Characterization of theses and dissertations about nursing care in oncology

Objective: To characterize the dissertations and theses available in nursing Theses Database Coordination of Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) that deal with care in oncology. Method: Documentary research conducted in Journal Portal CAPES, in February 2013. Results: The sample consisted of 62 studies , 47 (75,80%) dissertations and 15 (24,20%) theses. The universities that have produced more on the subject were the University of São Paulo, with 21 (33,87%) studies and the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with 10 (16,12%) jobs. Prevailed qualitative research (56,45%). Humanization of Care, Care, Assessment and evaluation strategies in nursing care and health/safety of the worker: the following thematic categories were listed. Conclusion: The majority of research postgraduate in oncology focused in the Southeast, with masters programs the highest producers in recent years, highlighting the qualitative methodological approach to development

Avaliação no ensino remoto emergencial: uma análise de um instrumento de avaliação no formato digital/ Evaluation in the emergency remote teaching: analysis of an evaluative instrument in digital format

A avaliação é parte importante e formadora do processo de ensino-aprendizagem, desta forma o presente trabalho é fruto das indagações e reflexões a respeito da avaliação com ênfase no ensino remoto. Para tal foi feito um levantamento teórico sobre conceitos essenciais relacionados a avaliação. No contexto da necessidade de isolamento social causado pela Covid-19, o ensino remoto emergencial foi um caminho de muitos desafios e aprendizados para docentes e discentes. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa experimental e aplicada, com análise quantitativa e qualitativa dos dados obtidos na utilização dos Formulários Google, que foi o instrumento de avaliação escolhido para culminância de um projeto de sequência didática. Os resultados indicam que a avaliação deve ser realizada durante todo o processo de ensino e aprendizagem e que deve ser considerado o desempenho do estudante neste processo. A pesquisa também indica as vantagens e desvantagens do uso de instrumentos de avaliação digital no ensino remoto emergencial.

Desafio da inclusão: algumas reflexões entre o público e o privado

This final project aimed to perform a brief comparative study between the conditions for inclusion on the public network and private network of the municipality of Bayeux. The survey results revealed that there is a visible weakening for the formation and training of teachers and that this is reflected in the inclusion of pupils with special educational needs, in General, and with individuals target audience of special education, more sharply. In addition, another aspect to be considered concerns the lack of accessibility features, both in public school on private school, because despite the discrepancy that exists between the two education networks, we can realize that both have an inclusion still very precarious, disregarding much of what is advocated by the current legislation.O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso objetivou realizar um breve estudo comparativo entre as condições de inclusão na rede pública e na rede privada do município de Bayeux. Para tanto, fizemos uma revisão de literatura sobre o tema e realizamos a pesquisa de campo. Esta última ocorreu na Escola A, da rede privada e na Escola B (uma creche) da rede pública, tendo por sujeitos, 5 professores da escola A e 4 professores da Escola B. Para a coleta de dados, utilizamos os instrumentos de observação com registro e aplicação de questionários com os professores das respectivas escolas. Os resultados da pesquisa nos revelaram que existe um enfraquecimento visível referente à formação e capacitação dos docentes e que essa se reflete na inclusão dos alunos com necessidades educativas especiais, de modo geral, e com os indivíduos público alvo da educação especial, mais acentuadamente. Além disso, outro aspecto a ser considerado diz respeito à inexistência de recursos de acessibilidade, tanto na escola pública como na escola privada, pois apesar da discrepância que existe entre as duas redes de ensino, podemos perceber que ambas possuem uma inclusão ainda muito precária, descumprindo muito do que é defendido pela legislação vigente

O lúdico como estratégia no cuidado à criança com câncer

Objetivos: Compreender a influência do lúdico para o processo de cuidar, na percepção de crianças com câncer.Método: Estudo qualitativo, exploratório descritivo, realizado em um setor de oncopediatria em Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brasil. Os dados foram coletados entre os meses de outubro de 2013 e janeiro de 2014, por meio de registros fotográficos e entrevista semiestruturada, com oito crianças, e analisados conforme a Análise de Conteúdo, destacando-se duas categorias de discussão: Os instrumentos auxiliares na ludicidade; e A influência do lúdico no processo de cuidar.Resultados: As atividades lúdicas envolvem o assistir à televisão, o uso de computadores, os jogos e os brinquedos, a realização de desenhos, a brinquedoteca e o palhaço, os quais proporcionam diversão, sentimentos de alegria, distração e interação com outras pessoas.Conclusão: Existem diversas atividades, no hospital, entendidas como lúdicas, todas as quais, para a criança, proporcionam benefícios para o seu processo de cuidar

Processo de enfermagem aplicado ao paciente com tetralogia de Fallot

Objetivo: Descrever os passos do processo de enfermagem aplicado ao paciente portador de tetralogia de Fallot, fundamentado na NANDA-I, Nursing Interventions Classification (NIC) e Nursing Outcomes Classification (NOC). Método: Trata-se de um caso clínico desenvolvido em um hospital universitário localizado no nordeste brasileiro. Ressalta-se que este estudo foi apreciado pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, que o aprovou com número de Certificado de Apresentação para Apreciação Ética: 07614812.6.0000.5537. Resultados: Entre os quatro diagnósticos de enfermagem identificados, elencou-se um prioritário, o qual foi intolerância a atividade. O resultado, nível de atividade e de fadiga moderadamente comprometido, e as intervenções correspondiam a cuidados cardíacos: fase aguda. Conclusão: Após a execução do plano de cuidados, observou-se que as ações implementadas contribuíram consideravelmente para a melhora do estado de saúde da paciente, de forma a colaborar para o aumento da autoconfiança e independência da mesma, apesar das limitações inerentes à própria doença.Objetivo: Describir los pasos del proceso de enfermería aplicado al paciente portador de tetralogía de Fallot, fundamentado en la NANDA-I, Nursing Interventions Classification (NIC) y Nursing Outcomes Classification (NOC). Patient safety in intravenous therapy in the intensive care unit

Objective: to identify the scientific evidence on Patient Safety (PS) in intravenous therapy in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Method: integrative review conducted in the Theses Database Higher Education Personnel Improvement Coordination (CAPES) and the WHO Collaborating Centre for Quality of Care and Patient Safety (PROQUALIS) portal. Results: there were 21 productions, seven studies cited to intravenous therapy. The studies, categorized into levels of evidence 1, 2 and 7, include structural, materials and professional performance of the steps of prescription, dispensing, preparation and administration of medications aspects. The productions have low levels of evidence, and therefore do not exhibit strong degree of recommendation. Conclusion: it is believed that the establishment and maintenance of PS in intravenous therapy in ICU greater investment is needed in research with higher levels of evidence and professional preparation to act as the recommended practices

Neuroticism, stress, and rumination in anxiety and depression of people with Vitiligo: An explanatory model

Psychological impacts of Vitiligo have been demonstrated, and associations of the skin disease with anxiety and depression disorders have already been shown. However, it is still unclear the role of individuals’ personality factors, such as neuroticism, stress, and rumination, as well as sociodemographic characteristics of people with Vitiligo in such disorders. We conducted a study in a community sample of individuals with Vitiligo (N = 324) aiming to test the hypothesis that neuroticism, stress, and rumination are subjacent to these individuals’ anxiety and depression symptomatology. We also explored whether individuals’ gender might favor the onset or wors- ening of the psychological consequences of such disorders. Results showed that the relationship between neuroticism, anxiety and depression was mediated by stress and rumination (brooding), being this effect moderated by the participants’ gender. Specifically, women’s reflection and stress seemed to be important mechanisms to predict their anxiety and depression symptoms, whereas brooding predicts such disorders’ symptomatology in men with Vitiligo. These findings may guide future research and clinical interventions for this population, for which it is necessary to consider the psychological consequences of the disease and not just its physiological aspects.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio
