V Televisión, nacimiento de un canal autonómico privado en Galicia. Análisis de sus formatos informativos

The private regional channel of Galicia, V Televisión, start broadcasting in May 2010 from the hand of Grupo Voz. In this paper we analyze their information formats in order to determine their capacity to adapt to new audiovisual landscape. The goal is to see why failed the initial channel idea arise mainly as a being informative, and how they have managed to capture a specific audience centralizing most of its resources on a program of analysis and discussion (Vía V) and with an effective strategy on Internet and social networks.El canal autonómico privado de Galicia, V Televisión, comienza su emisión en mayo del 2010 de la mano del Grupo Voz. En este trabajo se analizan sus formatos informativos con el fin de conocer su capacidad de adaptación al nuevo panorama audiovisual. El objetivo es comprobar por qué fracasó la idea inicial del canal de surgir como un ente principalmente informativo, y en qué medida han conseguido captar a un público específico centralizando la mayor parte de sus recursos en un programa de análisis y debate (Vía V) y con una estrategia efectiva en internet y en las redes sociales

Influencia de las estrategias promocionales en el comportamiento del consumidor, en la Empresa Telecable Matagalpa, de la ciudad de Matagalpa, Año 2016

En el presente trabajo se realizó un estudio sobre las influencias de estrategias promocionales y el comportamiento del consumidor en la empresa Telecable en el año 2016. La presente investigación tuvo como propósito analizar la influencia de las estrategias promocionales en el comportamiento del consumidor. Este trabajo investigativo es importante porque por medio de las diferentes estrategias promocionales la empresa persuade al cliente para que conozca y adquiera el producto o servicio, así mismo estudia al consumidor por medio de la toma de decisión de compra. El presente trabajo tuvo como universo de estudio la cantidad de habitantes del municipio de Matagalpa, así mismo para la población se tomó como referencia los clientes que utilizan el servicio de Telecable, del cual este utilizamos para el logro de obtención de la muestra. Este último dato lo utilizamos como punto de partida para saber cuántas encuestas aplicamos. Así mismo se logro identificar que la empresa Telecable Matagalpa, cuenta con estrategias promocionales para poder llegar adquirir nuevos clientes, reforzando sus estrategias y tener claramente definidos los objetivos y alcanzar las metas establecida

La Resiliencia y el graffiti como una oportunidad de auto recuperación en los estudiantes del programa volver a la escuela “procesos básicos”

Existen condiciones adversas en los estudiantes lo que se pueden proyectar como personas inseguras, con necesidades insatisfechas, bajos niveles de escolaridad, relaciones interpersonales inapropiadas, baja autoestima, sin un horizonte definido. Además se evidencia que los jóvenes están conectados a las redes sociales utilizando diferentes medios electrónicos que le brinda la tecnología durante largos periodos de tiempo generando en ellos ansiedad, aislamiento, inseguridad, reacciones de poca expresión y poco afectividad, entre otras; la utilización del tiempo de esa manera inadecuada obedece a un mecanismo de escape frente a problemas que se le presentan en el contexto donde viven. Es conveniente realizar una intervención a nivel educativo que ayude a los estudiantes a formarse y proyectarse para el futuro. Presentamos una experiencia de investigación–acción realizada con el alumnado que cursa el título de Grado en Educación Infantil a los que, aprovechando el periodo de practicum en los centros escolares donde se realiza una observación del lenguaje del alumnado de tres, cuatro y cinco años, les hemos propuesto la recogida de todas aquellas palabras que no se ajustan a la norma del léxico de la lengua castellana. Posteriormente realizaron un análisis y categorización de las palabras construidas y una reflexión que les permitirá en el futuro entender a su alumnado y aplicar lo aprendido en esta experiencia cuando se conviertan en responsables de una clase. Finalmente y tal como se expresa en los objetivos con la realización del estudio de las producciones lingüísticas se pone de manifiesto la relación de la teoría y la práctica y con ello adquieren las competencias expresadas en el título relacionadas con saber y saber hacer.We are presenting an action and research experience with students of Early Chilhood Education Degree. Taking advantage of the practicum period in schools— when language of children aged 3, 4 and 5 years old are observed, we have proposed to the future teachers to collect all the words that do not conform the standard vocabulary of the Spanish language. Subsequently, we proposed them to carry out an analysis and categorization of the constructed words and then a reflection that will allow them in the future to understand their students and put into practice what they have learnt in this experience. Finally, as it is indicated in the aims, along with the performance of this study of the linguistic produccions, it is manifested the correlation between theory and practice, acquiring the abilities expressed in the title, related to skills and know-how (savoir faire) and ability to learn (savoir apprendre).peerReviewe

Higher education is undergoing a great transformation due to the technological development in which we are immersed, and these continuous changes have shown the need to keep us updated permanently, thus adopting the idea of ​​life-long learning. Each person and each professional has a wide and diverse range of possibilities to be trained and to learn, which requires individuals to take more and more control over their own learning process. The concept of learning ecologies provides a framework of analysis to know how we learn, and what contexts and/or elements we use to train ourselves, in order to provide us with new learning opportunities. Being aware of the elements and / or contexts that make up our learning ecologies can be a very useful strategy to help us update ourselves in a self-directed and effective way. This has led us to carry out a bibliographic study aimed at identifying some of the aspects that characterize the new ways in which we learn, which will allow us to understand the role that the university should play in today’s society.[Resumen] La inmersión de la sociedad en la era digital ha influido de manera decisiva en las formas de comportarse de las personas, en el ámbito del trabajo, de la economía, del entretenimiento y de la enseñanza. La educación superior está sufriendo una gran transformación debido al desarrollo tecnológico en el que estamos sumergidos, y esos continuos cambios han evidenciado la necesidad de mantenernos actualizados de forma permanente, adoptando así la idea de aprendizaje a lo largo de la vida. Cada persona tiene un abanico de posibilidades, amplio y diverso para formarse y para aprender, lo que exige a los individuos tomar cada vez más el control de su propio proceso de aprendizaje. El concepto de ecologías de aprendizaje proporciona un marco de análisis para saber cómo aprendemos, y qué contextos y/o elementos empleamos para formarnos, con el fin de proporcionarnos nuevas oportunidades de aprendizaje. Ser conscientes de los elementos y/o contextos que configuran nuestras ecologías de aprendizaje puede ser una estrategia muy útil que nos ayude a actualizarnos de forma autodirigida y efectiva. Высшее образование претерпевает большие изменения в связи с технологическим развитием, в которое мы погружаемся, и эти непрерывные изменения показали необходимость постоянного обновления, тем самым принимая идею обучения на протяжении всей жизни. У каждого человека есть широкий и разнообразный спектр возможностей для обучения и познания, что требует от него все большего контроля над собственным процессом обучения. Концепция учебной экологии обеспечивает рамки для анализа того, как мы учимся и какие условия и/или элементы мы используем для обучения, с тем чтобы предоставить нам новые возможности для обучения. Знание элементов и/или контекстов, которые формируют нашу обучающую среду, может быть очень полезной стратегией, которая помогает нам обновлять себя самонаправленным и эффективным образом. Digital learning ecologies and professional development of university professors

This study analyses the extent to which faculty use the technological resources that make up their Learning Ecologies to encourage their teacher professional development. The interest of this research is the growing impact of Learning Ecologies as a framework to examine the multiple learning opportunities provided by the complex digital landscape. Global data referred to the use of technological resources grouped in three dimensions (Access, Search and Information Management resources, Creation and Content Editing resources, and Interaction and Communication resources) has been identified. In addition, the influence of different variables such as gender, age, years of teaching experience and the branch of knowledge were also examined. The methodology used has been quantitative through a survey. The sample consisted of 1,652 faculty belonging to 50 Spanish universities. To meet the aim of the study, descriptive and inferential analysis (ANOVA) were carried out. On the one hand, it is noted a moderate use of technological resources for professional development and, on the other hand, significant differences are observed on all variables analysed. The results warn of the need to promote, both at individual and institutional level, more enriched Learning Ecologies, in such a way that each teacher can take better advantage of the learning opportunities, provided by the networked society
