This work analyzed the effect of the enriched culture media on the acrosomal integrity in bovine spermatozoa kept under refrigeration conditions. Likewise, this study was complemented by the analysis of motility and sperm morphology. The preservation of bovine genetic material represents great economic and social importance within the livestock sector and determining the acrosomal integrity of postmortem bovine sperm, provides basic information for subsequent studies related to the preservation of the germline in this species or other endangered species...En este trabajo se analizó el efecto de medios de cultivo enriquecidos sobre la integridad acrosomal espermática de bovinos mantenidos bajo condiciones de refrigeración. De igual manera, este estudio se complementó con el análisis de la motilidad y morfología espermática. La preservación del material genético bovino representa una gran importancia económica y social dentro del sector pecuario y determinar la integridad acrosomal espermática bovina postmortem, provee información básica para posteriores estudios relacionados a la preservación de la línea germinal en esta especie o en otras especies que se encuentren en peligro de extinción..

Análisis de contenido de las noticias en la sección de espectáculos de los periódicos Mi Chero y Más, desde el mensaje, para determinar la existencia de estereotipos de género durante el período del 1 de abril al 1 de mayo 2019.

Hacer una crítica a la producción de mensajes dentro de la sección de espectáculos de los periódicos “Mi chero” y “Más”, basada en la lectura de la sección antes mencionada se identificó el manejo de forma estereotipada del lenguaje hacia la mujer. Con ello se determinaron y categorizaron los diferentes estereotipos que ambos presentan en sus notas periodísticas. A partir del tema de investigación “Análisis de contenido de las noticias en la sección de espectáculos de los periódicos Mi Chero y Más, desde el mensaje para determinar la existencia de estereotipos de género durante el periodo del 1 de abril al 1 de mayo 2019”; realizamos un análisis en los mensajes de entretenimiento de dichos periódicos; los cuales merecen una importante crítica recurrente por la influencia que generan en los lectores, ya que se ha encontrado el uso de la figura de la mujer como objeto sexual dentro de sus notas periodísticas. Asimismo, con este estudio se hace una propuesta crítica sobre la producción de los mensajes y el lenguaje utilizado por los mismos periodistas y redactores hacia sus lectores. Thermally stable gold(III) alkene and alkyne complexes: Synthesis, structures, and assessment of the trans‐influence on gold‐ligand bond enthalpies

The reaction of [C^C)Au(OEt2)2]+ with 1,5‐cyclooctadiene or norbornadiene affords the corresponding olefin complexes [(C^C)Au(COD)]SbF6 and [(C^C)Au(NBD)]SbF6, which are thermally stable in solution and the solid state (C^C = 4,4′‐di‐t‐butylbiphenyl‐2,2′‐diyl). The crystal structures of these complexes have been determined. By contrast, dienones such as dibenzylideneacetone are O‐ rather than C=C‐bonded. The reactions of (C^C)Au(OAcF)(L) (L = PMe3 or CNxyl) with B(C6F5)3 in the presence of bis(1‐adamantyl)acetylene give the mixed‐ligand alkyne complexes [(C^C)Au(AdC≡CAd)(L)]+, the first complexes of their type in gold chemistry. In the presence of an excess of acetylene these compounds are thermally stable in solution and as solids. The bonding of n‐ and π‐donor ligands to Au(III) fragments and the effect of the trans influence exerted by N‐ and C‐donors was explored with the aid of DFT calculations. Results show that the Au‐L bond enthalpies trans to anionic C are 35 ‐ 60% of the enthalpies trans to N, with strong π‐acceptors being particularly affected. In comparison with [Me2Au]+, the [(C^C)Au]+ fragment is more polar and in bond enthalpy terms resembles Me2Pt

Reductive Elimination Leading to C-C Bond Formation in Gold(III) Complexes: A Mechanistic and Computational Study

The factors affecting the rates of reductive C-C cross-coupling reactions in gold(III) aryls were studied using complexes that allow easy access to a series of electronically modified aryl ligands, as well as to gold methyl and vinyl complexes, using the pincer compounds (C^N^C)AuR (R = C6F5, CH=CMe2, Me and p-C6H4X, where X = OMe, F, H, But, Cl, CF3, or NO2) as starting materials (C^N^C = 2,6-(4′-ButC6H3)2pyridine dianion). Protodeauration followed by addition of 1 equiv. SMe2 leads to the quantitative generation of the thioether complexes [(C^N-CH)AuR(SMe2)]+. Upon addition of a second SMe2 pyridine is displaced, which triggers reductive aryl-R elimination. The rates for these cross-couplings increase in the sequence k(vinyl) > k(aryl) >> k(C6F5) > k(Me). Vinyl-aryl coupling is particularly fast, 1.15 × 10–3 L mol–1 s–1 at 221 K, while both C6F5 and Me couplings encountered higher barriers for the C-C bond forming step. Using P(p-tol)3 in place of SMe2 greatly accelerates C–C couplings. Computational modelling shows that in the C^N bonded compounds displacement of N by a donor L is required before the aryl ligands can adopt a conformation suitable for C-C bond formation, so that elimination takes place from a four-coordinate intermediate. C-C bond formation is rate limiting. In the non-chelating case, reductive C(sp2)-C(sp2) elimination from three-coordinate cations [(Ar1)(Ar2)AuL]+ is almost barrierless, particularly if L = phosphine

A secure authentication and key agreement scheme with dynamic management for vehicular networks

The development of 5G communication, big data technology and intelligent transportation system has driven the rapid development of vehicle network (VANET). However, with the rapid development of vehicle networks, it will be invaded by various security problems, such as privacy disclosure, session key security, forward security, etc. To eliminate the security threats faced by the vehicle network and ensure privacy and secure communication between vehicles and roadside units(RSU), it is necessary to introduce a secure, reliable, and efficient authentication key agreement scheme. Therefore, based on the principle of challenge authentication handshake protocol, we propose a novel security authentication and key agreement scheme for the vehicle networks. The scheme meets mutual authentication, and is the session key of communication protocol between vehicle and roadside unit to resist common attacks. In addition, compared with other schemes, our scheme has the advantage that we can flexibly set time keys to constrain vehicle behaviour and achieve dynamic vehicle management. We also give a formal security proof of the scheme under the random oracle model (ROM). Finally, the efficiency of the protocol is evaluated, and the computing and communication overhead of our scheme is about 35% lower than that of the existing scheme. So, our scheme is more practical
