    YKL-40对特发性肺动脉高压患者预后的意义

    目的探讨YKL-40对特发性肺动脉高压患者预后的预测作用。方法收集2016年1月至2018年3月在广东省人民医院住院的82例特发性肺动脉高压(IPAH)患者病历资料进行回顾性分析,根据临床结局分为死亡组和存活组。采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测血清YKL-40,使用Vivid 7超声平台采集超声心动图相关数据。结果IPAH死亡组患者的血清YKL-40水平明显高于存活[95.3 (13.1~217.3) ng/mL vs. 11.0 (5.7~47.7) ng/mL,P=0.006],三尖瓣环收缩期峰值速度(TAPSV)低于存活组[7(6.0~8.0) cm/s vs. 9 (7.0~11.0) cm/s,P=0.001]。IPAH患者血清YKL-40水平与N端脑钠肽前体、肺动脉平均压、肺血管阻力呈正相关。Logistic回归分析显示TAPSE/lgYKL-40、TAPSV/lgYKL-40与IPAH患者的死亡结局相关,OR值分别为0.722和0.519 ,OR值的95%置信区间分别为(0.368,0.987)和(0.283,0.951)(P<0.05)。结论YKL-40联合超声心动图参数对特发性肺动脉高压患者的临床结局有预测意义

    Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD) is one of the main causes affecting the health of elderly people (≥65 years old). CHD is a threat to the life and health of the elderly,and also brings a huge economic burden to families and society. Because the elderly often have the underlying diseases such as hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipemia,etc. ,which seriously affect the occurrence and progression of CHD,the prevention and treatment task of CHD in the elderly is facing a huge challenge. How to reduce the recurrence rate of cardiovascular events,prolong life span and improve the quality of life through standardized and individualized whole-cycle rehabilitation management has been a research hot spot. With the support of the relevant departments of the National Health Commission,led by the team of the national key research and development program "Research on the Technology system and information Management of the Elderly full cycle Rehabilitation (2018YFC2002300)",the project organized multidisciplinary panel of domestic experts to write the expert consensus on Full-Cycle Rehabilitation of Coronary Heart Disease in the Elderly. The aim of this consensus is to provide a comprehensive health care system based on bio-psycho-social medical model for the elderly with CHD,from the disease,participants,institutional and regional four full-cycle levels. This expert consensus elaborated the full-cycle rehabilitation assessment and treatment of CHD in the elderly,providing a scientific guidance for the safety and effectiveness of rehabilitation in the elderly,and promoting the development of full-cycle rehabilitation in China

    The enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS)has been widely applied in the treatment of rehabilitation of patient with total knee arthroplasty (TKA). The ERAS has been proved to be effective in relieving pain, shortening the length of hospital stay, reducing economic and social healthcare costs. By reviewing literatures, this paper summarized the application of appropriate technology of Traditional Chinese and western medicine based on the concept of ERAS in TKA, and provided reference for improvement of perioperative nursing of TKA. (近年来, 加速康复外科(ERAS)理念在骨科全膝关节置换术(TKA)患者治疗和康复中得到了应用和普及, 基于ERAS的干预能够减轻患者痛苦, 缩短住院周期, 节约经济成本和社会医疗资源成本。本文通过文献搜索, 归纳总结基于ERAS理念的中西医结合护理干预在TKA围手术期中的应用, 旨在为提升TKA护理质量提供参考。

    Measurement of integrated luminosity of data collected at 3.773 GeV by BESIII from 2021 to 2024

    We present a measurement of the integrated luminosity e+e- of collision data collected by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider at a center-of-mass energy of Ecm = 3.773 GeV. The integrated luminosities of the datasets taken from December 2021 to June 2022, from November 2022 to June 2023, and from October 2023 to February 2024 were determined to be 4.995±0.019 fb-1, 8.157±0.031 fb-1, and 4.191±0.016 fb-1, respectively, by analyzing large angle Bhabha scattering events. The uncertainties are dominated by systematic effects, and the statistical uncertainties are negligible. Our results provide essential input for future analyses and precision measurements
