s diverse landscape and vegetation

Die Gründung des Staates Israel im Mai 1948 hatte weltweit Einfluss auf das Fach der Archäologie. Der neue Staat wurde mit Fragen der nationalen und territorialen Identität, die geschaffen und gestärkt werden musste, konfrontiert. Diese nationale und territoriale Selbstfindung, die in diesem speziellen Falle teilweise zu einer Selbstinszenierung avancierte, setzt sich bis heute fort. Archäologische Ausgrabungen und Tourismus des kulturellen Erbes florierten in den letzten zwanzig Jahren und erreichten ein Ausmaß, welches das Leben und die Identität der einheimischen palästinensischen Bevölkerung bedroht. Die vorliegende Arbeit enthält eine von mir durchgeführte empirische Forschung innerhalb zweier archäologischer Projekte in Jerusalem, sowie ebenfalls von mir geführte Gespräche mit Archäologen, Anwohnern und Touristen. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es zu zeigen, wie Archäologie in Politik, Religion und Tourismus-Industrie des Staates Israel eingebunden ist. Meine Feldforschung innerhalb der beiden archäologischen Projekte beweist, dass die Legitimität von archäologischen Daten gelegentlich nicht so wichtig ist, wie die Stärkung der jüdischen Identität innerhalb des Großteils der israelischen Bevölkerung. Durch die Untersuchung verschiedenster musealer Sammlungen und öffentlicher archäologischer Stätten beabsichtige ich zu zeigen, wie durch eine eher voreingenommene geschichtliche Darstellung versucht wird, die palästinensische Version des historischen Narrativs zum Schweigen zu bringen

Flow dynamics in a pipe containing uneven roughness elements

[EN] The objective of this study is to improve the methodology for modelling aged pressurised urban networks, such as water distribution system (WDS) pipelines, with substantial and uneven wall roughness. Due to the complexity of the inner surface geometry of old rough pipes, WDS models are unable to predict the real velocities, which are requisite for estimating contamination propagation rates in the system. In order to analyse the impact of inner surface geometry a specifically designed experimental apparatus was built to investigate the flow dynamics in a pipe containing flow-obstructing elements. A transparent pipe was fitted with 3D-printed elements, in two different configurations, at the location of the measurement section and the velocity fields were captured using the particle image velocimetry technique at different flowrates. The experimental results revealed that in the case of one roughness element, the impact to the flow dynamics is local and can be expressed through minor losses, and in the case of multiple elements, the effective diameter of the pipe is reduced and a jet-type flow will develop.Kaur, K.; Vassiljev, A.; Annus, I.; Truu, M.; Kändler, N. Electrical activation of carbon in GaAs : implantation temperature effects

Carbon was implanted into GaAs at the energy of 1 MeV with doses between 131013 and 2 31015 cm22 at temperatures of 80 K, nominal room temperature (RT), and 300 °C. A markedly higher electrical activation was obtained in the samples implanted at 80 K compared to those implanted at RT or 300 °C, attaining a maximum hole concentration of 231019 cm23. The redistribution of the C profile during rapid thermal annealing at temperatures from 700 to 950 °C for 10 s was found negligible, independently of the implantation temperature. Similar improvements in the electrical properties were also verified in samples implanted at 80 K with a lower energy of 60 keV. We consider that despite the light mass of C ions, the reduced dynamic annealing at 80 K allows the accumulation of an abundance of As vacancies, which assist the C activation as a p-type dopant

Estrategia didáctica para la formación lingüísticas hacia el español en los estudiantes nativos de la Costa Caribe de Nicaragua de la UNAN-Managua

El trabajo investigativo presente surgió con el propósito de conocer las actitudes lingüísticas de los estudiantes procedentes de la Costa Caribe de Nicaragua y de esa manera identificar el impacto que tiene su lengua hacia el idioma español. Además, tener en cuenta que afectaciones le surge tras estar en plena sumersión de la lengua española y si eso afecta en su desarrollo personal, académico y laboral. Mediante ese planteamiento por los investigadores, se le dio seguimiento al asunto para detectar las identidades lingüísticas que tiene los hablantes indígenas de la Costa Caribe al pisar suelo Pacífico, y mediante esto saber cómo es la coexistencia que hay entre la lengua español con las otras lenguas indígenas del país. Durante la elaboración del trabajo se encontró que las actitudes lingüísticas de los indígenas son baja con respecto a su lengua materna, debido a que el español es la lengua oficial y de prestigio, ello es un motivo de opacar su identidad lingüística, lo cual baja la misma. Por eso, en el trabajo se propuso una estrategia para para que la enseñanza del español se fácil, también para que vean el idioma como necesario aprenderlo para fines de un desarrollo personal

Electrical Isolation Of A Silicon δ-doped Layer In Gaas By Ion Irradiation

The electrical isolation of a n-type δ-doped layer embedded into undoped GaAs was studied using proton or helium ion bombardment. The threshold dose for isolation Dth of the δ-doped layer was found to be ≈2 times higher than that predicted for thick doped layers of similar carrier concentration. The thermal stability of the isolation, i.e., the persistence of sheet resistance Rs at values > 109Ω/□ after subsequent thermal annealing, is limited to temperatures below 400°C. This temperature limit for the thermal stability Tsm is markedly lower than those observed in wider doped layers in which Tsm is ≅650°C.
