Selection method of the project management methodology and its application
The task of selecting the methodology for managing a specific project is analyzed. The method, consisting of 2 stages, is suggested. At the first stage a project manager has to fill out a questionnaire. Based on the obtained results, a corresponding project management methodology is suggested. The second stage is devoted to evaluation of the work content of managing the project with the methodologies under study, the cost and risks of their application. Solution for the three-criterial optimization problem of selecting a methodology is suggested. An example of application of the method for selecting the methodology is provided for managing an IT project
Interaction synergetics mining with rock massif
Purpose. To find out the physical essence of the phenomenon of zonal disintegration of rocks around underground workings.
Methods. The main types of research adopted a synergistic methodological search and analysis of open thermodynamic systems in a unbalanced condition.
Findings. The physical essence of the phenomenon of zonal disintegration of rocks around underground workings as a phenomenon of zonal encapsulation by an array of underground workings is detected. The processes of formation of energy fields during the formation of protective capsules around underground workings are described. The principal approaches to the management of natural factors and the procedure for their use in underground mining technologies are proposed.
Originality. Underground digging call forth sine wave oscillations in energy gradients, forming a safety relief, which consists of a system of ring energy zones, the number of which increases with increasing depth and decreasing rock strength.
Practical implications. The deployment of the physical essence of zonal ensheath by an array of underground diggings made it possible to create prerequisites for describing the processes and using the laws that form this phenomenal phenomenon
Stress-strain state of the mine massif around the chambers of the second stage of mining
A stress-strain state of the rock mass around the chambers of the second stage of mining was analyzed with the help of thermodynamic method. This study is the question of the day as the ore reserves in the chambers of the second stage of mining are, as a rule, extracted being surrounded by the filling mass, and due to this the highest rates of the ore losses and contamination with the filling mass are observed. In connection with this, the study of the stress-strained state of the filling mass and establishment of a method for improving the massif stability presents a great interest today. A calculation scheme for modeling thermodynamic processes in the rock mass around the chambers was developed with the purpose to study the stress field and determine principles of radial stress changing in the filling mass of the surrounding chamber. A chamber in the layer at the depth of 740-840 m was simulated with the following average geotechnical conditions: depth of the extraction chamber, angle of the deposit depression, horizontal thickness of deposit, rock strength in the hanging layer against uniaxial compression, rock strength in the bottom layer against uniaxial compression, and stowing strength against uniaxial compression. The study determined areas with tensile stress in the rocks of the bottom layer, ore mass and filling mass, and their parameters (size, maximum tension) and formulated empirical equations for the dependences between radial tensions and distance to the chambers L of the second stage of mining. The areas of destructive deformation and their dimensions in the stowing mass around the chambers of the second stage of mining at the level 740-840 m were established. Maximum values are defined for the stresses acting in the stowing mass which, exceeding the ultimate strength, cause the mass failure into the space of the chamber of the second stage. In order to prevent the stowing mass failure it is recommended to make a consolidating layer of the solid stowing at the 2/3 height of the chamber in order to resist the high tensile stresses and to ensure the mass stability
Complex application of certain micronatrients in men with androgen deficiency and pathosprimes
A complex approach was made for the deactivation of deuterine micronutrients, which include antioxidant and metabolic metabolism, in individuals with androgen deficiency and idiopathic pathospermia. It has been shown that is using the complex preparation Β«FEROLLΒ» for 60 days leads to increase the parameters of the spermogram to normal values on the background of normal androgen levels of blood in these patients
TO THE QUESTION OF THE VOLTAGE STABILITY ENSURING FOR COMPLEX MONITORING SYSTEMS OF METALβS STATUS
The paper considers one of the tasks that need to be solved when developing complex monitoring systems of metalβs status, which is to ensure the stability of the supply voltage, and the results of compensatory voltage stabilizer development are given. The analysis results of the adopted circuit solutions correctness are shown and the conformity of the stabilized power supply parameters to the given conditions is proved. The paper considers one of the tasks that need to be solved when developing complex monitoring systems of metalβs status, which is to ensure the stability of the supply voltage, and the results of compensatory voltage stabilizer development are given. Aim. To study experimentally the hypolipidemic properties of Ginger extract against the background of type 2 diabetes.Materials and methods. The study of the hypolipidemic properties of Ginger extract was performed by the lipid metabolism indices on the model of type 2 diabetes induced by dexamethasone in rats aged 18 months. Results and discussion. Experimental type 2 diabetes was accompanied with disorder of the lipid metabolism, it was confirmed by the increase of the content triacylglycerides, atherogenic apoB-lipoproteins with simultaneous reduction of high-density lipoproteins and increased release of free fatty acids from the adipose tissue. Under the effect of Ginger extract in the doses of 50 and 80 mg/kg the level of free fatty acids in the blood serum decreased by 38.4 % and 38.9 %, probably due to correction of insulin resistance manifestations and preservation of the insulin control effect on lipolysis. The reliable inhibition of hypertriacylglycerolemia severity by Ginger extract in the dose of 80 mg/kg by 35.1% correlated with a decrease of apoB-LP production in the liver, and it indicated correction of diabetic dyslipidemia. At the same time, the level of the antiatherogenic fraction β high-density lipoproteins β significantly increased by 26.1 and 29.5 % under the effect of the extract in the doses of 50 and 80 mg/kg, respectively, compared to the values of animals of the control pathology. Ginger extract in the dose of 80 mg/kg showed a more expressive ability to normalize the lipid metabolism at the level of the reference drug β βArphasetinβ herbal medicinal product.Conclusions. Introduction of Ginger extract for 14 days in the doses of 50 and 80 mg/kg on the model of typeΒ 2 diabetes induced by dexamethasone was accompanied with a reliable normalization of the lipid metabolism. The use of Ginger extract in the dose of 80 mg/kg is most pronounced at the level of the reference drug β βArphasetinβ herbal medicinal product, corrected the pathological changes in the lipid metabolism characteristic for type 2 diabetes. It allows making a conclusion concerning the feasibility of further studies of the extract exactly in this dose and the prospects of its use as an antiatherogenic drug in the complex treatment of type 2 diabetes.Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ β ΡΠΊΡΠΏΠ΅ΡΠΈΠΌΠ΅Π½ΡΠ°Π»ΡΠ½ΠΎΠ΅ ΠΈΡΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΠ΅ Π³ΠΈΠΏΠΎΠ»ΠΈΠΏΠΈΠ΄Π΅ΠΌΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈΡ
