    Transformer power is a very important piece of equipment for the distribution of electrical power so that the need for protection to work remains a reliable. Protection system is a form of protection on electrical equipment to avoid damage to the equipment as well as maintaining the stability of the electric power distribution. Protection equipment used one that is relay differential. The function of the differential that is relay secure transformer short circuit of the disorder that occurs in the internal. Differential relay is a relay which is a work based on the difference of the current through the security area. The right setting of differential relay on very influential towards works of a good protection system. The methods used to determine the differential that is relay settings by getting secondary data by doing research on Substation Wonogiri and looking for a journal reference in accordance with the research conducted. Further processed data obtained by the calculation manually. Calculations performed in the form of currrent value ratio transformer (CT), the calculation of parameters in case of differential rele without interruption, followed by the calculation of the value of the parameter differential rele occur the presence of interference. The results of the CT ratio values obtained at the side of the 150kV namely 300:1 and on the side of 20kV namely 2000:1. Differential current acquired for 0, 16A obtained from the difference between the value of the secondary flow on the current transformer (CT) of 1, 33A on side 1, and 49A 150kV on the side of 20kV.     Pregnancy Loss and Maternal Methemoglobin Levels: An Indirect Explanation of the Association of Environmental Toxics and Their Adverse Effects on the Mother and the Fetus

    The aim of this epidemiologic study was to point out a relationship between the exposure to products of coal combustion, and complications in pregnancy where one third of causes of stillbirth are still unknown. In the town of Labin (Croatia) a coal-powered thermoelectric power plant is the single major air polluter. We compared the records of miscarriages, premature births and stillbirths in two periods: the control and the exposure period. Data on reproductive loss was based on the records of pregnant women visiting for regular monthly pregnancy checkups. At the time of the epidemiological prospective study, 260 women (n = 138 in the clean period and n = 122 in the dirty period) were considered representative. The data were processed using Chi square and correlation tests. The frequencies of miscarriages and stillbirths were significantly lower in the control than in the exposure period (p < 0.05). Methemoglobinemia and stillbirths recorded over the “exposure” period are significantly higher than in the “control” period (p = 0.0205). The level of methemoglobin in the bloodstream is an worthy biomarker, predictor and precursor of environmental toxics’ adverse effects on the mother and fetus, and can indirectly explain the unrecognized level of fetal methemoglobin. Methemoglobin and heme, having prooxidant properties, also cause the early and late endothelial dysfunction of vital organs. Despite our retrospective epidemiological study findings, we emphasize that the rate of reproductive loss represents a hypothetical risk, which needs to be confirmed with further fetal clinical and anatomopatholgical researches about the effects of methemoglobin catabolism products on the fetal CNS

The components of the physical condition under study include : speed,explosive power,flexibility,heart lunge resistance,abdominal muscle endurance. The type of the research is quantitive descriptive research. The reasearch method used survey method with testing and measurements technique. Subject in this study were athletes of men’s volleyball athletes of east java in Multi Event National Sport Championship 2016. Instrument used consisted of 5 items test. Which is a speed test 20 meter run, explosive power,flexibility,heart lunge resistance,abdominal muscle endurance. Data evaluation using quantitive descriptive statistic which poured in the form of percentage. Here are the average speed is 3,00 second and is in the moderate category, explosive power is average 1688,33 watts and is in the moderate category, flexibility is average 20,1 cm and is in the moderate category, arm muscle endurance obtained an average 9,083 repetition and are in the moderate category. And from the results evaluation analysis with calculation the average value of physical condition of east java men’s volleyball team is 65 and is in the moderate category. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengujian dan pengukuran. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet atlet bola voli putra jawa timur di Pekan Olahraga Nasional tahun 2016. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari 5 item tes. Yaitu tes kecepatan lari 20 meter, daya ledak, kelenturan, multi fitness tes, daya tahan otot perut. Evaluasi data menggunakan statistik deskriptif kuantitatif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase. Berikut adalah kecepatan rata-rata 3,00 detik dan dalam kategori sedang, daya ledak rata-rata 1688,33 watt dan dalam kategori sedang, fleksibilitas rata-rata 20,1 cm dan dalam kategori sedang, daya tahan otot lengan yang diperoleh rata-rata 9.083 pengulangan dan berada dalam kategori sedang. Dan dari hasil analisis evaluasi dengan perhitungan nilai rata-rata kondisi fisik tim voli putra Jawa Timur adalah 65 dan berada pada kategori sedang.
