Aproximació a l’educació a Eivissa i Formentera

Aquest treball pretén fer conèixer alguns trets característics del sistema educatiu de les illes d’Eivissa i Formentera. Es basa en informacions recollides de primera mà i s’han tancat les dades a 30 d’abril. Com que es disposava d’un document elaborat el curs 1997-98, moment en el qual es va fer efectiu el traspàs de competències en matèria d’educació a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, s’ha considerat oportú prendre’l com a punt de referència per a l’anàlisi comparativa en alguns dels indicadors analitzats.Este trabajo pretende dar a conocer alguna de las características del sistema educativo de las islas de Ibiza y Formentera. A LIGHTWEIGHT UAV-BASED LASER SCANNING SYSTEM FOR FOREST APPLICATION

Lightweight Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) have become a cost effective alternative for studies which use aerial Remote Sensing with high temporal frequency requirements for small areas. Laser scanner devices are widely used for rapid tridimensional data acquisition, mainly as a complementary data source to photogrammetric surveying. Recent studies using laser scanner systems onboard UAVs for forestry inventory and mapping applications have presented encouraging results. This work describes the development and accuracy assessment of a low cost mapping platform composed by an Ibeo Lux scanner, a GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) antenna, an Inertial Navigation System Novatel Span-IGM-S1, integrating a GNSS receiver and an IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit), a Raspberry PI portable computer and an octopter UAV. The system was assessed in aerial mode using an UAV octopter developed by SensorMap Company. The resulting point density in a plot with trees concentration was also evaluated. The point density of this device is lower than conventional Airborne Laser Systems but the results showed that altimetric accuracy with this system is around 30 cm, which is acceptable for forest applications. The main advantages of this system are their low weight and low cost, which make it attractive for several applications

Quality and Shelf-Life Stability of Pork Meat Fillets Packaged in Multilayer Polylactide Films

[EN] In the present study, the effectiveness of a multilayer film of polylactide (PLA), fully bio-based and compostable, was ascertained to develop a novel sustainable packaging solution for the preservation of fresh pork meat. To this end, the multilayer PLA films were first characterized in terms of their thermal characteristics, structure, mechanical performance, permeance to water and aroma vapors and oxygen, and optical properties and, for the first time, compared with two commercial high-barrier multilayer packaging films. Thereafter, the multilayers were thermosealed to package fillets of fresh pork meat and the physicochemical changes, lipid oxidation levels, and microbiological counts were monitored in the food samples during storage under refrigeration conditions. Results showed that the meat fillets packaged in PLA developed a redder color and showed certain indications of dehydration and oxidation, being more noticeably after 11 days of storage, due to the higher water vapor and oxygen permeance values of the biopolymer multilayer. However, the pH changes and bacterial growth in the cold-stored fresh pork meat samples were minimal and very similar in the three tested multilayer films, successfully accomplishing the requirements of the food quality and safety standards at the end of storage.This research was funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation (MICI), grant number PID2019-105207RB-I00. Esta pesquisa traz um olhar das estruturas e do poder que exerceram as enfermeiras, dentro das instituições hospitalares por manter a hegemonia, utilizando-­‐se a teoria de pensamento estratégico conceitualizada como um pensamento sobre o poder, em particular sobre as formas do uso do poder (Testa, 1995Objetivo: descrever as circunstâncias que levaram às enfermeiras à gerência de hospitais públicos, e discutir as diferentes posições políticas dos integrantes da equipe de saúde no processo de gestão das diretoras-­‐enfermeiras. Método: estudo de caso, com base na Teoria de Pensamento Estratégico. Para análise utilizou-­‐se a matriz de categorias e explanação concorrente simples destes casos. Resultados: as categorias apreendidas foram função de direção na percepção das enfermeiras, atuações dos médicos diante do desenvolvimento dos fatos e da visão dos dirigentes. Estas verificaram que a base política é o fator essencial para o exercício da gerência e do sucesso que tiveram as enfermeiras durante a gestão hospitalar. Conclusão: deve-­‐se valorizar o poder que têm pelo quantitativo de sua categoria, desenvolver alianças e coligações políticas com outros setores, uma vez que as enfermeiras em sua prática profissional detêm o controle do processo operativo

La obesidad ha alcanzado proporciones epidémicas a nivel mundial, y cada año mueren, como mínimo, 2,8 millones de personas a causa de la obesidad o sobrepeso. Aunque anteriormente se consideraba un problema confinado a los países de altos ingresos, en la actualidad la obesidad también es prevalente en los países de ingresos bajos y medianos. En los últimos 30 años la obesidad surgió como un importante problema de salud pública a nivel mundial. La Organización Mundial de la Salud utilizó la denominación "epidemia global" para describir este fenómeno

Diseño de una ruta de transición del restaurante la parrillada de pablo campestre a un centro de eventos sociales

Teniendo en cuenta que el Restaurante La Parrillada de Pablo Campestre presta excelentes servicios protocolarios de comidas y tiene amplio reconocimiento en la ciudad, ante éste escenario, surge la necesidad de efectuar cambios en la organización que le permitan posicionarse y expandir el mercado a nivel local y buscar mejoras constantes que favorezcan el crecimiento organizacional en sus actividades comerciales. Es por esto que en el presente trabajo de pasantía se diseñó, la ruta de transición del Restaurante La Parrillada de Pablo Campestre a un Centro de Eventos Sociales en la ciudad de Popayán y para cumplir con este objetivo se plasmaron actividades que permitieron afianzar y demostrar los conocimientos profesionales adquiridos en el transcurso del programa académico en Administración de Empresas de la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia - UNAD, de igual manera, se transmitieron y relacionaron con la gerencia del establecimiento, con el fin de diagnosticar el estado actual y así mismo, poder mostrar estrategias de cambio que se pueden efectuar para dar respuesta asertiva a los servicios demandados por los clientes en torno a la atención de eventos sociales.Taking into account that the Restaurant La Parrillada de Pablo Campestre provides excellent protocol services of meals and has wide recognition in the city, before this scenario, arises the need to make changes in the organization that allow it to position and expand the market at the local level and seek constant improvements that favor organizational growth in its commercial activities. Under this knowledge it is importantly understood that creating an app is a work that requires significant amounts of time and attention. Something that in a fast pace world like this can be considered a luxury.Nevertheless, the opportunity to offer something different to a specific target of users, who enjoy gaming options, is an interesting and worthwhile challenge to be taken

Percepção de um grupo de homens acerca da Diabetes Mellitus: contribuições para a enfermagem

Artículo que muestra el papel del hombre en relación con el binomio salud-enfermedad ha sido poco estudiado; en este sentido, la percepción puede ser un referente para su cuidado científico de enfermería.The aim was to understand how men in the State of Mexico perceive diabetes. An ethnographic study based on in-depth interviews with 15 men with diabetes who participate in an exercise program, in a municipality in Mexico. For a period of eleven months, the main researcher remained in contact with this community of men who belong to a support group. Content analysis was performed to group data into categories. The men expressed that in their daily lives the disease gave rise to different feelings, such as fear, anxiety, anger and sadness. These perceptions help nurses to understand the social and cultural world, comprised of beliefs, actions and interactions. The field of nursing is in need of new paradigms to provide an epistemic foundation for the care of these men living with diabetes.Sin patrcinado
