Internal Guidelines in "Byt a servis, družstvo Olomouc"

V této práci se budu věnovat problematice vnitropodnikových směrnic ve společnosti Byt a servis, družstvo Olomouc. V úvodu práce budu řešit základní pojmy jako vnitropodnikové směrnice a jejich rozdělení, charakteristika Společenství vlastníků jednotek a Družstvo. V další části provedu základní analýzu společnosti a současného stavu vnitropodnikových směrnic, hlavně toho jaké směrnice má společnost zpracované a v jaké kvalitě. V závěru své práce navrhnu úpravy v nedostatečných vnitropodnikových směrnicích a znění chybějících směrnic.In my Thesis I focus on problems about international guidelines in Byt a servis, družstvo Olomouc. In first part I deal with bacis concepts like international guidelines and their partition, characteristic home owners association and cooperative. In second part I will do basic analysis about company and current status of international guidelines, which has company processed and about their quality. In conclusion of my thesis I suggest treatment of lacks and design a missing international guidelines.

Výuka jazyka na Francouzském institutu v Praze

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analytický popis výuky francouzského jazyka na Francouzském institutu v Praze. Nejprve se zabývá vývojem, fungováním a organizací Francouzského Institutu v Praze a jeho ovlivněním významnými historickými událostmi 20. století. Dále podrobně popisuje jednotlivé kurzy francouzského jazyka, které jsou v současnosti na Francouzském institutu v Praze vyučovány a jejich vývoj. Další část se věnuje zaškolování a výuce učitelů francouzského jazyka, a zároveň v této souvislosti odkazuje na užitečné zdroje pedagogických materiálů. Významnou částí této práce je popis způsobů a metodiky výuky na Francouzském institutu v Praze, představení role učitele a také průběh vyučovacích hodin. V této souvislosti je věnována pozornost také požadavkům a nárokům Francouzského institutu v Praze na jeho lektory a problematice začleňování nových členů do kolektivu lektorů Francouzského institutu. V neposlední řadě práce předkládá přehled certifikátů vydávaných Francouzským institutem. Stress response of lettuce (Lactuca sativa) to environmental contamination with selected pharmaceuticals: A proteomic study

Pharmaceutical compounds have been found in rivers and treated wastewaters. They often contaminate irrigation waters and consequently accumulate in edible vegetables, causing changes in plants metabolism The main objective of this work is to understand how lettuce plants cope with the contamination from three selected pharmaceuticals using a label free proteomic analysis. A lettuce hydroponic culture, grown for 36 days, was exposed to metformin, acetaminophen and carbamazepine (at 1 mg/L), during 8 days, after which roots and leaves were sampled and analysed using a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry proteomics-based approach. In roots, a total of 612 proteins showed differentially accumulation while in leaves 237 proteins were identified with significant differences over controls. Carbamazepine was the contaminant that most affected protein abundance in roots, while in leaves the highest number of differentially accumulated proteins was observed for acetaminophen. In roots under carbamazepine, stress related protein species such as catalase, superoxide dismutase and peroxidases presented higher abundance. Ascorbate peroxidase increased in roots under metformin. Cell respiration protein species were affected by the presence of the three pharmaceuticals suggesting possible dysregulation of the Krebs cycle. Acetaminophen caused the main differences in respiration pathways, with more emphasis in leaves. The topic of this thesis is the online TV channel Stream. In the theoretical part, we described how online TV works in general. The following paragraph depicted the milestones of Stream TV. The practical part was dedicated to the semiotic analysis of Luděk Staněk's TV show of the online TV channel Stream. This chapter also includes the interview with the program presenter Luděk Staněk. In the interview, we dealt with Staněk's role in the show. The intention of this thesis was to describe how the online TV channel Stream works and analyze the Luděk Staněk's show

Satisfaction assessment of hospitalized patients in after-care facilities

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení spokojenosti hospitalizovaných pacientů s poskytovanou péčí v zařízení následné péče. Práce je tvořena teoretickou a empirickou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá kvalitou poskytované péče, jejím hodnocením, následně spokojeností pacienta a koncepcí následné péče. Právě pro empirickou část je spokojenost hlavním bodem. V roce 2014 byl vytvořen dotazník spokojenosti, který byl použit i v roce 2015. Data získaná z dotazníku jsou v práci popsána a porovnána s daty z roku 2014, což bylo součástí stanovených cílů práce. Dalším úkolem práce bylo zjištění, zda vytvořený dotazník je vhodným nástrojem pro hodnocení spokojenosti v následné péči. Celá empirická část zjišťuje, zda je dotazník schopen zhodnotit spokojenost hospitalizovaných s poskytovanou péčí a přinést managementu zařízení žádoucí informace o této spokojenosti. Práce popisuje problematiku stávajícího dotazníku a výsledků jím získaných.The thesis is focused on evaluation of satisfaction of in-patients whith care provided in subsequent care facilities. The thesis consists of theoretical and empiric part. The theoretical part deals with the quality of the offered care, with its evaluation, satisfaktion of the patient and the conception of the subsequent care. Satisfaction ist the gist of the empiric part. In 2014 a satisfaction questionnaire was made that was used in 2015 as well. Data gained from the questionnaire are described and compared whit those from 2014, which was the part of the given aims of the thesis. Another aim was to find out if the questionnaire is a suitabel tool for evaluation of satisfaction with subsequent care. The whole empiric part is finding out, if the questionnaire is able to evaluate satisfaction of in-patients whit subsequent care and bring the necessary information to the management. Strategic analysis of the surroundings of BOCO PARDUBICE machines, s.r.o.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou okolí konkrétního podniku. Cílem práce je formulace strategických doporučení na základě analýzy okolí podniku BOCO PARDUBICE machines, s.r.o. k přizpůsobení jeho strategie možným hrozbám, ale i příležitostem. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy strategie a strategické řízení, dále jsou představeny metody pro analýzu okolí podniku i jeho vnitřních zdrojů, které slouží jako metodika pro praktickou část. Zde je nejprve daný podnik představen, a následně jsou aplikovány metody strategické analýzy, především: PESTEL analýza, analýza odvětví, analýza konkurence, Porterův model pěti sil, analýza vybraných finančních ukazatelů a VRIO analýza. V poslední části je za pomoci SWOT analýzy provedena syntéza a formulována doporučení.The bachelor thesis deals with the strategic analysis of the surroundings of a particular company. The aim of the work is the formulation of strategic recommendations based on the analysis of the surroundings of the company BOCO PARDUBICE machines, s.r.o. to adapt its strategy to possible threats as well as opportunities. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of strategy and strategic management, introduces methods for analyzing the environment of the company and its internal resources, which serve as a methodology for the practical part. In this part, the company is first introduced, and then the methods of strategic analysis are applied, especially: PESTEL analysis, industry analysis, competition analysis, Porter's model of five forces, analysis of selected financial indicators and VRIO analysis. In the last part, a synthesis is performed with the help of SWOT analysis and recommendations are formulated

Design and Implementation of Standardized Reports on an OLAP Database in Power BI

The objective of this thesis is to implement a reporting layer over the OLAP database of Inekon Systems s.r.o. for a selected area. The work includes the development of a toolkit for Power BI, which helps standardize the design of dashboards. This toolkit comprises a set of guidelines, basic visualizations, and templates. It is utilized to create two specific dashboards for displaying overviews of sales performance and cash flow. The introduction of the thesis sets the context, goals, and assumptions of the project, followed by a review of scholarly works related to the creation and design of dashboards. The theoretical part addresses basic concepts such as Business Intelligence, OLAP, and Power BI. In the chapter called Business Assignment and Context of the Solution, Inekon Systems is introduced along with its software for analyzing business data and the specific requirements for the solution. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the formulation of guidelines and templates based on scholarly literature and best practices, the analysis of data used for designing the dashboards, and ultimately the design of the dashboards themselves. The chapter on obtaining feedback evaluates the developed toolkit and dashboards based on feedback from relevant company employees. The final part summarizes the achievement of goals, the contributions of the project, and proposes directions for future development.Cílem diplomové práce je implementovat reportingovou vrstvu pro vybranou oblast nad OLAP databází společnosti Inekon Systems s.r.o. Práce zahrnuje vývoj toolkitu pro Power BI, který pomáhá standardizovat návrh dashboardů. Jeho obsahem je soubor směrnic, základních vizualizací a šablon. Tento toolkit se využívá k vytvoření dvou specifických dashboardů pro zobrazení přehledů prodejní výkonnosti a cash flow. Úvod práce nastavuje kontext, cíle a předpoklady projektu, následuje rešerše odborných prací týkajících se tvorby a návrhu dashboardů. Teoretická část se věnuje základním konceptům jako Business Intelligence, OLAP a Power BI. V kapitole Business zadání a kontext řešení je představena společnost Inekon Systems, její software pro analýzu obchodních dat a specifikované požadavky na řešení. Dále se práce zabývá formulací směrnic a šablon na základě odborné literatury a best practices, analýzou dat použitých pro návrh dashboardů, a nakonec samotným návrhem dashboardů. Kapitola získání zpětné vazby hodnotí vytvořený toolkit a dashboardy na základě zpětné vazby od relevantních zaměstnanců společnosti. Analysis of the Tourism Sector Development in the Czech Republic During 2003-2022 with Emphasis on the Coronavirus Pandemic

The coronavirus pandemic has affected many areas of the economy, but tourism is one of the sectors that has been most severely affected. The stability of the sector was disrupted during the crisis and the challenges faced require a deeper understanding to inform government decision-making for subsequent crises. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to assess the state of the tourism industry in the Czech Republic based on data drawn primarily from the Tourism Satellite Account and to place the role of the industry in the Czech Republic in the context of the European Union countries. Furthermore, to make a comprehensive analysis of the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the tourism sector. The thesis also takes into account the government measures implemented or strategic documents issued that affect the development of the sector. The method used in the thesis is the analysis of the data obtained and their comparison in the period before and during the pandemic. The analysis shows that during the pandemic the structure of tourism consumption in the country changed in favour of residents compared to non-residents, although in the period before the pandemic non-resident consumption prevailed. The structure of tourism intensity in the regions also changed during the pandemic, with Prague having the largest decline of all regions. Furthermore, the paper outlines the risks the sector faces such as employment issues (mostly declining or stagnant trends in the share of employed persons in tourism in total employment, lack of part-time jobs for effective flexibility in the tourism labour market, unequal distribution of men and women in tourism service jobs), seasonality issues or long-term development issues, e.g. with regard to the environment.Pandemie koronaviru ovlivnila mnoho oblastí ekonomiky, avšak cestovní ruch patří mezi odvětví, která byla zasažena nejcitelněji. Stabilita odvětví byla během krize narušena a výzvy, kterým bylo potřeba čelit vyžadují hlubší porozumění pro následné poučení v oblasti vládního rozhodování pro krize následující. Cílem bakalářské práce je posoudit stav odvětví cestovního ruchu v České republice na základě dat čerpaných především ze satelitního účtu cestovního ruchu a zasadit roli odvětví v České republice do kontextu zemí Evropské unie. Dále provést komplexní analýzu dopadů pandemie koronaviru na odvětví cestovního ruchu. Práce také bere v potaz provedená vládní opatření nebo vydané strategické dokumenty, které rozvoj odvětví ovlivňují. Použitá metoda práce je analýza získaných dat a jejich komparace v období před pandemií a během ní. Z analýzy vyplývá, že se během pandemie změnila struktura spotřeby cestovního ruchu v České republice ve prospěch rezidentů oproti spotřebě nerezidentů, ačkoli v období před pandemií spotřeba nerezidentů převládala. Během pandemie se změnila také struktura intenzity cestovního ruchu v krajích – Praha měla největší propad v rámci všech krajů. Dále práce nastiňuje, kterým rizikům musí odvětví čelit jako je problematika zaměstnanosti (převážně klesající nebo stagnující vývoj podílu zaměstnaných osob v cestovním ruchu na celkové zaměstnanosti, nedostatek zkrácených úvazků pro efektivní flexibilitu pracovního trhu cestovního ruchu, nerovnoměrné rozdělení mužů a žen v zaměstnáních služeb cestovního ruchu), problematika sezonnosti nebo problematika dlouhodobého vývoje např. s ohledem na životní prostředí

Theoretic part of this work describes measuring and monitoring and it focus on seven quality control tools, non-conformances and continual improvement. Practical part exemplifies the application of chosen tools in practice
