144 P?ginasRecurso Electr?nicoUso pedag?gico del celular en el aula es un estudio cuyo prop?sito fue estimar la tenencia de tel?fonos celulares por parte de estudiantes y profesores de la Instituci?n Educativa T?cnica Francisco Manzanera Henr?quez de la ciudad de Girardot, as? como caracterizar sus procesos de interacci?n social y de interactividad con la informaci?n. Para ello, se seleccion? una muestra al azar con 47.83% del total de estudiantes y 37.5% del total de profesores a quienes se les aplic? una encuesta para recuperar informaci?n sobre tales aspectos. Los hallazgos muestran que 64.7% de los estudiantes y 72.2% de los profesores cuentan con un tel?fono celular del tipo smartphone. Respecto a la interacci?n social, los estudiantes se?alaron las actividades para llegar a acuerdos, para organizar tareas y para aclarar aspectos escolares como las principales; mientras que los profesores utilizan dicho dispositivo para comunicarse con colegas o para acordar actividades con los estudiantes. Respecto a la interactividad con informaci?n, tanto estudiantes como profesores se?alaron la b?squeda y recuperaci?n como las principales actividades escolares realizadas desde su tel?fono celular. Se vislumbra un escenario id?neo para propiciar eventos de ense?anza-aprendizaje con mediaci?n de tales dispositivos. Numerical simulation of dark lanes in post-flare supra-arcade

We integrate the MHD ideal equations to simulate dark void sunwardly moving structures in post--flare supra--arcades. We study the onset and evolution of the internal plasma instability to compare with observations and to gain insight into physical processes and characteristic parameters of these phenomena. The numerical approach uses a finite-volume Harten-Yee TVD scheme to integrate the 1D1/2 MHD equations specially designed to capture supersonic flow discontinuities. The integration is performed in both directions, the sunward radial one and the transverse to the magnetic field. For the first time, we numerically reproduce observational dark voids described in Verwichte et al. (2005). We show that the dark tracks are plasma vacuums generated by the bouncing and interfering of shocks and expansion waves, upstream an initial slow magnetoacoustic shock produced by a localized deposition of energy modeled with a pressure perturbation. The same pressure perturbation produces a transverse to the field or perpendicular magnetic shock giving rise to nonlinear waves that compose the kink--like plasma void structures, with the same functional sunward decreasing phase speed and constancy with height of the period, as those determined by the observations.Comment: Accepted MNRAS, 6 pages, 7 figure

Negociaci?n de bonos de reconocimiento en el mercado de valores peruano

Transcurridos 18 a?os de la creaci?n de los bonos de reconocimiento, que contienen un beneficio reconocido por el Estado a los trabajadores que optaron por trasladarse del Sistema Nacional de Pensiones (SNP) al Sistema Privado de Pensiones (SPP), nunca se dio la norma que autorizara su negociaci?n y hasta ahora no se ha transferido ninguno de estos t?tulos. El Estado ha venido pagando las obligaciones a trav?s de la Oficina de Normalizaci?n Previsional (ONP), pero los a?os de indecisi?n o burocracia han impedido que los tenedores de estos bonos puedan lograr beneficios mayores. Ante este panorama, es necesario revisar la normativa dada por las diferentes instituciones relacionadas con los bonos de reconocimiento y que ha generado algunas condiciones para la promulgaci?n en el futuro de una norma que sea la plataforma de lanzamiento de estos t?tulos en el mercado secundario de bonos. Some adults of Pseudimares aphrodite H. Asp?ck et U. Asp?ck, 2009 were observed and photographed while attracted by light in Southern Morocco, in August 2009 and 2011. Only the typus of this species, a male, was known previously from South Morocco too. Moreover the genus Pseudimares Kimmins, 1933 is perhaps the most enigmatic taxon among Neuroptera Myrmeleontidae. A Wavy Two-Dimensional Covalent Organic Framework from Core-Twisted Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons

A high degree of crystallinity is an essential aspect in two-dimensional covalent organic frameworks, as many properties depend strongly on the structural arrangement of the different layers and their constituents. We introduce herein a new design strategy based on core-twisted polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon as rigid nodes that give rise to a two-dimensional covalent organic framework with a wavy honeycomb (chairlike) lattice. The concave–convex self-complementarity of the wavy two-dimensional lattice guides the stacking of framework layers into a highly stable and ordered covalent organic framework that allows a full 3D analysis by transmission electron microscopy revealing its chairlike honeycomb facets and aligned mesoporous channels. Remarkably, the waviness of the framework does not disrupt the interlayer π–π stacking that shows charge transporting properties similar to those of planar covalent organic frameworks. Deciphering the folding kinetics of transmembrane helical proteins

Nearly a quarter of genomic sequences and almost half of all receptors that are likely to be targets for drug design are integral membrane proteins. Understanding the detailed mechanisms of the folding of membrane proteins is a largely unsolved, key problem in structural biology. Here, we introduce a general model and use computer simulations to study the equilibrium properties and the folding kinetics of a $C_{\alpha}$-based two helix bundle fragment (comprised of 66 amino-acids) of Bacteriorhodopsin. Various intermediates are identified and their free energy are calculated toghether with the free energy barrier between them. In 40% of folding trajectories, the folding rate is considerably increased by the presence of non-obligatory intermediates acting as traps. In all cases, a substantial portion of the helices is rapidly formed. This initial stage is followed by a long period of consolidation of the helices accompanied by their correct packing within the membrane. Our results provide the framework for understanding the variety of folding pathways of helical transmembrane proteins

An?lisis del impacto de la acci?n siete del plan de acci?n BEPS de la OCDE en el concepto de establecimiento permanente en la legislaci?n peruana

Las empresas, para obtener mayores utilidades netas, buscan reducir su carga impositiva y utilizan estructuras corporativas generando la erosi?n de la base imponible y el traslado de beneficios fuera del pa?s de la fuente. En respuesta a ello, la Organizaci?n para la Cooperaci?n y el Desarrollo Econ?mico (OCDE), cre? el Proyecto BEPS (Base erosion and profit shifting), el mismo que consta de 15 acciones. La Acci?n 7, tiene como objetivo impedir la elusi?n artificiosa del estatuto de Establecimiento Permanente. Para el Per? este Proyecto es importante porque tiene un v?nculo con la OCDE desde el a?o 2014, con la firma del ?Programa Pa?s?. Este trabajo de investigaci?n, expone el posible impacto de las recomendaciones dadas por la OCDE mediante la Acci?n 7 del Plan BEPS en el concepto de Establecimiento Permanente en la legislaci?n de Per?. Primero, se analiza la propuesta general planteada por la OCDE mediante su Proyecto BEPS y la Acci?n Siete del Plan BEPS, con casos internacionales. Luego, analiza los alcances de la figura del Establecimiento Permanente recogida en la Ley del Impuesto a la Renta y su Reglamento. Finalmente, se expone la problem?tica de la actual regulaci?n de Establecimiento Permanente en el Per? y conclusiones
